设置成环形轮廓的多个紧固元件在紧固元件的锥形表面和加压元件的内壁表面之间的滑动作用下,各自朝向中央移动,设置在紧固元件上的所述圆弧形伸出物被用于基本上均匀的、朝向中央压缩由金属材料制成的环形元件的外圆表面,以便紧固环形元件。

优选实施例的详细说明
参照图1和2,标号10表示本发明的实施例的管接头。管接头10具有圆柱形主体12,其由树脂材料制成,所述主体12基本上具有L形弯曲轮廓。形成的通道13穿过主体12。连接件14由金属材料制成,其具有使流体通过的通道15,连接件14安装于主体12的第一端。在连接件14的外圆表面设有环形扩张部16,其具有尖锐的横截面。环形扩张部16切入主体12的内壁表面,因此可以防止连接件14从主体12中脱开。
在主体12和连接件14之间的连接部分设有环形槽,O形密封圈20安装在此环形槽中。因此可以防止通过主体12内侧的压力流体泄漏。在连接件14的端部外圆表面设有公螺纹22。例如,通过公螺纹22,管接头10连接到未图示的压力缸、电磁操纵阀或类似物上。
环形元件24用于紧固在主体12和连接件14之间的连接位置,环形元件24安装于主体12的外圆表面。环形元件24由金属材料制成,通过在主体外圆部分26夹紧,将环形元件24安装到主体12的外圆表面。
在主体12的第二端的内壁设有第一台阶部分28和第二台阶部分30。构成连接/拆卸机构32的套筒34的法兰36与第一台阶部分28接触配合。在法兰36的外圆表面设有与主体12的内壁表面紧固配合的倾斜部分37。将密封元件38安装到第二台阶部分30。密封元件38与筒夹40的第一端相靠。如图3所示,在筒夹40的第一端设有多个槽42。
在筒夹40的第二端的外壁和主体12的内壁之间插入圆柱形导向元件44。在导向元件44的外圆表面设有环形扩张部45,其具有尖锐的横截面。扩张部45切入主体12的内壁表面,因此可以防止导向元件44从主体12中脱离。夹头46由弹性金属材料制成,其基本上呈圆柱形状,并被插入筒夹40内。夹紧部分48切入流体管的外圆表面,如后面所述夹紧流体管,夹紧部分48设置在夹头46的第一端。在夹头46的第一端设有多个槽50。因此构成的夹头46的夹紧部分48可以沿径向产生弹性变形。
将释放套筒52插入夹头46。在释放套筒52的第一端设有多个槽54,释放套筒52的第一端的直径逐渐减小,以便与夹头46的夹紧部分48接触配合。在释放套筒52的第二端设有沿径向向外伸出的法兰56。
一对环形元件58a、58b相互间隔预定的距离,被安装到设有连接/拆卸机构32的主体12的外圆表面。各环形元件58a、58b由金属材料制成,通过夹紧其各自的外圆表面60,将它们安装到主体12上。
环形元件58a、58b的数量不限于两个,其可以是一个、三个或多个。
按照本发明的实施例的管接头10具有基本上如上所述的结构。下面参照图4和5描述用于紧固环形元件24的紧固装置70。
如图4所示,紧固装置70设有基座72。在基座72的中央部分设有圆形基台74。圆柱形元件76固定于圆形基台74的中央部分。在圆柱形元件76的端部附近设有台阶部分78,以便与连接件14的内壁接触配合。如图5所示,在圆形基台74上设有多个紧固元件80,由紧固元件80围绕着圆柱形元件76。相邻的紧固元件80可以沿着圆形基台74的径向方向滑动。
如图5所示,相邻的紧固元件80的连接关系在执行紧固操作之前隔开间隙81。销轴元件82固定在紧固元件80的下部。销轴元件82与设置在圆形基台74上的槽84接触配合,从而防止紧固元件80转动。
在各紧固元件80的上端设有朝向管接头10伸出的圆形弧状伸出物86。如图6所示,在圆形弧状伸出物86上,设有由环形凹陷部分构成的紧固部分88,以便与环形元件24接触配合。在紧固部分88的上方和下方,设有向前朝着管接头10突出的夹持部分90a、90b。沿着圆周方向,在圆形弧状轮廓中分开的多个紧固元件80向管接头10移动,使形成的紧固部分88与被紧固的环形元件24的外圆形状基本上一致,以便相邻的紧固元件80可以相互靠近对接。在紧固元件80的表面在与圆柱形元件76相对的侧面设有锥形表面92。
如图4所示,在基座72上设有围绕紧固元件80的、基本上呈环形轮廓的加压元件94。加压元件94的内表面96相应于紧固元件80的锥形表面92,朝着向下方向形成逐渐增大的直径。在加压元件94的下部,设有多个导向轴98。设置的导向轴98可插入基座72中形成的导向通孔100。未图示的驱动源,例如压力缸连接导向轴98的下部。当驱动源工作时,加压元件94向上或向下移动。
下面描述用于紧固管接头10的环形元件58a、58b的紧固装置110。由相同的标号表示与上面所述的紧固装置70相同的结构元件,同时,省略对这些相同元件的详细描述。
如图7所示,在紧固装置110的各紧固元件80上设有圆弧形伸出物111,在圆弧形伸出物111上设有两个与管接头10的环形元件58a、58b相对应的紧固部分112a、112b,这两个紧固部分112a、112b形成一对基本上相互平行的环形凹陷部分。夹持部分114a-114d朝向管接头10伸出,夹持部分114a-114d设置在各紧固部分112a、112b的上、下方。
紧固装置70和110的结构如上所述。下面,描述它们的操作。
如前所述,连接件14、套筒34、密封件38、筒夹40、导向元件44、夹头46和释放套筒52安装于管接头10的主体12。
如上所述,在准备阶段完成之后,将环形元件24和环形元件58a、58b安装在主体12上。在此阶段,不紧固形元件24和环形元件58a、58b。
接着,如图4所示,使管接头10的连接件14的内壁与设置在紧固装置70的圆柱形元件76上的台阶部分78接触配合,使管接头10定位于紧固装置70上。
接着,在未图示的压力缸的驱动作用下,加压元件94向下移动。其结果如图8所示,由加压元件94的内表面96向紧固元件80的锥形表面92施加压力,多个分开的紧固元件80朝着管接头10移动。在此过程中,在相邻的紧固元件80之间的空隙81逐渐减小,因此,紧固部分88与环形元件24的外圆表面26接触。换句话说,在紧固元件80的锥形表面92和加压元件94的内表面96之间的相对滑动作用下,多个分开的、形成圆弧形轮廓的紧固元件80,各自朝向中央移动。
因此,随着紧固元件80的位移作用,空隙81消失,于是相邻的紧固元件80相互相靠。所以,分开的紧固部分88相靠,基本上形成圆形轮廓,紧固部分88基本上均匀地朝着中央、在环形元件24的整个外圆表面26上施加压力。因此,紧固环形元件24被夹紧变形,直径减小。于是将环形元件24安装到了主体12的外圆表面,使得环形元件24切入主体12。
在此过程中,环形元件24经过变形,在竖直方向扩张。但是,由紧固元件80的夹持部分90a、90b夹持环形元件24的上下部分。因此,产生规则变形,如图6所示。所以,不必担忧,环形元件24会因为压力作用与紧固部分88脱离。另外,环形元件24不产生径向向外的变形。
当完成对于环形元件24的紧固操作时,接着对环形元件58a、58b进行紧固。在此情况下,将管接头10的连接/拆卸机构32安装到紧固装置110的圆柱形元件76上。当加压元件94向下移动时,多个紧固元件80朝向靠近管接头10的方向移动。因此,紧固部分112a、112b基本上均匀地在环形元件58a、58b的整个外圆表面60上施加压力。所以,使环形元件58a、58b紧固,并完成安装,使它们切入主体12的外圆表面,如图7所示。
如上所述,通过采用具有简单结构的紧固装置70、110,将环形元件24、58a、58b方便地紧固在由树脂材料制成的主体12的外圆表面。因此,可以降低生产管接头的生产成本。
如上所述,将紧固有环形元件24和环形元件58a、58b的管接头10安装在压力缸或电磁操纵阀上。在这种情况下,连接件14的公螺纹22与压力缸、电磁操纵阀或类似物螺纹孔连接。
流体管102设有使流体通过的通道101,并与连接/拆卸机构32相互连接。将流体管102插入套筒34和释放套筒52之间,使流体管102的第一端与法兰36相靠。在这种状态下,当稍微通过管接头10拉动流体管102时,夹头46的夹紧部分48切入流体管102的外圆表面。在这种情况下,如果要使流体管102与管接头10脱开,夹紧部分48进一步切入流体管102的外圆表面。因此,可靠的防止流体管102脱离。在另一方面,当向内推动释放套筒52的法兰56,使其进入管接头10时,释放套筒52的前端沿径向向外压迫夹头46的夹紧部分48,使夹紧部分48的直径增加。因此,能够释放处于紧固状态的、切入流体管102的外圆表面的紧固部分48,使其脱离配合。所以,可以容易地拆卸流体管102。
例如,即使当管接头10用于高温大气条件下,或者用于由压力流体在管接头10内产生相当高的压力条件下,能够防止主体12向外方向产生任何变形,因为在主体12上设有紧固的环形元件24、58a、58b。因而可以消除任何连接件14和流体管102从主体12中脱开的担忧。即使当任何外界作用力,例如震动作用于主体12时,不必担忧连接件14从主体12中脱开。
在主体12和流体管102之间的连接状态,以及在主体12和连接件14之间的连接状态由紧固环形元件24、58a、58b完成。因而,连接状态可以保持相当高的气密性和液密性。
在本发明的实施例中,将连接件14安装到管接头10的主体12上。但是,也可以在主体12上直接形成整体的螺纹部分(未图示),而不安装连接件14,并且使螺纹部分与未图示的压力缸等的孔口连接。
而且,在本发明的实施例中,使环形元件24、58a、58b通过在其外圆表面施加紧固作用,环绕在主体12的外圆表面,但是也可以使环形元件24、58a、58b通过压入配合环绕在主体12的外圆表面。

Claims (11)

1.一种管接头,其包括:
一个由树脂材料制成的主体(12),
一个环形元件(58a,58b),该环形元件(58a,58b)装配在所述主体(12)的所述端部的外圆表面上,以防止所述主体(12)变形;
一个连接/拆卸机构(32),该连接/拆卸机构(32)适于连接到一个流体管(102)和从该流体管(102)上拆下,其特征在于,
所述连接/拆卸机构(32)具有一个导向元件(44)联接于所述主体(12)的一个端部,所述导向元件(44)具有至少一个环形扩张部(45),该环形扩张部与所述主体(12)在所述端部处的内壁表面接合,从而防止所述主体(12)和所述导向元件(44)脱离。
2.按照权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征是:连接件(14)由金属材料制成,其与压力流体驱动装置的孔口螺纹连接,连接件(14)与所述主体(12)的第一端相连接,由金属材料制成的另一个环形元件(24)的外圆表面(26)被紧固并向内沿径向压缩,从而将环形元件(24)安装到连接于连接件(14)的主体(12)的外圆表面,防止所述主体(12)和所述连接件(14)相互脱开。
3.按照权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征是:所述连接/拆卸机构(32)包括夹头(46),其设有夹紧部分(48),所述夹紧部分(48)切入所述流体管(102)的外圆表面,以便防止所述流体管(102)脱开,密封元件(38)围绕流体管(102)的外圆表面,以便防止压力流体泄漏,释放套筒(52)被插入夹头(46),以便释放相对于流体管(102)处于紧固状态的夹紧部分(48)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征是:设有一个或多个单独的沿轴向设置的环形元件(58a、58b),同时它们在主体(12)的外圆表面相互隔开预定的距离,在所述主体(12)中设有连接/拆卸机构(32)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的管接头,其特征是:通过在环形元件(58a、58b)的整个外圆表面(60)上施加基本上均匀的朝向中央的夹紧作用,使环形元件(58a、58b)基本上形成圆形轮廓。
6.按照权利要求2所述的管接头,其特征是:通过在环形元件(24)的整个外圆表面(26)上施加基本上均匀的朝向中央的夹紧作用,使环形元件(24)基本上形成圆形轮廓。
7.一种制造管接头的装置,其包括:
多个紧固元件(80),其各自具有向中央突出的圆弧形伸出物(86、111),其各自相互分开;
加压元件(94),其具有内表面(96),沿着轴向方向,内表面(96)的直径逐渐增加,以便围绕由多个紧固元件(80)的外壁形成的锥形表面(92);
由驱动机构沿轴线方向使加压元件(94)移动,其中:
设置成环形轮廓的多个紧固元件(80)在紧固元件(80)的锥形表面(92)和加压元件(94)的内壁表面(96)之间的滑动作用下,各自朝向中央移动,设置在紧固元件(80)上的所述圆弧形伸出物(86、111)被用于基本上均匀的、朝向中央压缩由金属材料制成的环形元件(24、58a、58b)的外圆表面(26、60),以便紧固环形元件(24、58a、58b)。
8.按照权利要求7所述的装置,其特征是:所述紧固元件(80)有所述紧固部分(88),所述紧固部分(88)设有环形凹陷部分,和夹持部分(90a、90b),所述夹持部分(90a、90b)设置在紧固部分(88)的上方和下方,并且向中央伸出。
9.按照权利要求8所述的装置,其特征是:相应于所述环形元件的数量,设有多组相互平行的紧固部分(112a,112b)和夹持部分(114a-114d)。
10.按照权利要求7所述的装置,其特征是:所述环形元件(58a、58b)安装到由树脂材料制成的主体(12)的外圆表面上,在所述主体(12)中设有连接/拆卸机构(32)。
11.按照权利要求7所述的装置,其特征是:所述环形元件(24)安装到与连接件(14)相连的主体(12)的外圆表面上。
