本发明公开了一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,包括PET基材层,PET基材层的顶部设置有抗静电硅胶层,抗静电硅胶层的顶部设置有保护层,保护层由耐酸胶黏剂层和透水聚乙烯层组成,抗静电硅胶层的顶部设置有耐酸胶黏剂层,耐酸胶黏剂层的顶部设置有透水聚乙烯层,透水聚乙烯层的顶部设置有第一抗静电硅胶复合层,第一抗静电硅胶复合层由抗静电层和硅胶层组成,本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明的结构简单新颖,实用性强,减少作业时静电的产生,防止使用过程中因静电造成薄膜之间的相互吸附,避免其影响正常使用和加工,降低制造时不必要的静电击穿事件,防止因静电发生意外,并且材料选取为环保材料,绿色安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保护膜,特别涉及一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,属于保护膜技术领域。
背景技术
现有生活中,随着科技进步,显示屏和操作屏的广泛应用,保护膜已经慢慢的成为屏幕保护膜的一种统称,现有的保护膜在成生产过程中,经常因摩擦等情况会产生静电,在使用过程中经常因静电造成薄膜之间的相互吸附,其严重影响保护膜正常使用和加工,无法降低制造时不必要的静电击穿事件,无法防止因静电发生意外,并且材料选取材料不够环保,无法实现绿色安全。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,解决了现有装置所存在的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,包括PET基材层,所述PET基材层的顶部设置有抗静电硅胶层,所述抗静电硅胶层的顶部设置有保护层,所述保护层由耐酸胶黏剂层和透水聚乙烯层组成,所述抗静电硅胶层的顶部设置有耐酸胶黏剂层,所述耐酸胶黏剂层的顶部设置有透水聚乙烯层,所述透水聚乙烯层的顶部设置有第一抗静电硅胶复合层,所述第一抗静电硅胶复合层由抗静电层和硅胶层组成,且所述保护层的顶部设置有硅胶层,所述硅胶层的顶部设置有抗静电层,所述第一抗静电硅胶复合层的顶部设置有第一PET复合膜层,所述PET基材层的底部设有第二抗静电硅胶复合层,所述第二抗静电硅胶复合层的底部设置有第二PET复合膜层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述硅胶层由碳管型有机硅制成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述第一抗静电硅胶复合层和第二抗静电硅胶复合层均由氧化锡和硅胶混合制成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述透水聚乙烯层由低密度高透气聚乙烯膜制成。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述第一PET复合膜层和第二PET复合膜层由PET薄膜和聚乙烯薄膜组成。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明的结构简单新颖,实用性强,减少作业时静电的产生,防止使用过程中因静电造成薄膜之间的相互吸附,避免其影响正常使用和加工,降低制造时不必要的静电击穿事件,防止因静电发生意外,并且材料选取为环保材料,绿色安全。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,包括PET基材层1,PET基材层1的顶部设置有抗静电硅胶层2,抗静电硅胶层2的顶部设置有保护层3,保护层3由耐酸胶黏剂层6和透水聚乙烯层7组成,抗静电硅胶层2的顶部设置有耐酸胶黏剂层6,耐酸胶黏剂层6的顶部设置有透水聚乙烯层7,透水聚乙烯层7的顶部设置有第一抗静电硅胶复合层4,第一抗静电硅胶复合层4由抗静电层10和硅胶层11组成,且保护层3的顶部设置有硅胶层11,硅胶层11的顶部设置有抗静电层10,第一抗静电硅胶复合层4的顶部设置有第一PET复合膜层8,PET基材层1的底部设有第二抗静电硅胶复合层5,第二抗静电硅胶复合层5的底部设置有第二PET复合膜层9。
硅胶层11由碳管型有机硅制成,其具有很好的耐温性、耐候性、透气性、电气绝缘性,第一抗静电硅胶复合层4和第二抗静电硅胶复合层5均由氧化锡和硅胶混合制成,增加抗静电性能,透水聚乙烯层7由低密度高透气聚乙烯膜制成,增加透水性,第一PET复合膜层8和第二PET复合膜层9由PET薄膜和聚乙烯薄膜组成,增加保护膜的防潮性。
具体的,通过保护层3内部的,因其耐酸胶黏剂层6和透水聚乙烯层7,其能增加保护膜,通过设置抗静电硅胶层2减少作业时静电的产生,防止使用过程中因静电造成薄膜之间的相互吸附,通过设置第一抗静电硅胶复合层4和第二抗静电硅胶复合层5,降低制造时不必要的静电击穿事件,防止因静电发生意外,并且材料选取为环保材料,绿色安全。

1.一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,包括PET基材层(1),其特征在于,所述PET基材层(1)的顶部设置有抗静电硅胶层(2),所述抗静电硅胶层(2)的顶部设置有保护层(3),所述保护层(3)由耐酸胶黏剂层(6)和透水聚乙烯层(7)组成,所述抗静电硅胶层(2)的顶部设置有耐酸胶黏剂层(6),所述耐酸胶黏剂层(6)的顶部设置有透水聚乙烯层(7),所述透水聚乙烯层(7)的顶部设置有第一抗静电硅胶复合层(4),所述第一抗静电硅胶复合层(4)由抗静电层(10)和硅胶层(11)组成,且所述保护层(3)的顶部设置有硅胶层(11),所述硅胶层(11)的顶部设置有抗静电层(10),所述第一抗静电硅胶复合层(4)的顶部设置有第一PET复合膜层(8),所述PET基材层(1)的底部设有第二抗静电硅胶复合层(5),所述第二抗静电硅胶复合层(5)的底部设置有第二PET复合膜层(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述硅胶层(11)由碳管型有机硅制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一抗静电硅胶复合层(4)和第二抗静电硅胶复合层(5)均由氧化锡和硅胶混合制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述透水聚乙烯层(7)由低密度高透气聚乙烯膜制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电硅胶保护膜,其特征在于,所述第一PET复合膜层(8)和第二PET复合膜层(9)由PET薄膜和聚乙烯薄膜组成。
