Background
In order to prolong the shelf life of food and isolate external pollution, the existing food can package is provided with a cover, and the food with higher requirements for partial sealing, such as snack cans, medicament bottles and the like, needs to be packaged with aluminum foil paper at a can opening to isolate external air and tear the aluminum foil paper when eating. After loading the aluminum foil, the cover at the positioning opening 313 continues to move down the rail channel 31. Alternatively, vacuum suction is used for sucking aluminum foil paper by the suction cup 51, a linear cylinder is used for the telescopic device 52, and a rotary cylinder is used for the rotary device 53.
The cover completes the loading of the aluminum foil paper on the first section 311 of the track channel 31 and covers the cans via the second section 312 of the track channel 31. Preferably, a circular arc transition section 314 is further provided between the first section 311 and the second section 312, the circular arc transition section 314 having a larger radius to prevent the cover from getting stuck in the circular arc transition section 314.

Optionally, the upper telescopic device 61 and the lower telescopic device 62 adopt telescopic cylinders, and the end parts of piston rods of the telescopic cylinders are connected with baffle plates 63 of the clamping covers.
Preferably, the back of the positioning opening 313 is provided with a detection sensor 64 for detecting the cover. When the detection sensor 64 detects the cap, indicating that the cap is in place, the loading of aluminum foil paper into the cap is started.
Preferably, the lid conveyor 3 further includes a lifting rail 32 and a horizontal rail 33, and the lifting rail 32, the horizontal rail 33, and the rail channel 31 are connected in this order. The lower part of the lifting rail 32 is connected with a box 34 for loading a cover, the lifting rail 32 and the horizontal rail 33 are provided with a conveyor belt for transporting the cover, the cover ascends through the lifting rail 32, moves and arrives at the rail channel 31 through the horizontal rail 33, aluminum foil paper is loaded when passing through the first section 311 of the rail channel 31, and finally the cover is covered on the pot through the second section 312 of the rail channel 31.
