Abstract
本发明涉及一种预防运动低血睾的组合物及其应用,所述组合物中包括山药、人参、枸杞、黄精、燕麦,米糠脂肪烷醇、植物甾醇和西兰花种子提取物。本发明所述的组合物可有效地起到同时预防或治疗男女运动性低睾酮的作用,可对身体机能起到一定的调节作用,有效地提高人体的运动能力。而且其成本廉价,效果突出,对人体无任何副作用,可进行大范围地推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种运动营养补剂,特别涉及一种可以增强机体运动能力,且同时预防或治疗男女运动员运动性低睾酮的运动营养补剂。
背景技术
当前,竞技体育随着高科技的不断介入,运动水平迅速提高,运动员在激烈的竞争中,如何尽快消除疲劳,提高运动竞技能力,是当今世界运动训练科学和运动医学领域研究的热门课题。除了通过训练、心理、物理等方法手段外,药物是消除运动性疲劳的主要手段。在正常生理条件下,男性在不剧烈运动时,睾丸分泌睾酮主要受HPG轴调控,即下丘脑弓状核、腹内侧核等核团合成和分泌GnRH促进垂体分泌LH和FSH,LH通过血液循环到达睾丸后,作用于睾丸间质细胞,刺激睾酮的分泌与合成。睾丸间质细胞是LH作用的主要靶细胞。FSH通过诱导LH/HCG受体表达,加强LH的作用。以LH和FSH为主的促性腺激素,可以促进睾丸间质细胞的分化和增殖。当血睾酮升高时,下丘脑和垂体就会反馈性抑制使GnRH与LH、FSH分泌减少,从而促进睾酮合成分泌作用减弱,使血睾酮水平回落,相反,当睾酮下降时,它对下丘脑和垂体的抑制作用减弱,GnRH与LH和FSH分泌增加,血睾酮水平上升。有研究证实,睾酮可以通过抑制胆固醇转运蛋白StAR的表达降低自身的合成。
然而,女性雄激素则不具有HPG轴反馈调节机制。在女性体内,卵巢分泌的雄激素一定程度上通过性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)的合成量与激素代谢廓清率来调控。
长时间运动以及反复负荷的大强度训练,可导致睾酮下降,可能与训练引起了HPG轴功能在多环节被抑制有关。综上,抗疲劳和促进恢复的运动补剂有着广泛的需求。
目前许多文献和专利都有涉及运动低血睾的配方,但是大多数文章要么预防或治疗男运动员低睾酮,要么预防或治疗女运动员低睾酮,很难有同时预防或治疗男女运动员运动性低睾酮的组方。针对于此,本发明提出了一种可同时预防或治疗男女运动员运动性低睾酮的组方。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种营养型运动补剂,它既可缓解运动后疲劳,增强机体的运动能力,同时预防或治疗男女运动性低睾酮,还可为人体提供一定的营养,所述组合物中包括山药、人参、枸杞、黄精、燕麦,米糠脂肪烷醇、植物甾醇和西兰花种子提取物,所述西兰花提取物中萝卜硫苷的含量大于12%。
优选的,所述组合物中包括山药3~10份、人参5~10份、枸杞20~40份、黄精2.5~8份、燕麦0.5~1.2份,米糠脂肪烷醇1~4份、植物甾醇4~10份和西兰花种子提取物0.5~3份。
优选的,所述米糠脂肪烷醇中二十八烷醇的质量分数为30-60%的。
优选的,所述枸杞为枸杞多糖的含量30-60%的枸杞粉。
优选的,所述西兰花提取物由如下方法制备得到:
(1)将西兰花种子于45~55℃下烘干1.5~2.5h,灭酶,打碎成20~40目的粉;
(2)以水为提取剂,在30~60℃的条件下,按水与西兰花的质量体积比1:10~1:5,提取30~100min,经过三次浸提后,将提取液抽滤;
(3)采用特异性大孔树脂LK1300S对抽滤后的上清液进行吸附,然后对所述特异性大孔树脂LK1300S进行水洗,最后采用20~90%的乙醇溶液对其进行洗脱,收集醇洗液,浓缩、干燥,即得。
作为更优选的方案,所述西兰花提取物由如下方法制备得到:
(1)将西兰花种子于50℃下烘干2h,灭酶,打碎成20~40目的粉;
(2)选择水作提取剂,在45~45℃的条件下,按质量体积比1:8,提取60min,经过三次浸提后,将提取液抽滤;
(3)采用特异性大孔树脂LK1300S对抽滤后的上清液进行吸附,然后对所述特异性大孔树脂LK1300S进行水洗,最后采用30~70%的乙醇溶液对其进行洗脱,收集醇洗液,浓缩、干燥,即得。
优选的,所述组合物中包括山药5~8份、人参6~8份、枸杞30~36份、黄精4~6份、燕麦0.8~1.0份,米糠脂肪烷醇2~3.5份和植物甾醇5~8份和西兰花种子提取物1~2份。
优选的,所述组合物中包括山药8份、人参6份、枸杞粉36份、黄精6份、燕麦1.0份,米糠脂肪烷醇3.5份、植物甾醇5份和西兰花种子提取物2份;
或,包括山药5份、人参8份、枸杞30份、黄精4份、燕麦0.8份,米糠脂肪烷醇2份、植物甾醇8份和西兰花种子提取物1份。
在上述优选的配方下,所述组合物的总质量为100份。
本发明的另一目的是保护本申请所述的组合物在防治运动性低血睾中的应用。
优选的,成年人每人每天服用1-5g所述组合物。
更优选的,成年人每人每天服用1.5-2.5g所述组合物。本发明的最后一个目的是保护由本发明所述的组合物制备成的食品、药品或保健品上可接受的制剂。
优选的,所述制剂为片剂。
当所述制剂为片剂进,可添加微晶纤维素PH302、直压乳糖、二氧化硅、麦芽糊精、山梨糖醇作为赋型剂。
优选的,所述片剂的制备方法为将各原料粉碎至40~60目,混匀,压片,即得。
本发明中的重量份数可以是ug、mg、g或kg等公认的重量单位。
本发明所述的组合物具有如下有益效果:
1)本发明所述的组合物可有效地起到恢复运动疲劳的作用,而且对身体机能起到一定的调节作用,有效地同时预防或治疗男性和女性运动员运动性低睾酮。
2)本发明的所述的组合物中包括多种药食同源食品,意想不到的是,在长时间,高强度运动中,能够有效抑制睾酮向二氢睾酮转化,抑制雌激素的生成,促进睾酮的生成。
3)本发明的所述促恢复组合物成本廉价,效果突出,对人体无任何副作用,有利于大范围地推广应用。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例中所涉及的西兰花种子提取物由如下方法提取得到:
(1)将西兰花种子于50℃下烘干2h,灭酶,打碎成20~40目的粉;
(2)选择水作提取剂,在45~45℃的条件下,按质量体积比1:8,提取60min,经过三次浸提后,将提取液抽滤;
(3)采用特异性大孔树脂LK1300S对抽滤后的上清液进行吸附,然后对所述特异性大孔树脂LK1300S进行水洗,最后采用30~70%的乙醇溶液对其进行洗脱,收集醇洗液,浓缩、干燥,即得。

实验例
1、实验目的:研究服用本发明产品后对于男女运动员运动性低血睾的变化。
2、实验对象
通过前期对血睾酮指标的测试筛选,选取72名患有运动性低血睾的男性和女性各一半长跑运动员,每组12人,其中男女各6人,分为六组。要求受试者状态良好,无重大疾病,能保证其日常的运动训练量及强度。实验前,应告知受试者将参加的实验内容、可能的风险、权利、义务、实验报酬及支付形式,签署知情同意书。
实验内容将申报人体实验伦理委员会审批。被试年龄为18-28岁,平均年龄为23.42±5.35岁。
3、测试前准备
(1)测试前一天应保证睡眠时间8小时以上。
(2)测试当天受试者早餐(或午餐)将由课题组提供,以避免不同饮食状况对结果的影响,餐后至少1小时以后参加测试。
(3)受试者应着舒适的运动服、运动鞋。
4、实验分组和方法
实验分组如下:A组服用实施例1,每日早晚各服用2粒片剂,B组服用实施例2,每日早晚各服用2粒片剂,C组服用实施例3,每日早晚各服用2粒片剂,D组服用实施例4,每日早晚各服用2粒片剂,E组服用对比例1,每日早晚各服用2粒片剂,F组服用纤维素片空白对照补剂并且在此期间详细记录72名受试者在实验周期内日常具体训练内容及饮食特点。所有受试者在实验期间维持常规训练次数及强度,整个实验周期内无其他特殊补剂、营养品的使用,无饮酒、咖啡因摄入,无熬夜、高蛋白饮食等行为发生。按照冬季训练计划进行训练。分别在冬训开始前和冬训后第8周抽取静脉血,全血进行血常规测试,另外离心制备血清进行血睾酮、肌酸激酶、超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛等指标的测定。
5、数据分析
所得数据均通过R Commander和Excel处理,两组数据间检验采用学生t检验,实验采用双盲法进行实施,数据测试通过统计学分析后以mean±SD(平均值±标准差)表示。

血清睾酮被公认为是运动员适应高强度运动训练的机体适应性表现。通过数据可以看出,服用8周以后,实施例1-3,A、B和C组的血清睾酮,血红蛋白和血清肌酸激酶,都明显改善,且显著优于空白对照组,实施例4也有大幅度改善,对比例1(F组)改善不显著
7、结论
本发明的药食同源中药组合物可以有效运动性低血睾作用,明显抗疲劳,改善机体功能,而若不采用不申请所述的全部组分,改善作用不明显。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明、具体实施方式及试验,对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种预防运动低血睾的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中包括山药、人参、枸杞、黄精、燕麦,米糠脂肪烷醇、植物甾醇和西兰花种子提取物,所述西兰花提取物中萝卜硫苷的含量大于12%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中包括山药3~10份、人参5~10份、枸杞20~40份、黄精2.5~8份、燕麦0.5~1.2份,米糠脂肪烷醇1~4份、植物甾醇4~10份和西兰花种子提取物0.5~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述米糠脂肪烷醇中二十八烷醇的质量分数为30-60%的;和/或,所述枸杞为枸杞多糖的含量30-60%的枸杞粉。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的组合物,其特性在于,所述西兰花提取物由如下方法制备得到:
(1)将西兰花种子于45~55℃下烘干1.5~2.5h,灭酶,打碎成20~40目的粉;
(2)以水为提取剂,在30~60℃的条件下,按水与西兰花的质量体积比1:10~1:5,提取30~100min,经过三次浸提后,将提取液抽滤;
(3)采用特异性大孔树脂LK1300S对抽滤后的上清液进行吸附,然后对所述特异性大孔树脂LK1300S进行水洗,最后采用20~90%的乙醇溶液对其进行洗脱,收集醇洗液,浓缩、干燥,即得。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中包括山药5~8份、人参6~8份、枸杞30~36份、黄精4~6份、燕麦0.8~1.0份,米糠脂肪烷醇2~3.5份和植物甾醇5~8份和西兰花种子提取物1~2份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中包括山药8份、人参6份、枸杞粉36份、黄精6份、燕麦1.0份,米糠脂肪烷醇3.5份、植物甾醇5份和西兰花种子提取物2份;
或,包括山药5份、人参8份、枸杞30份、黄精4份、燕麦0.8份,米糠脂肪烷醇2份、植物甾醇8份和西兰花种子提取物1份。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物的总质量为100份。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的组合物在防治运动性低血睾中的应用;优选的,成年人每人每天服用1-5g所述组合物。
9.由权利要求1~8任一项所述组合物制备成的食品、药品或保健品上可接受的制剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制剂,其特征在于,所述制剂为片剂。
