Abstract

一种适用于光固化成型的3D打印陶瓷义齿的方法和装置,属于义齿制作技术领域,在方法中将扫描获得的牙齿数据,经数据处理获得待打印数据模型切片后的每层图像的数据,并传送给控制系统,通过控制系统控制补液动作使基料的液位高度始终维持在预设高度,基料由光敏树脂和陶瓷粉按比例配置,补液后控制系统控制对补入液体完成搅拌,打印是采用底部投影的方式,逐次投影出每层图像的切片图形,并进行光源曝光而逐层完成固化。
