本发明公开了一种汽车空调散热器用铝管,一种汽车空调散热器用铝管,包括扁铝管,所述扁铝管的外表面设有抗氧化层,所述扁铝管的内表面设有导热石墨膜,所述扁铝管的管身表面均匀设有散热凸起,设有所述扁铝管的内部设有支撑立柱;通过扁铝管的管身,可以有效地减少管身所占空间;管身内壁之间设置的支撑立柱,可以有效地支持管身,使管身不易被破坏;散热凸起增加散热管与空气接触的散热表面积,从而提高芯体内部冷却液和外界空气的热交换效率;导热石墨膜本身具有良好的导热性能,也可以防止扁铝管内的液体与铝反应而影响导热效率;本发明设计合理,结构简单,适于生产和推广。

本发明属于吸风机技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车空调散热器用铝管。
背景技术
现有车用散热器一般由冷却用的散热器芯体、进水室和出水室三部分组成,冷却液在散热器芯体内流动,空气从散热器芯体外高速通过,从而使冷却液和空气通过散热器芯体进行热量交换;散热器芯体的结构大部分都是圆管形式的,所占的空间较大,并且结构过于简单,不耐用,遇到撞击容易将铝管撞坏,影响了汽车中空调的使用;而且一般散热管的材料都是由导热性能良好的金属铝制成,然而金属铝与空气或者水中的氧气反应会生成氧化铝膜,从而影响到散热管的散热性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车空调散热器用铝管,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车空调散热器用铝管,包括扁铝管,所述扁铝管的外表面设有抗氧化层,所述扁铝管的内表面设有导热石墨膜,所述扁铝管的管身表面均匀设有散热凸起,设有所述扁铝管的内部设有支撑立柱。
优选的,所述散热凸起为圆形,且直径为3毫米到5毫米。
