本发明公开了一种低码快速焙烧窑系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括窑车(1)、上窑车车道(2)、下窑车车道(3)、烧嘴(4)、搅拌气幕(5)、第一升降台(6)、第二升降台(7)和进出口(8),本发明系统传热快速,烧成周期短,在节能的基础上,连续性强,易于自动化生产,原理简单易操作。

技术领域
本发明属于焙烧生产,特别涉及一种低码快速焙烧窑系统及其工艺。
背景技术
隧道窑一般是一条长的直线形隧道,其两侧及顶部有固定的墙壁及拱顶,底部铺设的轨道上运行着窑车。燃烧设备设在隧道窑的中部两侧,构成了固定的高温带--烧成带,燃烧产生的高温烟气在隧道窑前端烟囱或引风机的作用下,沿着隧道向窑头方向流动,同时逐步地预热进入窑内的制品,这一段构成了隧道窑的预热带,但是现有的隧道窑建造所需材料和设备较多,因此一次投资较大;并且对于不同制品必须全面改变焙烧工艺制度,生产技术要求严格,操作复杂效率低。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出以下技术方案:
一种低码快速焙烧窑系统,系统包括窑车1、上窑车车道2、下窑车车道3、烧嘴4、搅拌气幕5、第一升降台6、第二升降台7和进出口8,上窑车车道2和下窑车车道3将整个系统分为上下两层,烧嘴4和搅拌气幕5间隔设置于于上窑车车道2的上方,第一升降台6设置于下窑车车道3上,并且位于进出口8端处,第二升降台7设置于远离进出口8端的另外一端口,并且设置于上窑车车道2的背面。

上窑车车道2还设置有送风系统和排烟系统。

烧嘴4为6-8对。
进一步方案,
将窑车1从进出口8的第一升降台6运送至上窑车车道2上,窑车前往进出口8端的相对面前行,到达烧嘴4下方位置时,通过通入天然气点燃烧嘴4,继续前行后,在到达搅拌气幕5下方位置时,搅拌气幕5送风,在到达远离进出口8端的另外一端口时,第二升降台7作用将窑车1下放至下窑车车道3,随后窑车1向进出口8端前进,到达后,由第一升降台6将窑车1上送至进出口8处运出。
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明系统传热快速,烧成周期短,在节能的基础上,连续性强,易于自动化生产,原理简单易操作。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种低码快速焙烧窑系统,系统包括窑车1、上窑车车道2、下窑车车道3、烧嘴4、搅拌气幕5、第一升降台6、第二升降台7和进出口8,上窑车车道2和下窑车车道3将整个系统分为上下两层,烧嘴4和搅拌气幕5间隔设置于于上窑车车道2的上方,第一升降台6设置于下窑车车道3上,并且位于进出口8端处,第二升降台7设置于远离进出口8端的另外一端口,并且设置于上窑车车道2的背面,上窑车车道2还设置有送风系统和排烟系统,窑嘴为6-8对。
如图2所示,其工作原理为:
将窑车1从进出口8的第一升降台6运送至上窑车车道2上,窑车前往进出口8端的相对面前行,到达烧嘴4下方位置时,通过通入天然气点燃烧嘴4,继续前行后,在到达搅拌气幕5下方位置时,搅拌气幕5送风,在到达远离进出口8端的另外一端口时,第二升降台7作用将窑车1下放至下窑车车道3,随后窑车1向进出口8端前进,到达后,由第一升降台6将窑车1上送至进出口8处运出。
虽然在上文中已经参考了一些实施例对本发明进行描述,然而在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效无替换其中的技术点,尤其是,只要不存在技术冲突,本发明所纰漏的各种实施例中的各项特征均可通过任一方式结合起来使用,在本发明中未对这些组合的情况进行穷举行的描述仅仅是处于省略篇幅和节约资源的考虑。因此,本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而且包括落入权利要求。

1.一种低码快速焙烧窑系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括窑车(1)、上窑车车道(2)、下窑车车道(3)、烧嘴(4)、搅拌气幕(5)、第一升降台(6)、第二升降台(7)和进出口(8),所述上窑车车道(2)和下窑车车道(3)将整个系统分为上下两层,所述烧嘴(4)和搅拌气幕(5)间隔设置于于上窑车车道(2)的上方,所述第一升降台(6)设置于下窑车车道(3)上,并且位于进出口(8)端处,所述第二升降台(7)设置于远离进出口(8)端的另外一端口,并且设置于上窑车车道(2)的背面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低码快速焙烧窑系统,其特征在于,所述上窑车车道(2)还设置有送风系统和排烟系统。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低码快速焙烧窑系统,其特征在于,所述烧嘴(4)为6-8对。
4.一种根据权利要求1所述的低码快速焙烧窑系统的原理,其特征在于,将所述窑车(1)从进出口(8)的第一升降台(6)运送至上窑车车道(2)上,窑车前往进出口(8)端的相对面前行,到达所述烧嘴(4)下方位置时,通过通入天然气点燃烧嘴,继续前行后,在到达搅拌气幕(5)下方位置时,搅拌气幕(5)送风,在到达远离进出口(8)端的另外一端口时,所述第二升降台(7)作用将窑车(1)下放至下窑车车道(3),随后窑车(1)向进出口(8)端前进,到达后,由第一升降台(6)将窑车(1)上送至进出口(8)处运出。
