Abstract
本发明公开一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴,由底材、面材、设于底材与面材之间的无味型水性胶水层组成,底材厚度为1.5mm,无味型水性胶水层厚度0.8mm,面材厚度为1mm。该不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴采用环保型的水性胶水,在生产水性胶水的工艺中进行调整,把水性胶水中残留的单体反应完全,实现了无味效果,同时,相应的助剂和溶剂均完全反应且为环保材料,制成的产品不会存在残胶的情况,特别适用于室内办公场所使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及不干胶标贴的结构领域,特别涉及一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴、及所使用的水性胶水和水性胶水的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,现有技术中的不干胶标签贴都具备粘性,一般所使用的胶水都为热熔胶和油性胶等,但由于这些胶水在固话后多多少少会有一些特征性的气味,是因为固化后会残留未完全反应的单体,即有残留的单体存在,同时也有一定未完全反应的溶剂存在,因此产生一定的气味,不达到环保产品的要求,有一定的环境污染和气味。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提供一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴,该不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴采用环保型的水性胶水,在生产水性胶水的工艺中进行调整,把水性胶水中残留的单体反应完全,实现了无味效果,同时,相应的助剂和溶剂均完全反应且为环保材料,制成的产品不会存在残胶的情况,特别适用于室内办公场所使用。
实现本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴,由底材、面材、设于底材与面材之间的无味型水性胶水层组成,底材厚度为1.5mm,无味型水性胶水层厚度0.8mm,面材厚度为1mm。
本发明还涉及一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴所使用的水性胶水,按质量百分百计算包括如下组分:52%丙烯酸丁酯,45%纯水,2%丙烯酸,1%助剂。
进一步的,所述的助剂包括乳化剂、普通引发剂、活性引发剂和氨水。
另外,本发明还一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴所使用的水性胶水的制备方法,该步骤为:
(1)把丙烯酸丁酯单体和丙烯酸单体充分混合,加入纯水;
(2)依次加入乳化剂和引发剂,加热引发聚合反应,乳化剂和引发剂采用滴定的方式加入;
(3)然后再加入活性引发剂,再进行降温,降温后加入氨水,形成成品。
综上所述,本发明的不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴采用环保型的水性胶水,在生产水性胶水的工艺中进行调整,把水性胶水中残留的单体反应完全,实现了无味效果,同时,相应的助剂和溶剂均完全反应且为环保材料,制成的产品不会存在残胶的情况,特别适用于室内办公场所使用。

本实施例1所描述的一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴,如图1所示,由底材1、面材2、设于底材与面材之间的无味型水性胶水层3组成,底材厚度为1.5mm,无味型水性胶水层厚度0.8mm,面材厚度为1mm。
本发明还涉及一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴所使用的水性胶水,按质量百分百计算包括如下组分:52%丙烯酸丁酯,45%纯水,2%丙烯酸,1%助剂。
在本实施例中,所述的助剂包括乳化剂、普通引发剂、活性引发剂和氨水。
另外,本发明还一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴所使用的水性胶水的制备方法,该步骤为:
(1)把丙烯酸丁酯单体和丙烯酸单体充分混合,加入纯水;
(2)依次加入乳化剂和引发剂,加热引发聚合反应,乳化剂和引发剂采用滴定的方式加入;

1.一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴,其特征在于,由底材、面材、设于底材与面材之间的无味型水性胶水层组成,底材厚度为1.5mm,无味型水性胶水层厚度0.8mm,面材厚度为1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴所使用的水性胶水,其特征在于,按质量百分百计算包括如下组分:52%丙烯酸丁酯,45%纯水,2%丙烯酸,1%助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴所使用的水性胶水,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括乳化剂、普通引发剂、活性引发剂和氨水。
4.根据权利要求5所述的一种不残胶无味型不干胶标签贴所使用的水性胶水的制备方法,其特征在于,该步骤为:
(1)把丙烯酸丁酯单体和丙烯酸单体充分混合,加入纯水;
(2)依次加入乳化剂和引发剂,加热引发聚合反应,乳化剂和引发剂采用滴定的方式加入;
