本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体的涉及一种快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体及其制备方法。所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,包括A组分和B组分,A组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:聚酯多元醇70~90%;增塑剂8~28%;催化剂0.1~1%;助剂0.5~1%;B组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:聚酯多元醇50~60%;异氰酸酯25~35%;增塑剂5~25%;所述的助剂为抗氧化剂、抗紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂任意比例混合;具有较低硬度,与PVC基材粘结性好,凝胶、开模时间快的特性;所述的制备方法,简单易操作,无污染。

技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体的涉及一种快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯弹性体作为一款具有高回弹、高耐磨、耐腐蚀等优秀性能的材料广泛进入到日常生活中的各个领域。聚氨酯涂敷产品是目前兴起的一种较新的应用行业。涂敷产品材料主要包括:丙烯酸酯类、聚氨酯类、有机硅类、及合成橡胶类,其中聚氨酯类涂敷材料,具有无毒、安全环保的特点,但是聚氨酯弹性体在低硬度涂敷方面存在凝胶慢,开模慢的弊端,这严重影响了生产的效率。
目前,市场上常见的涂敷类聚氨酯产品有聚酯漆(PE)类和聚氨酯漆(PU)类,聚酯漆(PE)类:属无溶剂型漆,漆中所含部分溶剂涂饰后与不饱聚酯发生共聚反应,共同成膜基本无有害气体挥发,施工时间15~20分钟,但调配比较麻烦。聚氨酯漆(PU)类:属溶剂型漆,漆中含30~60%有机溶剂,涂饰后需全部挥发,污染环境,有毒有味,易燃易爆,需加强通风,有害物质,施工时间4~8小时。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,具有较低硬度,与PVC基材粘结性好,凝胶、开模时间快的特性;同时本发明还提供其制备方法,简单易操作,无污染。
本发明所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,包括A组分和B组分,A组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:
B组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:
聚酯多元醇 50~60%
异氰酸酯 25~35%
增塑剂 5~25%;
所述的助剂包括抗氧化剂、抗紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂任意比例混合。
所述的抗氧化剂优选CHINOX1076或CHINOX1010中的一种或两种任意比例混合,双键化工股份有限公司生产。
所述的抗紫外线吸收剂优选CHISORB5411,双键化工股份有限公司生产。
所述的光稳定剂优选光稳定剂622,新秀化学有限公司生产。
所述的聚酯多元醇官能度为2,数均分子量为1000~3000。
所述的增塑剂为苯甲酸酯类增塑剂,优选BENZOFLX@988SG,美国伊士曼公司生产。
所述的异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种以任意比例混合。
所述的催化剂为胺类催化剂或有机铋类催化剂中的一种或两种以任意比例混合。
本发明所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:将聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、催化剂和助剂混合均匀,升温、真空脱泡后密封保存备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯和增塑剂混合进行反应,得到预聚体;
(3)将A组分和B组分混合均匀后,涂敷在经表面糙化处理的PVC表面,凝胶、开模,即得快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体。
步骤(1)中所述的升温温度为11~110℃,真空脱水至水分含量小于0.05wt%。
步骤(2)中所述的反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为3~4小时。
步骤(2)中所述的预聚体中NCO含量为4.5~8.5wt%。
步骤(3)中所述的A组分和B组分的质量比为100:30~70,混合温度为30~35℃。
步骤(3)中所述的涂敷厚度为0.5~1mm,凝胶温度为40~50℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明制备的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,与PVC基材表面极性基团形成氢键或化学键,粘结力增强,提高了涂敷质量;
(2)本发明制备的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,凝胶时间为2~5分钟,开模时间为5~10分钟,具有较低硬度,凝胶、开模时间快,增加了生产效率,提高了企业效益;
(3)本发明通过添加环保型增塑剂,降低了PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的粘度,使其具有良好的流动性,易于操作,提高了涂敷的效果;
(4)本发明所述的制备方法,简单易操作,成本低,制备的聚氨酯预聚体为聚酯MDI体系,安全环保。

实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
以下实施例和对比例中用到的原料:
聚酯多元醇PE-2515,官能度为2,分子量为1500的聚酯二元醇,山东一诺威聚氨酯股份有限公司生产;
聚酯多元醇PE-2325,官能度为2,分子量为2000的聚酯二元醇,山东一诺威聚氨酯股份有限公司生产;
聚醚多元醇INOVOL R403,官能度为4,分子量为300的以胺类作为起始剂的聚醚四元醇,山东一诺威新材料有限公司生产;
聚醚多元醇INOVOL C240,官能度为2,分子量为4000的聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇,山东一诺威新材料有限公司生产;
聚酯多元醇DL-1000D,官能度为2,分子量为1000的聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇,山东蓝星东大有限公司生产;
聚酯多元醇DL-2000D,官能度为2,分子量为2000的聚环氧丙烷醚二元醇,山东蓝星东大有限公司生产;

一种快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,A组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:

制备方法:
(1)A组分的制备:将PE-2325、BENZOFLX@988SG、Jef-fcat TD-10、DY-20、CHINOX1076、CHINOX1010、CHISORB5411和光稳定剂622混合均匀后,升温至110℃,真空脱水至水分含量小于0.05wt%,密封保存备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将PE-2515、MDI-50、MM103C、BENZOFLX@988SG混合均匀后,在80℃下反应3小时,得到NCO含量为4.5wt%的预聚体;
(3)将A组分和B组分以质量比为100:55混合均匀,混合温度为30℃,然后涂敷在经表面糙化处理的PVC表面,涂敷厚度为1mm,然后放置在40℃条件下进行测试。
实施例2
一种快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于,包括A组分和B组分,A组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:

B组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:
制备方法:
(1)A组分的制备:将INOVOL R403、INOVOL C240、Jef-fcat TD-10、DY-20、CHINOX1076、CHINOX1010、CHISORB5411和光稳定剂622混合均匀后,升温至110℃,真空脱水至水分含量小于0.05wt%,密封保存备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将DL-2000D、DL-1000D、MDI-50、MM103C混合均匀后,在80℃下反应3小时,得到NCO含量为8.5wt%的预聚体;
(3)将A组分和B组分以质量比为100:70混合均匀,混合温度为30℃,然后涂敷在经表面糙化处理的PVC表面,涂敷厚度为1mm,然后放置在40℃条件下进行测试。
性能测试
对实施例1~5和对比例1~2放置在40~50℃条件下进行测试,硬度按GB/T531.1-2008标准测定,剥离强度按YBB-00102003标准测试,使用电脑式剥离力试验机(东莞市普赛特检测设备有限公司)测试,测试结果见表1。

通过实施例1~5与对比例1~2对比能够得出,聚酯型产品比聚醚型产品剥离强度要高,我们选用聚酯型聚氨酯弹性体作为该快速凝胶脱模PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体。
Claims (10)
1.一种快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:包括A组分和B组分,A组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:
B组分由以下质量百分比的原料制成:
聚酯多元醇 50~60%
异氰酸酯 25~35%
增塑剂 5~25%;
所述的助剂包括抗氧化剂、抗紫外线吸收剂和光稳定剂任意比例混合;
所述的聚酯多元醇官能度为2,数均分子量为1000~3000。
2.根据权利要求1所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为苯甲酸酯类增塑剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:所述的异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或改性的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为胺类催化剂或有机铋类催化剂中的一种或两种。
5.一种权利要求1所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)A组分的制备:将聚酯多元醇、增塑剂、催化剂和助剂混合均匀,升温、真空脱水后密封保存备用;
(2)B组分的制备:将聚酯多元醇、异氰酸酯和增塑剂混合进行反应,得到预聚体;
(3)将A组分和B组分混合均匀后,涂敷在经表面糙化处理的PVC表面,凝胶、开模,即得快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述的升温温度为11~110℃,真空脱水至水分含量小于0.05wt%。
7.根据权利要求5所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为3~4小时。
8.根据权利要求5所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的预聚体中NCO含量为4.5~8.5wt%。
9.根据权利要求5所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的A组分和B组分的质量比为100:30~70,混合温度为30~35℃。
10.根据权利要求5所述的快速凝胶脱模的PVC涂敷聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述的涂敷厚度为0.5~1mm,凝胶温度为40~50℃。
