本申请为申请号为201610637298.6、申请日为2016年08月06日、发明创造名称为“抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料及用其制备的抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品和方法”的发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明属于日用陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料、抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品的制作方法。
背景技术
精陶是白坯或浅色坯上施釉的陶器。用可塑法、注浆法或半干压法成形,素烧后施釉。一般是釉烧温度(1060~1150℃)低于素烧温度(1240~1280℃)。也有采用施釉前不经过素烧的“一次烧成”法制造的。按坯体性质可分为硬质精陶及软质精陶,按用途可分为日用精陶及建筑卫生精陶等。精陶上有装饰花纹的,亦有不加任何装饰的。精陶体质较轻,可以施低温白釉,也可以上满釉(底足全釉),不易擦伤台面,又有利于发挥装饰釉上和釉下彩的装饰作用,但釉面易出现龟裂缺陷。精陶产品以成套餐具、茶具、咖啡具为主,还有盘、瓶、文具等陈设实用工艺品。
随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,人们对于陶瓷用品的要求也越来越高。精陶作为传统生活用品,具有耐热、耐酸碱腐蚀性、无毒等优点,在生活中通常用作与食品接触的器皿,因此要求精陶需同时具有美感和使用功能,还要求其具有健康养生功能。传统的精陶产品通常存在着抗冲击能力差和耐热震性能低等缺点,抗折强度一般在30MPa左右,急冷急热性能在150℃-20℃,不仅存在着使用安全性的问题,而且在运输装卸过程中由于碰撞很容易造成破损。总而言之,上述问题已成为精陶企业发展的瓶颈,已难以满足生产的发展和市场应用的需求。因此开发一种性能优异的功能性精陶制品已成为本领域亟待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料、抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品的制作方法,该精陶制品抗折强度高、热稳定性好且具有养生功能,在满足精陶作为生活日常用品应有的使用功能的同时,使精陶制品具有养生功能,可以满足消费者的高端要求,从而有利于促进精陶产业的技术进步和应用发展。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料,包括坯体基料和坯体添加剂,所述坯体基料包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:德化淘洗浆12~15wt%、焦宝石16~23wt%,瓷土12~16wt%、水洗泥18~22wt%、钾钠长石11~16wt%、硼钙石1~3wt%、生滑石洗泥13~19wt%、锂长石1~2wt%,各坯体基料总计为100%;相对于坯体基料,所述坯体添加剂的添加量为所述坯体基料的4~6wt%;
所述坯体添加剂为麦饭石和电气石中的至少一种。
本发明在坯料中引入低膨胀陶瓷材料锂长石,在降低坯料膨胀系数、提高其热稳定性的同时,可以促进坯料的烧结性能,有利于提高其抗折强度。而且引入了较多生滑石洗泥,其目的之一是提高了坯料的可塑性,目的之二是其与坯料中的Al2O3成分原位合成了具有远红外发射功能的堇青石晶体,并且膨胀系数较低,提高了坯料的抗热震性能,通过外加麦饭石和电气石,加强了坯料的远红外功能,释放出负离子,具有一定的抗菌杀菌效果。
更进一步地,所述麦饭石与电气石的细度为25~30μm。
更进一步地,所述坯体添加剂的添加量为所述坯体基料的3~6wt%。
本分案申请还提供抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品的制作方法,用上述的抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料制作,步骤如下:按照所述配比,将所述坯体基料和坯体添加剂进行球磨、过筛除铁、压滤脱水,再经真空练泥、成型、干燥、施釉,之后通过氧化焰慢烧进行烧成,最高烧成温度为1070~1080℃,烧成周期为6~6.5h,即得所述抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品。
更进一步地,所述坯体基料和坯体添加剂采用分段球磨:首先将坯体基料球磨5.5~6h,然后再加入坯料添加剂进行第二段球磨1~1.5h。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品,其生产成本低且成型性能好,通过在精陶坯料中外加添加剂,显著提高了坯料的远红外发射功能,可释放出负离子,具有一定的抗菌杀菌效果;
(2)在坯料中引入低膨胀陶瓷材料锂长石,在降低坯料膨胀系数、提高其热稳定性的同时,可以促进坯料的烧结性能,有利于提高其抗折强度;
(3)本发明在坯料中引入了较多生滑石洗泥,其目的之一是提高了坯料的可塑性,目的之二是其与坯料中的Al2O3成分原位合成了具有远红外发射功能的堇青石晶体,并且膨胀系数较低,提高了坯料的抗热震性能;
(4)本发明制得的抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品各项性能有了显著的提高,抗折强度为46~60MPa,白度为71~76%,热稳定性达到了200~20℃一次急冷不裂,远红外发射率为0.88~0.93。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述。
本领域技术人员将会理解,下列实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不应视为限定本发明的范围。本发明中德化淘洗浆的化学组成(质量百分比)为:SiO2 66.64%,Al2O322.54%,Fe2O3 0.74%,MgO 0.35%,K2O 2.45%,灼减7.28%。生滑石洗泥的化学组成(质量百分比)为:SiO2 59.95%,Al2O3 1.33%,Fe2O3 0.16%,MgO 28.82%,CaO 2.08%,灼减7.66%。钾钠长石的化学组成(质量百分比)为:SiO2 67.46%,Al2O3 17.63%,Fe2O30.14%,CaO 0.41%,K20 10.15%,Na2O 2.89%,BaO 0.8%,灼减0.52%。锂长石的化学组成(质量百分比)为:SiO2 67.50%,Al2O3 19.68%,Fe2O3 0.03%,CaO 0.51%,K20 3.46%,Na2O 2.32%,Li2O 1.76%,P2O5 1.8%,灼减2.94%。
实施例一至六的精陶坯料组成如下表1所示:

*坯体添加剂的用量为相对于坯体基料。
用实施例一至六的抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料制备抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品的方法,步骤如下:按照所述配比,将所述坯体基料和坯体添加剂进行球磨、过筛除铁、压滤脱水,再经真空练泥、成型、干燥、施釉,之后通过氧化焰慢烧进行烧成,最高烧成温度为1050~1100℃,烧成周期为6~6.5h,即得所述抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品,其中所述坯体基料和坯体添加剂采用分段球磨:首先将坯体基料球磨5.5~6h,然后再加入坯料添加剂进行第二段球磨1~1.5h。具体的工艺参数如下表2所示:

由上表可见,本发明制得的抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品具有较优异的性能,抗折强度可达46~60MPa,白度可达71~76%,热稳定性达到了200~20℃一次急冷不裂,远红外发射率可达0.88~0.93,在满足精陶作为生活日常用品应有的使用功能的同时,使精陶制品具有养生功能,可以满足消费者的高端要求。

Claims (5)
1.抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料,其特征在于,包括坯体基料和坯体添加剂,所述坯体基料包括按照质量百分比计的如下组分:德化淘洗浆12~15wt%、焦宝石16~23wt%,瓷土12~16wt%、水洗泥18~22wt%、钾钠长石11~16wt%、硼钙石1~3wt%、生滑石洗泥13~19wt%、锂长石1~2wt%,各坯体基料总计为100%;相对于坯体基料,所述坯体添加剂的添加量为所述坯体基料的4~6wt%;
所述坯体添加剂为麦饭石和电气石中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料,其特征在于,所述麦饭石与电气石的细度为25~30µm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料,其特征在于,所述坯体添加剂的添加量为所述坯体基料的3~6wt%。
4.抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品的制作方法,其特征在于,用权利要求1至3任一项所述的抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料制作,步骤如下:按照所述配比,将所述坯体基料和坯体添加剂进行球磨、过筛除铁、压滤脱水,再经真空练泥、成型、干燥、施釉,之后通过氧化焰慢烧进行烧成,最高烧成温度为1070~1080℃,烧成周期为6~6.5h,即得所述抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用抗折抗热震远红外精陶坯料制备抗折抗热震远红外精陶制品的方法,其特征在于,所述坯体基料和坯体添加剂采用分段球磨:首先将坯体基料球磨5.5~6h,然后再加入坯料添加剂进行第二段球磨1~1.5h。
