本发明提供一种复合玻璃纤维网布基体及其制作方法,属于磨削工具技术领域。所述复合玻璃纤维网布基体主要包括以下质量百分比的原料:树脂玻璃纤维边角料88~94%、偶联剂0.4~0.6%、乌洛托品1~2%、甲醇2~4%、炭黑0.4~0.6%、滑石粉1~2%、轻质碳酸钙1.5~3%该复合玻璃纤维网布基体是以树脂玻璃纤维边角料为主要原料而制成,其不但具有现有技术中玻璃纤维网布基体强度大、弹性好的特性,且实现了对树脂玻璃纤维边角料的再加工利用,经济且环保。

一种复合玻璃纤维网布基体及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及磨削工具技术领域,具体涉及一种复合玻璃纤维网布基体及其制作方法。
背景技术
通常的圆盘状涂附模具“弹性磨盘(百叶片)”,主要是将磨料或纱布粘附在一个基体上。工作时,基体承载磨料进行旋转磨削工件。目前,此类产品一直采用多层树脂玻璃纤维网片的方法制作基体,该基体又称玻璃纤维网布基体。由于玻璃纤维网布基体采用多层树脂玻璃纤维网片压制而成,在制作过程中会产生大量的树脂玻璃纤维边角料。树脂玻璃纤维边角料的结构稳定,不被微生物降解,在自然环境中长期不分离。现在对树脂玻璃纤维边角料处理的方式有两种,一种是随着垃圾掩埋,这种处理方式的不仅会占用大量的土地,而且被占用的土地长期得不到恢复,影响土地的可持续利用;另一种是焚烧,这种处理方式给环境造成严重的环境污染。
基于此,发明人研究出一种是以树脂玻璃纤维边角料为主要原料而制成的强度大、弹性好的复合玻璃纤维网布基体,不但实现了对树脂玻璃纤维边角料的再加工利用,而且达到了经济环保的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合玻璃纤维网布基体,该复合玻璃纤维网布基体以树脂玻璃纤维边角料为主要原料,强度大、弹性好,不但实现了对树脂对边角料的再加工利用,而且达到了经济环保的目的;同时,本发明的目的还在于提供一种上述复合玻璃纤维网布基体的制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明一种复合玻璃纤维网布基体所采用的技术方案是:所述复合玻璃纤维网布基体包括以下质量百分比的原料:树脂玻璃纤维边角料88~94%、偶联剂0.4~0.6%、乌洛托品1~2%、甲醇2~4%、炭黑0.4~0.6%、滑石粉1~2%、轻质碳酸钙1.5~3%。
优选的,所述的复合玻璃纤维网布基体包括以下质量百分比的原料:树脂玻璃纤维边角料91%、偶联剂0.5%、乌洛托品1.5%、甲醇3%、炭黑0.5%、滑石粉1.5%、轻质碳酸钙2%。
上述复合玻璃纤维网布基体的制作方法,包括以下步骤,如根据权利要求1或2所述的复合玻璃纤维网布基体的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选取上述质量百分比的树脂玻璃纤维边角料,并采用粉碎机粉碎,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料,备用;
(2)在母模的模槽内放置一层步骤(1)所得的树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料并摊匀,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料层;
(3)在树脂玻璃纤维边角段切料层的中部放置用于生成连接孔的孔环;
(4)在母模上放置公模,挤压,即得所述的复合玻璃纤维网布基体。
在步骤(2)之前先在母模的模槽内放置一层树脂玻璃纤维网片,该树脂玻璃纤维网片的形状大小与母模模槽的形状大小相同。
在步骤(4)之前先在树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料层上铺设一层黑纸或黑布,并将孔环放置在黑纸或黑布的中部位置。
所述孔环为两个,分别定义为上孔环和下孔环,其中下孔环在步骤(2)之前放置在母模的模槽中部,上孔环放置在树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料层的中部。

实施例1:
本实施例的复合玻璃纤维网布基体,包括以下质量百分比的原料:树脂玻璃纤维边角料91%、偶联剂0.5%、乌洛托品1.5%、甲醇3%、炭黑0.5%、滑石粉1.5%、轻质碳酸钙2%。
本实施例的复合玻璃纤维网布基体的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取上述质量百分比的树脂玻璃纤维边角料,并采用粉碎机粉碎,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料,备用;
(2)在母模的模槽放置一层步骤(1)所得的树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料并摊匀,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料层;
(3)在树脂玻璃纤维边角段切料层的中部放置用于生成连接孔的孔环;
(4)在母模上放置公模,挤压,即得所述的复合玻璃纤维网布基体。
为确保本发明复合玻璃纤维网布基体与现有技术中复合玻璃纤维外观的一致性,增加用户的认可度,可在步骤(2)之前先在母模的模槽内放置一层树脂玻璃纤维网片,该树脂玻璃纤维网片的形状大小与母模模槽的形状大小相同。
为进一步的确保本发明复合玻璃纤维网布基体与现有技术中复合玻璃纤维外观的一致性,增加用户的认可度,可在步骤(4)之前先在树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料层上铺设一层黑纸或黑布,并将孔环放置在黑纸或黑布的中部位置。
目前市场上的玻璃纤维网布基体分为单孔环玻璃纤维网布基体和双孔环玻璃纤维网布基体。基于此,为满足市场的需求性,本发明复合玻璃纤维网布基体也分为单孔环复合玻璃纤维网布基体和双孔环玻璃纤维网布基体,单孔环复合玻璃网布基体的制作方法如上述步骤,双孔环复合玻璃网布基体的制作方法之一如下:
(1)选取上述质量百分比的树脂玻璃纤维边角料,并采用粉碎机粉碎,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料,备用;
(2)选取两个孔环,分别定义为上孔环和下孔环,将下孔环放置在母模的模槽中部;
(3)在母模的模槽内放置一层步骤(1)所得的树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料并摊匀,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料层;
(4)在树脂玻璃纤维边角段切料层的中部放置上孔环;
(5)在母模上放置公模,挤压,即得复合玻璃纤维网布基体。
双孔环复合玻璃网布基体的制作方法之二如下:
(1)选取上述质量百分比的树脂玻璃纤维边角料,并采用粉碎机粉碎,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料,备用;
(2)选取两个孔环,分别定义为上孔环和下孔环,将下孔环放置在母模的模槽中部;

1.一种复合玻璃纤维网布基体,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的原料:树脂玻璃纤维边角料88~94%、偶联剂0.4~0.6%、乌洛托品1~2%、甲醇2~4%、炭黑0.4~0.6%、滑石粉1~2%、轻质碳酸钙1.5~3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合玻璃纤维网布基体,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比的原料:树脂玻璃纤维边角料91%、偶联剂0.5%、乌洛托品1.5%、甲醇3%、炭黑0.5%、滑石粉1.5%、轻质碳酸钙2%。

(1)选取上述质量百分比的树脂玻璃纤维边角料,并采用粉碎机粉碎,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料,备用;
(2)在母模的模槽内放置一层步骤(1)所得的树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料并摊匀,得到树脂玻璃纤维边角短切料层;
(3)在树脂玻璃纤维边角段切料层的中部放置用于生成连接孔的孔环;
(4)在母模上放置公模,挤压,即得所述的复合玻璃纤维网布基体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合玻璃纤维网布基体的制作方法,其特征在于,在步骤(2)之前先在母模的模槽内放置一层树脂玻璃纤维网片,该树脂玻璃纤维网片的形状大小与母模模槽的形状大小相同。
