Abstract

本发明公开了一种纯电动车双电机输入平行轴两档变速器传动方案,包括两个功率相同的电机1和电机2,并分别使用两个电磁离合器Clc1和Clc2将其与平行轴两档变速器的两个输入轴连接;所述的电磁离合器的分离结合可以控制电机与平行轴两档变速器的分离与结合。本发明实现了平行轴两档变速器在双电机双速比输入上的应用,综合了两种结构的优点,结构简单可靠的同时,又实现多速比,高效地满足车辆驱动和制动的需求。

本发明属于纯电动车动力传动领域,具体涉及一种纯电动车双电机输入平行轴两档变速器传动方案。
背景技术
随着油耗、排放法规的日益加严,传统汽车的燃油动力面临着严峻挑战。把握全球能源变革发展趋势和我国产业绿色转型发展要求,着眼生态文明建设和应对气候变化,以绿色低碳技术创新和应用为重点,引导绿色消费,推广绿色产品,国家倡导大幅提升新能源汽车和新能源应用比例。其中纯电动车是新能源汽车的重要组成部分。节能与可靠性是纯电动车的关键评价指标。
对于纯电动车,从结构上可以简单地分为分布式驱动和中央式驱动。中央式驱动的主要部件就是单电机或双电机加变速器或减速器。按照车辆经济性的要求,传动系要通过速比的合理设计使得能耗降低。同时,对于变速器方案而言,传动结构要尽可能简单可靠。
发明内容
本发明正是基于以上的技术背景,提出一种纯电动车双电机输入平行轴两档变速器传动方案。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种纯电动车双电机输入平行轴两档变速器传动系统,包括两个功率相同的电机1和电机2,并分别使用两个电磁离合器Clc1和Clc2将其与平行轴两档变速器的两个输入轴连接;所述的电磁离合器的分离结合可以控制电机与平行轴两档变速器的分离与结合。
进一步,所述的电机1的输入速比为i1,电机2的输入速比为i2,且i1i2
进一步,所述的平行轴两档变速器,使用齿套挂挡。
本发明产生的有益效果是:本发明实现了平行轴两档变速器在双电机双速比输入上的应用,综合了两种结构的优点,结构简单可靠的同时,又实现多速比,高效地满足车辆驱动和制动的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。
本发明是一种纯电动车双电机输入平行轴两档变速器传动方案,其主要包括两个功率相同的电机1和电机2作为输入动力,电机1和电机2相对于平行轴两档变速器输入主轴使用不同的输入速比i1i2。电机1和电机2通过电磁离合器Clc1和Clc2将其与平行轴两档变速器的两个输入轴连接,平行轴两档变速器使用齿套挂挡,结构简单。
车辆驱动时,通过电机的两个输入速比和平行轴两档变速器的速比组合,结合两个输入电机的扭矩分配,实现多个速比,高效驱动车辆。车辆制动时,平行轴两档变速器固定一个速比,两个电机通过双速比和扭矩分配,使制动能量回收的效率最大化。
