Abstract
本发明提供一种涡轮式流体机械,具有:外壳;设置在该外壳内、能以1条旋转轴线为中心旋转的至少1个的叶轮;在该叶轮的周围设置扩散流道的树脂制的扩散器;设置在上述外壳内、由上述扩散器在轴线方向上推压、用于在外壳内在轴线方向上固定支承该扩散器的支承件;挟在该支承件和扩散器的上述推压面之间的弹性件。在扩散器的上述推压面上设置O形圈槽,使其围绕旋转轴线,若上述弹性件为O形圈,可以使其设置在该圈槽内。
Description
本发明涉及一种泵等涡轮式流体机械,尤其是用于在叶轮的周围设置扩散流道的扩散器(テ″イフユ-サ″)的安装。
图2所示是涡轮式流体机械之一—泵马达一体式的2级泵的一个例子。即,该泵包括具有共同的旋转轴14的马达部16和泵部18,各自的外壳20、22相互邻接地连接在一起,在它们之间设有隔墙24。
泵部18的外壳具有吸入口26和吐出口28,在其内部设有:固定在旋转轴14上的第1级和第2级叶轮34、36;用于在各叶轮的周围设置扩散流道的树脂制的扩散器40、42;设置在各叶轮和与其对应的扩散器周围、将该扩散器支承在外壳内同时用于形成第1级和第2级泵室的中间罩46、48。
第2级泵室的扩散器42,在轴线方向上被挟持在从隔墙24沿轴线方向延伸的筒状推压件52和在第2级的中间罩48的上游、在半径方向上延伸的壁48a之间,另外,第1级泵室的扩散器40被挟持在中间罩48的壁48a和在第1级中间罩的上游、在半径方向上延伸的壁46a之间。
在马达部16和泵部18的外壳20、22邻接的边上,形成有固定用的法兰50、52,设置在隔墙24周边的法兰58被挟持在这些固定用的法兰50、52之间,螺栓64穿过在这些法兰50、52、58上,在轴线方向上耦合制成的螺栓插通用孔,由螺母68夹紧。
该螺栓和螺母的夹紧,在连接固定外壳20、22的同时,其夹紧力通过隔墙24的推压件52传递到第1级扩散器,因此,该第2级扩散器42、第2级中间罩48、第1级扩散器40、第1级中间罩46,被相互紧密地夹紧固定在该推压件52和外壳20的延划定吸入口26的半径方向延伸的壁20a之间。
但是,在这样的泵上,为了螺栓螺母的夹紧力直接作用在扩散器上,扩散器要使用能承受这样的负荷的硬的、且高韧性的树脂材料,或者需要加大扩散器在轴线方向上的壁厚。但是,高韧性的树脂材料成型性差、而且,若加大壁厚,成本增加。
另外,扩散器和中间罩直接接触,其接触面的表面加工需要很高的精度,就是这一点也会提高成本。
本发明鉴于上述原因而提出的,其目的在于提供一种使其能使用由韧性较低的树脂材料制成薄壁的扩散器的泵等涡轮式流体机械。
本发明的涡轮式流体机械具有:外壳;设置在该外壳内、能以1条旋转轴线为中心旋转的至少1个叶轮;在该叶轮的周围设置扩散流道的树脂制的扩散器;设置在上述外壳内、由上述扩散器在轴线方向上推压、用于在外壳内在轴线方向上固定支承该扩散器的支承件;挟在该支承件和扩散器的上述被压面之间的弹性件。
具体地说,上述扩散器的在轴线方向上的支承固定,是由在外壳内、设置在与各叶轮相对应的扩散器周围、用于划定泵室的中间罩来完成的。
本发明,由于不用使扩散器和支承件即中间罩的上述轴线方向推压面直接接触,而是将弹性件设置在这些推压面之间,所以在轴线方向上给与该扩散器的夹紧力不会出现偏差,为均匀的,所以与上述现有技术的材料相比,其树脂材料可以采用低韧性的,另外,也可以不需要高精度的表面加工。因此,与上述现有技术的结构相比,可以降低制造成本。
更具体地说,在中间罩的上述推压面上设置在上述推压面开口的围绕上述旋转轴线的O形圈槽,上述弹性件作为O形密封圈,设置在该圈槽内。
图1是本发明的涡轮式流体机械的剖视图。
图2是现有技术的涡轮式流体机械的剖视图。
以下依据图1对本发明的涡轮式流体机械的最佳实施形式进行说明。
图1所示的流体机械,是基本结构与图2所示的相同的泵。因此,在以下的说明中,对与图2所示的相同的零件标相同的参考序号进行说明。
即,该泵具有由隔墙24隔开、且具有共同的旋转轴14的马达部16和泵部18。泵部18的外壳具有吸入口26和吐出口28,在其内部设有:固定在旋转轴14上的第1级和第2级叶轮34、36;树脂制的扩散器40、42;设置在各叶轮以及与其对应的扩散器周围、用于形成第1级和第2级泵室的中间罩46、48。
第2级泵室的扩散器42具有从该马达部侧面向隔墙24延伸的推压部42b,由于该推压部由隔墙24抵压,所以承受轴向的推压力,第2级中间罩48、第1级扩散器40和第1级中间罩46由该推压力推向吐出口方向,且被挟持在与向划定该吸入口26的半径方向延伸的外壳壁20a之间。
在各扩散器40、42的上游周边,形成有厚壁部70、72,在该厚壁部上形成有在其表面上开口的O形圈槽76、78,其中设有弹性件即O形密封圈,使其各扩散器在轴线方向与中间罩不直接接触。
以上,作为本发明的最佳实施形式,虽然叙述的是将本发明应用于泵的情况,但可以应用于水车泵,以及其它涡轮式流体机械、即可应用于具有叶轮及设于其周围的扩散器的流体机械。
Claims (4)
1.一种涡轮式流体机械,其特征在于,它具有:
外壳;
设置在该外壳内、并能以1条旋转轴线为中心旋转的至少1个叶轮;
在该叶轮的周围设置扩散流道的树脂制的扩散器;
设置在上述外壳内、由上述扩散器在轴线方向上推压、用于在外壳内在轴线方向上固定支承该扩散器的支承件;
挟在该支承件和扩散器的上述被推压面之间的弹性件。
2.权利要求1所记载的涡轮式流体机械,其特征是:在上述扩散器的上述推压面上,设置围绕上述旋转轴线的O形圈槽,上述弹性件作为O形密封圈,设置在该圈槽内。
3.一种涡轮式流体机械,其特征在于,具有:
外壳;
设置在该外壳内、并能以1条旋转轴线为中心旋转的至少1个叶轮;
在各叶轮的周围设置扩散流道的树脂制的扩散器;
在外壳内部,设置于上述该叶轮和与其相对应的扩散器的周围、形成泵室、并由上述扩散器在轴线方向上推压,在同一轴线方向上固定支承该扩散器的中间罩;
挟持于该中间罩和扩散器在轴线方向的相互推压的面之间的弹性件。
4.权利要求3所记载的涡轮式流体机械,其特征在于:在上述扩散器的上述推压面上,设置围绕上述旋转轴线的O形圈槽,上述弹性件作为O形密封圈,设置在该圈槽内。
