The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, the factory body 2 is started, the pick-up wheel 421 is rotated, then the loading tool of the household garbage is placed into the inclinable device 912, the inclinable device 912 transports the household garbage to the garbage inlet 3 along the lifting rail 911, then the inclinable device 912 is inclined towards the garbage inlet 3, the household garbage is poured into the factory body 2 through the garbage inlet 3, the pick-up wheel 421 picks up the film-shaped object in the household garbage, meanwhile, the household garbage slides downwards along the first garbage lower sliding plate 41, the large-sized garbage enters the garbage crushing device 43 and is crushed after being assisted by the pick-up manipulator 54, then the crushed garbage is dropped into the three-phase separation tank 81, when the thickness of the film-shaped garbage of the pick-up wheel 421 is large enough, the film-shaped object can generate an electric signal, and then the power device of the pick-up wheel 421, namely, the first driving device 423 and the second driving device 424, is triggered and the pick-up wheel lifting device 422 is started to enable the pick-up wheel 421 to move upwards to the limiting mechanism, the clamping moving device 52 starts and clamps the pickup wheel 421, then conveys the pickup wheel 421 to the position above the membrane type object cleaning and separating device along the first moving track 51, meanwhile, the first position sensor triggers and stops the movement of the clamping moving device 52, when the pickup nails 4211 of the pickup wheel 421 are completely matched with the corresponding positioning holes of the positioning plate, the in-place switch can be triggered, then the sawing and stripping device 53 is started to transversely strip the mode objects along the membrane type object pickup device, the mode objects fall into the cleaning and separating device 61, after the mode objects are stripped, the second pressure sensing and starting the returning process of the pickup device are carried out, and the cleaning and separating device 61 cleans and separates floating objects and non-floating objects in the membrane type objects; the factory body 2 is provided with a plurality of controlled spraying ports for spraying clear water, cleaning garbage, and removing dust and water-soluble odor.

after the membrane type object catching operation is finished, the second catching net device 79 can be started to catch floaters according to requirements, then the second catching net device 79 moves to the upper part of the lower storage hopper device 76, the floaters in the second catching net device 79 incline towards the interior of the lower storage hopper device 76 and enter a stainless steel dustpan of the first storage sprinkling structure 751 of the lower storage hopper device 76 through the membrane type object distribution device 753 of the lower storage hopper device 76 to be stored or enter a stainless steel dustpan of the second storage sprinkling structure 752 of the lower storage hopper device 76 to be stored, and when the specified weight is reached, the stainless steel dustpan of the lower storage hopper device 76 inclines downwards through a rotating shaft thereof and the floaters in the stainless steel dustpan enter the full-automatic packing and storing device 77 to be classified, packed and stored. The sediment in the three-phase separation tank 81 is automatically loaded into the sediment box, and the greasy substances flow into the greasy substance storage box through a special channel in a controlled manner. Meanwhile, along with the operation of the deodorizing and dedusting system in the factory body, the influence of the garbage odor on the surrounding environment can be basically eliminated. All the operation devices of the plant operate under the control of the set monitoring and surveillance and intelligent equipment. Then the storage boxes of the classified sediments and greasy substances and the compressed packages of the model substances and the floating substances are unloaded, so that the aim of rapidly classifying the domestic garbage in the urban and rural community site is fulfilled, and the next treatment process can be entered.

Claims (9)

the packing and separate-storing system comprises a catching device and a corresponding moving track movably connected with the catching device, and a hopper device and a full-automatic packing, separate-storing and unloading device are sequentially arranged behind the working flow of the catching device; the fishing device comprises a first fishing net device (71) and a second fishing net device (79), the first fishing net device (71) is movably connected with a first moving track (72), and a second moving track (73) is connected behind the working process of the first moving track (72); the second fishing net device (79) is movably connected with a fourth moving track (78), and a third moving track (75) is arranged behind the working process of the fourth moving track (78); the first catching net device (71) and the corresponding moving track thereof as well as a picking-up manipulator (54) arranged above the membrane type object cleaning and separating device are jointly used for catching and transferring membrane type objects, and the second catching net device (79) and the corresponding moving track thereof are used for catching and transferring floating objects; the upper hopper device (74) and the lower hopper device (76) are fixedly connected with the factory body (2), and the lower parts of the upper hopper device (74) and the lower hopper device (76) are respectively provided with a first storage water spraying structure (751) and a second storage water spraying structure (752) which can be opened movably; the upper storage hopper device (74) is used for draining, storing and passing through the membrane type object, the lower storage hopper device (76) is used for draining, storing and passing through the floater and the membrane type object, and weighing devices are arranged in the upper storage hopper device and the lower storage hopper device; the first storage water spraying structure (751) and the second storage water spraying structure (752) both comprise stainless steel dustpans, the stainless steel dustpans are connected with the storage hopper body through rotating shafts, drain holes are formed in the pan bottom bending angles of the stainless steel dustpans, and the pan bottoms of the two stainless steel dustpans are arranged oppositely.
