Abstract
本发明公开了一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案,包括两个功率相同的电机1和电机2,所述的两个电机分别通过电磁离合器Clc1和电磁离合器Clc2与行星排变速器的两个输入轴连接;所述的电磁离合器Clc1和磁离合器Clc2的分离结合能够控制电机1和电机2与行星排变速器的分离与结合。本发明中的双电机双速比输入与行星排同步器变速器结合的传动方案,实现了行星排同步器变速器在双电机双速比输入上的应用,综合了两种结构的优点。既实现多速比,高效地满足车辆驱动和制动的需求;同时轴向尺寸短,变速器同轴输入输出;挂挡同步器的使用,避免了冲击,使得挂挡平顺。

技术领域
本发明属于纯电动车动力传动领域,具体涉及一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案。
背景技术
随着油耗、排放法规的日益加严,传统汽车的燃油动力面临着严峻挑战。把握全球能源变革发展趋势和我国产业绿色转型发展要求,着眼生态文明建设和应对气候变化,以绿色低碳技术创新和应用为重点,引导绿色消费,推广绿色产品,国家倡导大幅提升新能源汽车和新能源应用比例。其中纯电动车是新能源汽车的重要组成部分。节能与可靠性是纯电动车的关键评价指标。
对于纯电动车,从结构上可以简单地分为分布式驱动和中央式驱动。中央式驱动的主要部件就是单电机或双电机加变速器或减速器。按照车辆的总布置的要求,传动系统的结构都要尽量紧凑。按照车辆经济性的要求,传动系要通过合理的速比设计使得能耗降低。如果使用变速器的解决方案,换挡要尽可能地平顺柔和,满足车辆舒适性的要求。
发明内容
本发明正是基于以上的技术背景,提出一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案,包括两个功率相同的电机1和电机2,所述的两个电机分别通过电磁离合器Clc1和电磁离合器Clc2与行星排变速器的两个输入轴连接;所述的电磁离合器Clc1和磁离合器Clc2的分离结合能够控制电机1和电机2与行星排变速器的分离与结合。
进一步,所述的电机1的输入速比为i1,电机2的输入速比为i2,且i1≠i2。
进一步,所述的行星排变速器使用同步器挂挡,挂挡平顺。
本发明产生的有益效果是:本发明中的双电机双速比输入与行星排变速器结合的传动方案,实现了行星排变速器在双电机双速比输入上的应用,综合了两种结构的优点。既实现多速比,高效地满足车辆驱动和制动的需求;同时轴向尺寸短,变速器同轴输入输出;挂挡同步器的使用,避免了冲击,使得挂挡平顺。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的说明:
本发明是一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案,将双电机双速比输入结构与行星排变速器相结合。本发明包括两个功率相同的电机1和电机2,其中电机1的输入速比为i1,电机2的输入速比为i2,且i1≠i2。两个电机分别通过电磁离合器Clc1和电磁离合器Clc2与行星排变速器的两个输入轴连接;电磁离合器Clc1和磁离合器Clc2的分离结合能够控制电机1和电机2与行星排变速器的分离与结合。
本发明中的行星排变速器使用行星排传动,太阳轮作为输入,行星架作为输出;行星排变速器使用同步器挂挡,挂挡平顺。同步器齿套移动到左侧时,齿圈与壳体固定在一起,实现低档;同步器齿套移动到右侧时,齿圈与行星架连在一起,实现高档。
行星排同步器变速器轴向尺寸短,同轴输入输出。通过电机调速和同步器挂挡相结合,避免冲击,使得挂挡平顺。
车辆驱动时,通过电机的两个输入速比和变速器的速比组合及两个输入电机的扭矩分配,实现多个速比,高效驱动车辆。车辆制动时,变速器固定一个速比,两个电机通过双速比和扭矩分配,使能量回收效率最大化。
要说明的是,上述实施例是对本发明技术方案的说明而非限制,所属技术领域普通技术人员的等同替换或者根据现有技术而做的其它修改,只要没超出本发明技术方案的思路和范围,均应包含在本发明所要求的权利范围之内。

1.一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案,其特征在于:相同功率的电机1和电机2,所述的两个电机分别通过电磁离合器Clc1和电磁离合器Clc2与行星排变速器的两个输入轴连接;所述的电磁离合器Clc1和磁离合器Clc2的分离结合能够控制电机1和电机2与行星排变速器的分离与结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案,其特征在于:所述的电机1的输入速比为i1,电机2的输入速比为i2,且i1≠i2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纯电动车双电机输入行星排变速器传动方案,其特征在于:所述的行星排变速器使用同步器挂挡,使挂挡平顺。
