本发明公开了一种新型透明螺旋吸水管,按重量分数包括PVC基材150‑200份、增塑剂3‑70份、填充剂0‑30份、稳定剂2‑10份、防老剂1‑6份、色粉0‑8份、氢钙21‑30、氧化锌10‑20、其他助剂2‑8份,本发明有益效果是:本发明生产工艺简单而高效,该透明螺旋吸水管轻便且易于搬运或拖拽,可以满足紧急情况时使用需求,采用新配方和新工艺生产出的150mm规格的新型透明螺旋吸水管的单重为4.8Kg/m。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种螺旋吸水管,具体涉及一种新型透明螺旋吸水管。
背景技术
普通应用的橡胶吸水管的生产工艺,挤出内胶层后,用钢丝缠绕在内胶层上作为管体增强层,然后挤出外胶层复合成型后再进行硫化。内胶层作为防渗漏和耐介质层,钢丝层作为管体增强层,外胶层作为耐磨层和耐老化层。普通应用的橡胶吸水管,常规产品为黑色,无法观察管内输送流体或粉体的确切状态,橡胶吸水管的重量较重,难以搬运,无法满足消防抢险或工业生产时轻便性的要求。橡胶吸水管的表面较为粗糙,在拖拽时会产生很大的摩擦力,会导致吸水管磨损和被拖拽表面损伤。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种新型透明螺旋吸水管,生产工艺简便,通过调整制作工艺可以满足管体透明,便于观察管内流体或粉体状态、吸水管轻便易于搬运或拖拽、螺旋管作为增强层和耐磨层外表面光滑的产品。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种新型透明螺旋吸水管,按照重量份数计算,包括:
优选的,PVC基材为P-700、SG-800、SG-5、SG-3中的一种或多种。
优选的,增塑剂为3到70份的二辛酯、环氧大豆油、氯化石蜡中的一种或多种。
优选的,填充剂为0到30份的白炭黑、轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、轻质陶土中的一种或多种。
优选的,稳定剂为为钙锌复合稳定剂、镉钡锌复合稳定剂、硬脂酸钡中的一种或多种。
优选的,防老剂为264、2246、MB、BLE中的一种或多种。
优选的,其他助剂为流动助剂:ACR401、ACR LPA-40、G32、70S 的其中一种,增韧剂:CPE、MBS、P8300的其中一种,清洁剂为沸石粉,耐寒增塑剂:DOA、DOS的其中一种。

本发明的有益效果是
新型透明螺旋吸水管通过加入氧化锌后透明度高,有优异的常温发光性能,管体透明,便于观察管内流体或粉体的状态,透明螺旋吸水管轻便易于搬运或拖拽,可以满足紧急情况时使用需求。并且外表面光滑,耐磨且不会对被拖拽表面产生明显损伤。
