背景技术

所述制动回路4首先与所述制动踏板机构3的主制动缸6相连接,其中所述主制动缸6在此构造为双活塞缸或者串联式缸,并且其中所述制动踏板机构3此外具有能够由驾驶员操纵的制动踏板7。所述制动回路4具有转换阀8,所述转换阀紧跟在所述主制动缸6之后。所述转换阀8构造为无电流地打开的结构并且允许所述制动回路的液压介质、也就是制动液朝两个方向流动。此外,所述转换阀8在分别中间连接进口阀10的情况下与所述两个车轮制动器2相连接,所述进口阀构造为无电流地朝两个方向打开的结构。此外,为所述制动回路4的车轮制动器2分别分配了构造为无电流地关闭的结构的出口阀11。所述出口阀11在出口侧与液压储箱9相连接,所述液压储箱向所述主制动缸6供给液压介质。此外,在出口侧所述出口阀11与泵13的吸入侧相连接,所述泵在压力侧在所述转换阀8与所述进口阀10之间与所述制动回路4相连接。所述泵13在此构造为活塞泵并且与电动马达14机械地耦合,其中所述泵13和所述电动马达14一起形成所述制动系统1的压力产生器15。在此规定,所述电动马达14配属于两条制动回路3、4和5的泵13。作为替代方案,也能够规定,每条制动回路4、5具有自身的电动马达14。此外,为所述主制动缸6分配了液压的踏板感觉模拟器12。
如果关闭所述制动回路4、5的两个转换阀8,那么所述液压压力就留在所述制动回路4、5的处于所述转换阀后面的区段中,也就是被关在或者被维持在所述转换阀与所述车轮制动器2之间,即使而后通过驾驶员给所述制动踏板7卸荷。为了进行制动力放大而操控所述压力产生器15,从而附加于对于所述制动踏板7的操纵而通过所述压力产生器15在所述制动系统1中自动化地提高所述液压压力,使得驾驶员能够以小的力的消耗来产生高的制动力矩。
图2示出了用于对一种有利的用来运行所述制动系统的方法进行解释的简化的流程图。随着对于所述制动机构3的制动踏板7的操纵,在第一步骤S1中开始所述方法。在紧随此后的询问S2中检查,所述制动踏板操纵是不是高动态的制动踏板操纵。为此要检测所述制动踏板7的操纵速度或者操纵行程并且将其相应地与极限值进行比较。如果所检测到的制动踏板行程超过所分配的极限值并且所述操纵速度高于相应的极限值,那就断定,进行了高动态的制动操纵(是)。但是,如果所述操纵速度小于所述极限值并且/或者所述制动踏板没有运动超过通过所属的极限值允许的踏板行程,那就断定,不存在高动态的制动踏板操纵(否)并且进行到步骤S3。在这个步骤中,将用于所述压力产生器15的运行电流限制到允许的第一极限值。
为了防止所述压力产生器15的过热或者所述压力产生器15的电动马达的过热,在此规定,在正常运行中通过第一极限值来限制所述压力产生器的运行电流。这一点要借助于在图2中示出的方法来进行详细解释。
而后,用如此受到限制的运行电流在步骤S4中操控所述压力产生器15,以用于产生液压压力。但是,如果在步骤S2中发现,所述制动踏板操纵是高动态的制动踏板操纵(是),那就从步骤S2继续进行到步骤S4,从而不进行或者说取消对于所述运行电流的限制。由此,能够在高动态的制动过程中向所述压力产生器15供给提高的运行电流,使得其在转速低时也提供高的转矩,从而在所述制动系统1中在极短的时间里形成所述液压压力。仅仅对高动态的制动过程来说取消所述限制,由此在正常运行中保证不超过所述运行温度。在高动态的制动过程中,热负荷取决于所述运行电流的水平和持续时间。因为在进行高动态的制动时,尤其如果还存在低的转速,所述运行电流就仅仅在短暂的时间里是高的,所以对于运行温度的损害在这个短暂的时间里能够忽略。相应地,允许通过所描述的方法来有利地将所述运行电流提高到超过所述第一极限值。由此,在高动态的制动过程中就像在正常的制动过程中一样提高所述电动马达14的转矩,其中精确的大小或者转矩升高取决于所述电动马达的尺寸设计和所实现的电流极限。
图3为此示范性地以图表关于转速n作为转矩Md示出了在正常运行中(k1)并且在高动态的制动过程中(k2)所述压力产生器15的电动马达14的转矩特性曲线。可以看出,在高动态的制动过程中允许比在转速低时高的转矩,而对于高于2000转的较高的转速来说特性曲线k1和k2则彼此叠放。

Claims (8)

1.用于运行机动车的液压的制动系统(1)的方法,所述液压的制动系统具有至少一个能液压操纵的车轮制动器(2)、带有用于预先给定目标-制动力矩的能操纵的制动踏板(7)的制动踏板机构(3)以及为了根据所述目标-制动力矩产生液压压力而被电操控的压力产生器(15),其中在正常运行中将所述压力产生器(15)的运行电流限制到能预先给定的第一极限值,根据所述压力产生器的运行温度来预先给定所述第一极限值,其特征在于,根据对于所述制动踏板(7)的操纵的方式对所述制动踏板机构(3)进行监控,并且在检测到对于所述制动踏板(7)的高动态的操纵时取消对于所述运行电流的限制。
2.按权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所检测到的制动踏板操纵速度超过能预先给定的第二极限值,那就识别出高动态的操纵。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所检测到的制动踏板行程超过能预先给定的第三极限值,那就识别出高动态的操纵。
4.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,仅仅在转速低于第四极限值时才通过所述第一极限值进行限制。
5.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,根据在进行长时间制动时所述压力产生器(15)的允许的运行温度来预先给定所述第一极限值。
6.按权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述制动踏板机构(3)根据所述制动踏板操纵的所检测到的方式来产生状态消息并且将其发送给对所述压力产生器(15)进行操控的控制器。
7.用于运行机动车的制动系统(1)的装置,其中所述制动系统(1)具有至少一个车轮制动器(2)、带有用于预先给定目标-制动力矩的能操纵的制动踏板(7)的制动踏板机构(3)以及至少一个用于对所述车轮制动器(2)进行液压的操纵的压力产生器(15),其中根据对于所述制动踏板(7)的操纵来操控所述压力产生器(15),其特征在于一种控制器,该控制器专门被安排用于在按照规定地使用时实施按权利要求1到6中的一项所述的方法。
8.用于机动车的制动系统(1),所述制动系统具有至少一个车轮制动器(2)、制动踏板机构(3)和至少一个用于对所述车轮制动器(2)进行液压的操纵的压力产生器(15),其中根据对于所述制动踏板(7)的操纵来操控所述压力产生器(15),其特征在于,所述制动系统具有按权利要求7所述的装置。
