现有技术中手机、平板等屏幕如果贴合不好会产生缝隙问题,漏光问题,手机屏幕遮光胶水、胶带产品用于手机、平板等屏幕遮光,使屏幕边框结合。从此不再担心缝隙问题,漏光问题,现有技术中的手机屏幕遮光胶水、胶带产品的粘合牢度不够,经常会产生脱胶等影响屏幕边框结合的问题,特别是在较窄的屏幕边框下,手机屏幕遮光胶水、胶带产品的粘结牢固程度不足,在屏幕长时间使用过程中,脱胶的情况更为普遍。因此,需要专门开发一款用于手机屏幕模组的一种起遮光与固定作用的边框胶带。

为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种手机屏幕遮光胶水,在手机屏幕模组中起到在较窄的屏幕边框中牢固固定的作用。
本发明另一个目的是提供一种手机屏幕遮光胶带的制备方法。

步骤三:开始降温,温度降至80℃时继续滴定,用时100分钟,滴定完后保温4小时即过降温卸胶;得到成品手机屏幕遮光胶水。

一种手机屏幕遮光胶带的制备方法,采用方案二所述制备方法制备的手机屏幕遮光胶水,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:开胶:把10重量份的改性萜烯酚树脂放进100重量份的手机屏幕遮光胶水里搅拌至溶解,再加入0.8-1.2重量份的聚氨酯固化剂搅拌30分钟;
步骤二:涂布:机头用50u透明PET离型膜涂胶,机尾用12uPET复合做成单面,机头再用36u透明PET离型膜涂胶,机尾用做好的单面复合,拉出一层离型纸,做成50u的双面,温度设定:60,80,90,95,100,105,100,90;间隔时间3分钟;速度:13-15米/分钟;得到手机屏幕遮光胶带成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明对胶水进行改性,提高剥离性能和对低表面材料的贴接性能。
2、本发明可以使胶带在较窄的尺寸下提供较高的贴接性能。

实验数据
本发明按照以下实验方法对具体实施例中所制备的手机屏幕遮光胶带成品进行测试:
1、测量剥离力
将反射片上的胶粘膜的离型膜去除,然后切割成1英寸×1英寸的片状物。使用质量为2Kg的滚辊往复滚动一次,将胶粘膜附着到一块非碱性玻璃板,以高压釜在50℃和0.5MPa的条件下处理30分钟,室温下放置两小时。然后,使用英斯特朗(Instron)测量设备以300mm/min的速度测量180°剥离力。
2、测量初粘力和保持时间
初粘力性能测试方法:将试样品双面胶带不测试的一面用25μmPET膜覆合后,裁切成20mm×150mm,测试一面时将一面剥离膜撕开,在PC、GLASS、含APCF层偏光片上贴合,再用2Kg的压合装置加压三个往返,放置于23℃×65%RH环境中,保持24hr、48hr、72hr后,置于夹具中以300mm/min进行180°拉板测试,记录数据,一种试样要平行测定两个样品,取平均值,并记录保持时间。

步骤一:将3-6重量份的丙烯酸、3-6重量份的丙烯酸羟乙酯、18-21重量份的丙烯酸异辛酯、9-12重量份的丙烯酸丁酯、5-8重量份的醋酸乙烯与40-42重量份的醋酸乙酯混合;
步骤二:打开搅拌机,转速控制在25转/min,升温至80℃,开始滴定0.2-0.3重量份BPO与7-8重量份的醋酸乙酯配制而成的滴定液,滴定20分钟,温度升至85-86℃,停止滴定;
步骤三:开始降温,温度降至80℃时继续滴定,用时100分钟,滴定完后保温4小时即过降温卸胶;得到成品手机屏幕遮光胶水。
3.一种手机屏幕遮光胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:采用权利要求2所制备的手机屏幕遮光胶水,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:开胶:把10重量份的改性萜烯酚树脂放进100重量份的手机屏幕遮光胶水里搅拌至溶解,再加入0.8-1.2重量份的聚氨酯固化剂搅拌30分钟;
步骤二:涂布:机头用50u透明PET离型膜涂胶,机尾用12uPET复合做成单面,机头再用36u透明PET离型膜涂胶,机尾用做好的单面复合,拉出一层离型纸,做成50u的双面,温度设定:60,80,90,95,100,105,100,90;间隔时间3分钟;速度:13-15米/分钟;得到手机屏幕遮光胶带成品。
