Abstract
The invention provides a processing method and device of conference management authority, computer equipment and storage medium. The conference management authority processing method provided by the invention determines the conference period of the first user by utilizing the conference information of the first user; searching meeting management authority of the first user in a meeting period; selecting rights to be transferred from conference management rights possessed by the first user in a participating period; and transferring the rights to be transferred to the second user in the participation period. The technical problem that the conference is out of control because the user with the management authority leaves the office environment is solved.

The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium, and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) or a Processor (Processor) to perform part of the steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. Claims (10)
1. A method for processing conference management rights, wherein the method comprises:
before participating, determining a participating period of a first user by utilizing meeting information of the first user;
searching meeting management authority of the first user in the meeting time period;
selecting rights to be transferred from conference management rights possessed by the first user in the participating period;
transferring the rights to be transferred to a second user in the participation period;
wherein, the meeting management authority includes: meeting room change, meeting reservation notification, meeting reservation approval and meeting time extension.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the first user's meeting period using the first user's meeting information comprises:
searching meeting reservation of the participating person including the first user;
and determining the meeting period of the first user based on the searched meeting information of the meeting reservation.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the locating the meeting attendees includes meeting reservations of the first user, comprising:
searching a database for meeting reservation of the participant, wherein the meeting reservation comprises the meeting reservation of the first user, and the database comprises the meeting reservation which is reserved currently and is not held; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and identifying keywords in the content communicated by the first user in a preset mode so as to determine that the meeting participants contain meeting reservation of the first user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting of rights to be transferred among meeting management rights possessed by the first user during the meeting period comprises:
and determining the authority selected by the first user from meeting management authorities in the meeting period to obtain the authority to be transferred.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting of rights to be transferred among meeting management rights possessed by the first user during the meeting period comprises:
analyzing the transfer frequency of each conference management authority of the first user by using the historical authority transfer record of the first user;
and selecting the rights to be transferred from conference management rights which the first user has in the participating period based on the transfer frequency.
6. The method of any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the method further comprises, during the participant period, prior to transferring the rights to be transferred to a second user:
determining that the user specified by the first user is the second user; or alternatively, the process may be performed,
and determining the second user by using the historical permission transfer record of the first user.
7. A processing apparatus of conference management rights, wherein the apparatus comprises:
a determining unit, configured to determine, before a meeting, a meeting period of a first user using meeting information of the first user;
the searching unit is used for searching meeting management authorities of the first user in the meeting time period;
a selecting unit, configured to select rights to be transferred from conference management rights that the first user has in the participating period;
the transfer unit is used for transferring the rights to be transferred to a second user in the participation period;
wherein, the meeting management authority includes: meeting room change, meeting reservation notification, meeting reservation approval and meeting time extension.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determining unit comprises:
the first searching module is used for searching meeting reservation of the participating person including the first user;
and the first determining module is used for determining the meeting time period of the first user based on the searched meeting information of the meeting reservation.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 is implemented when the processor executes the computer program.
10. A storage medium comprising computer readable instructions which, when read and executed by a computer, cause the computer to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
