本发明提供一种超高分子量聚乙烯改性纤维素纱线,采用超高分子量聚乙烯短纤与再生纤维素短纤混纺而成,纱线需要一定毛燥度,为单股纱线。这种超高分子量聚乙烯改性纤维素纱线,用于微烟安全引火线生产工艺中作为外包线。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线的制备及其在微烟安全引火线制造中的应用。
背景技术
引火线是一种用于点火、传火及控制时间的烟火药制品,主要应用于烟花爆竹的燃放,根据燃烧速度的不同可分为快速引火线和慢速引火线。牛皮纸快速引火线(简称牛皮纸引火线)是目前烟花行业广泛使用的一种快速引火线,由一根形状扁平的牛皮纸长管作外壳,中间包裹一个烟火药条制作而成,并且已走向了专业化生产。牛皮纸引火线使用时外壳易扭折、开胶,烟火药易受潮失效,燃烧时产生浓烈的烟雾,同时外壳炸开形成大量的碎屑,既污染了环境,又存在一定的安全隐患。为了克服传统牛皮纸引火线的缺点,国内一些单位开展了新型引火线的研究。有的已列入国标,如在牛皮纸引火线外层包裹塑料材质或防水、免水胶带,生产出防水快速引火线;以烟火药为药芯,以棉线作为包缠物制成外层,外涂防潮材料,生产出安全快速引火线。以上技术相对于传统引火线有一定改进。后者是目前国内引火线厂家较为广泛采用的安全引火线生产的工艺,所谓的棉线实际上是聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET涤纶线),由于大量的苯环存在,存在引火线燃烧时烟雾与残渣过多的问题。为了解决引火线烟雾大问题,申请号200920259969.5的实用新型公开了一种微烟型烟花引线, 由内药芯和纱纸外包裹层组成, 内药芯由胶附微烟烟火药剂粉末的2-5根石棉纱线和/或玻璃纤维纱线构成, 纱纸外包裹层为添加了增塑剂的双基火药溶液涂层。该专利的石棉纱线和/或玻璃纤维纱线不可燃,不利引火线的点火,且易造成烟雾增大,燃烧后产生较多残渣。
本发明为了解决引火线烟雾大的问题,除改进引火线药粉的配方,以减少烟雾外,重点改进引火线的外包线,使之与微烟引火线药粉匹配,以进一步减少引火线烟雾。
超高分子量聚乙烯纤维的比强度是钢铁的15倍,比普通化学纤维高近10倍,是碳纤维的 2.6 倍、E玻纤和尼龙 66 纤维的 4 倍、芳纶纤维的 1.7 倍。超高分子量聚乙烯在提高设备的使用寿命、降低磨损和冲击、降低设备重量、提高设备的性价比等方面具有重要作用,在国际上已成为 21 世纪蓬勃发展的高新技术材料而广泛用于安全防护、航空、航天、航海、电子、兵器、造船、建材、体育、医疗等诸多领域。已有公开(公告)号CN104870700A的专利将其纺成线,并与纤维素、棉、麻、羊毛、蚕丝、黄麻、剑麻、椰子和亚麻等天然纤维混纺成纱线,纱线用于制造钓鱼线和渔网、地网、 货网和幕帘、风筝线、牙线、网球拍线、帆布、无纺布和其它类型的织物、织物带、电池隔离物、电容器、压力容器、软管、(海上)脐带电缆、电器、光纤和信号缆线、汽车装置、电力传输带、建筑建材、耐切割和耐戳刺制品和耐切削制品、防护手套、复合运动装置例如滑雪橇、头盔、划艇、 独木舟、自行车和船外壳和桅杆、扬声器锥体、高性能电子绝缘物、天线 罩、帆、土工织物等需要高强度纤维的日常物品上以及医疗植入物和防弹复合材料。公开(公告)号CN106149140A的专利将超高分子量聚乙烯纤维与纤维素、棉、麻、羊 毛、蚕丝、黄麻、剑麻、椰子和亚麻等天然纤维混纺成纱线,混纺纱线用于服装制品或耐用外衣制品。公开(公告)号CN104120525A的专利提供了一种超高分子量聚乙烯纱线及其加工方法。通过集束、牵切过程提高纱线的断裂强度。公开(公告)号CN1726311A的专利用纺丝整理剂处理高分子量PE丝线,以减少清洗或抽提步骤以及纱线上的残余物,提高纱线的机械性能,用于生物医学应用。
由于PE纤维强度高,燃烧无烟,其燃烧性能是所有纤维中最好的,可望用于微烟安全引火线的外包线,以取代燃烧有烟的PET线。但PE熔点较低,燃烧时易熔化成液滴,影响引火线的持续燃烧。再生纤维素由于不像天然纤维素如棉花、麻等含有蛋白质等杂质,具有燃烧少烟不结炭的优点且燃烧稳定,燃温较高,不熔化,比较适合于用作微烟安全引火线的外包线,但再生纤维素有强度较低的缺点,用于微烟安全引火线外包线,在生产引火线过程中容易断裂,工艺性能较差,引火线难以成型。
本发明拟充分利用二者燃烧烟少的优点,发挥超高分子量聚乙烯纤维超强的断裂强度优点,弥补天然棉纤维或再生纤维素强度不足的缺陷;同时利用再生纤维素熔点高的优点,实现功能互补,以获得熔点相对较高,强度满足引火线生产工艺性能的超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线。此外,利用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维成纱强力较低, 成纱毛羽多,特别是长毛羽多的特点,生产具有一定毛糙度的纱线,用于取代现在常用的含苯环的PET涤纶线,用于微烟安全引火线外包线。该外包线可适应微烟引火线点火温度较低的特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于制备一种超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线在微烟安全引火线生产工艺中作为外包线的应用。
本发明的技术方案是:将超高分子量的聚乙烯短纤维,与再生纤维素短纤维混纺,制成表面毛燥,21-32支的超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线。
所用超高分子量聚乙烯分子量为106以上。超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维规格:线密度1.11 ~ 1.33dtex,长度30 ~ 50 mm,强度28 ~ 36 cN/dtex, 再生纤维素短纤维规格:线密度1.22 ~ 1.44 dtex,长度30 ~ 40 mm;强度2.4 ~ 3.0 cN/dtex。
超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线的强度为7cN/dtex-35cN/dtex,纱线的纤度为21-32支。
超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素纱线中超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维的含量为20%~80wt%。
纱线需要一定毛燥度,为单股纱线,以在引火线制造过程中能够包裹住药粉,防止药粉漏出。
本发明的超高分子量聚乙烯短纤与再生纤维素短纤混纺纱线,具有易燃烧且燃烧烟少的优点,可用于微烟安全引火线外包线,制成微烟安全引火线,其燃烧性能与微烟引火线药粉燃烧性能匹配。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。文中除注明外所有提到的比例均为质量百分比。
实施例1
超高分子量聚乙烯短纤与纤维素短纤混纺比为60/40,混纺纱线强度为30 cN/dtex,纱线的纤度为21支,点火温度199℃,与点火温度为199.4℃的微烟引火线药粉制成微烟安全引火线,引火线燃烧正常,不易熄火,烟雾较少,比常用PET安全引火线烟雾少一半以上。
Claims (7)
1.一种新型微烟安全引火线外包线,其制备方法包含以下技术步骤:
将超高分子量的聚乙烯短纤维,与再生纤维素短纤维混纺,制成表面毛燥,21-32支的PE改性纤维素纱线。
2.根据权利要求1所述新型微烟安全引火线外包线,其特征在于:超高分子量聚乙烯分子量为106以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述新型微烟安全引火线外包线,其特征在于:超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维规格:线密度1.11~1.33dtex,长度30~50mm,强度28~36cN/dtex,再生纤维素短纤维规格:线密度1.22~1.44dtex,长度30~40mm;强度2.4~3.0cN/dtex。
4.根据权利要求1所述新型微烟安全引火线外包线,其特征在于:超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线的强度为7cN/dtex~35cN/dtex,纱线的纤度为21-32支。
5.根据权利要求1所述新型微烟安全引火线外包线,其特征在于:超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线中超高分子量聚乙烯短纤维的含量为20%~80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述新型微烟安全引火线外包线,其特征在于:纱线需要一定毛燥度,为单股纱线,以在引火线制造过程中能够包裹住药粉,防止药粉漏出。
7.根据权利要求1所述超高分子量聚乙烯再生纤维素混纺纱线,在微烟安全引火线中作为外包线的应用。
