step S40, when receiving a conference creating instruction, creating a conference and setting a reserved conference-entering time;
step S50, if it is detected that the user sending the conference creating instruction joins the conference within the reserved conference joining time, determining the user sending the conference creating instruction as an initial host;
step S60, obtaining the user information corresponding to the initial host, setting the second identifier in the user information corresponding to the initial host as the target identifier, and giving the initial host the management authority for the initial host to manage the conference.
Further, when a conference creating instruction is received, the system creates a conference according to the conference creating instruction and sets the reserved conference-in time for the user to enter the conference, wherein the conference creating instruction is sent when the user has a conference requirement. It can be understood that, because the conference includes an instant conference and a reserved conference, if the created conference is the instant conference, the reserved conference time is the time set by the user after the conference is successfully created, and if the created conference is the reserved conference, the reserved conference time is the time set by the user. Further, if the user sending the conference creation instruction is detected to join the conference within the reserved conference entering time, the system determines the user sending the conference creation instruction as an initial host who hosts the conference. Further, the system acquires user information corresponding to the initial host, identifies a second identifier in the user information, and sets the second identifier as a target identifier so as to identify the identity of the initial host when the initial host leaves the conference and reenters the conference due to special reasons. Furthermore, the system gives management authority to an initial host representing and creating the conference so that the initial host can manage the conference.
Further, the step of granting the initial moderator administrative rights includes, after:
step 6001, when an authority transfer request is detected, revoking the management authority of the initial host;
step S6002, assigning the management authority of the initial host to the designated user corresponding to the authority transfer request, and determining the designated user as a new initial host.
It will be appreciated that the initial moderator may be reluctant to continue as the initial moderator of the conference for any particular reason, such as physical discomfort or self-perceived insufficient expressive power to qualify as the moderator, and may be able to transfer administrative rights to the designated user in the conference. Further, when the authority transfer request sent by the initial host is detected, the system withdraws the management authority of the initial host for managing the conference. Further, the system acquires user information of an appointed user corresponding to the permission transfer request, determines a first identifier in the user information of the appointed user as a target identifier, determines the appointed user corresponding to the permission transfer request as a new initial host, and gives the new initial host management permission for the new initial host to manage the conference.
In the embodiment, when a conference is created, an initial host is determined, the conference is managed by the initial host, and a second identifier in user information corresponding to the initial host is used as a target identifier, so that when the initial host leaves the conference for a special reason and then reenters the conference, the identity of the initial host is recognized; when the initial host sends the authority transfer request, a new initial host is determined, and the new initial host manages the conference, so that the confusion of the management authority is avoided, and the management efficiency of the online conference is improved.
Further, based on the first embodiment, the second embodiment, or the third embodiment of the host determination method for the online conference, a fourth embodiment of the host determination method for the online conference is provided, in which, when it is detected that the initial host leaves the conference, the step of determining the target host based on the standby host list further includes:
step S70, when receiving the joining request, detecting whether the requesting user corresponding to the joining request has the joining authority;
and step S80, if the joining authority is provided, adding the requesting user to the standby host list through the joining request, and recording the time through the joining request as the conference joining time.
Further, when a join request sent by a user is received, in order to improve the confidentiality of a conference, the system detects whether a requesting user corresponding to the join request has the right to join the conference, specifically, whether a link for sending the join request by the requesting user is legal or not can be detected, if the link for sending the join request is legal, the requesting user is judged to have the right to join, the requesting user is added to the standby host list through the join request of the requesting user, and the time when the join request of the requesting user passes is recorded as the conference joining time.
According to the conference management method and device, when the joining request is received, whether the requesting user has the joining authority or not is determined, if the joining authority exists, the requesting user is added to the standby host list, and the conference joining time is recorded, so that when the initial host leaves the conference due to a special reason, the target host is determined from the standby host list according to the conference joining time to manage the conference, confusion of management authority is avoided, and the management efficiency of the online conference is improved.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a host determining device for the online conference.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a functional block diagram of a first embodiment of a host determination apparatus for an online conference according to the present invention.
The moderator determination apparatus for the online conference includes:
the system comprises a detection module 10, a conference management module and a conference management module, wherein the detection module is used for determining a target host based on a standby host list when detecting that an initial host leaves a conference, and endowing the target host with management authority so as to allow the target host to manage the conference;
a determining module 20, configured to determine whether a target identifier exists in user information of a conference joining user when it is detected that a user enters a conference, and if the target identifier exists, determine that the conference joining user is an initial host;
and the withdrawing module 30 is configured to withdraw the management authority of the target host, and endow the initial host with the management authority, so that the initial host manages the conference.
Further, the detection module 10 includes:
a first detection unit, configured to detect whether the initial host specifies a replacement host when it is detected that the initial host leaves the conference;
a first obtaining unit, configured to obtain conference entry time corresponding to a plurality of conference participating users in a standby host list if the initial host does not specify a replacement host;
and the first determining unit is used for determining a target host according to the conference entering time corresponding to the plurality of conference users.
Further, the detection module 10 further includes:
the first sequencing unit is used for sequencing the conference entering time corresponding to the plurality of conference participating users to obtain a sequencing sequence;
and the second determining unit is used for determining the conference-participating user corresponding to the conference-entering time ranked at the top in the sorting sequence as the target host.
Further, the detection module 10 further includes:
the establishing unit is used for establishing the conference and setting the appointed conference-entering time when receiving the conference establishing instruction;
a third determining unit, configured to determine, if it is detected that the user sending the conference creation instruction joins the conference within the reserved conference joining time, the user sending the conference creation instruction as an initial host;
and the giving unit is used for acquiring the user information corresponding to the initial host, setting a second identifier in the user information corresponding to the initial host as a target identifier, and giving the initial host a management authority for the initial host to manage the conference.
Further, the detection module 10 further includes:
a revocation unit for revoking the management authority of the initial moderator when the authority transfer request is detected;
and the fourth determining unit is used for endowing the management authority of the initial host to the appointed user corresponding to the authority transfer request and determining the appointed user as a new initial host.
Further, the detection module 10 further includes:
the second detection unit is used for detecting whether a request user corresponding to the joining request has the joining authority or not when the joining request is received;
and the adding unit is used for adding the requesting user to a standby host list through the adding request if the adding unit has the adding authority, and recording the time passing the adding request as the conference entering time.
Further, the determining module 20 includes:
the second acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first identifier in user information corresponding to a conference-entering user when detecting that the user enters the conference;
and the comparison unit is used for comparing whether the first identifier is the same as the target identifier or not, and if the first identifier is the same as the target identifier, determining that the conference-entering user is an initial moderator.
Furthermore, the present invention provides a storage medium, preferably a computer-readable storage medium, having a moderator determination program for an online conference stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the embodiments of the moderator determination method for an online conference.
In the embodiments of the apparatus for determining a host of an online conference and the computer-readable medium of the present invention, all technical features of the embodiments of the method for determining a host of an online conference are included, and the description and explanation contents are substantially the same as those of the embodiments of the method for determining a host of an online conference, and are not repeated herein.
It should be noted that, in this document, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)

1. A method for determining a host of an online conference is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when detecting that an initial host leaves the conference, determining a target host based on a standby host list, and giving the target host management authority for the target host to manage the conference;
when detecting that a user enters a conference, determining whether a target identifier exists in user information of a conference-entering user, and if the target identifier exists, determining that the conference-entering user is an initial host;
and withdrawing the management authority of the target host, and giving the management authority to the initial host so as to allow the initial host to manage the conference.
2. A moderator determination method for an online conference according to claim 1, wherein said step of determining a target moderator based on the list of alternate moderators upon detecting that the initial moderator leaves the conference comprises:
when the initial host is detected to leave the conference, detecting whether the initial host designates a replacement host;
if the initial host does not designate a replacement host, acquiring conference entering time corresponding to a plurality of conference participating users in a standby host list;
and determining a target host according to the conference joining time corresponding to the plurality of conference joining users.
3. The method as claimed in claim 2, wherein the step of determining the target host according to the conference joining time corresponding to the plurality of participating users comprises:
sequencing the conference entering time corresponding to the plurality of conference participating users to obtain a sequencing sequence;
and determining the conference-participating user corresponding to the conference-entering time arranged at the head in the sequencing sequence as a target host.
4. A host determination method for an online conference as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether a target identifier exists in the user information of the conference joining user when detecting that there is a user entering the conference, and if the target identifier exists, determining that the conference joining user is an initial host comprises:
when detecting that a user enters a conference, acquiring a first identifier in user information corresponding to the conference-entering user;
and comparing whether the first identifier is the same as the target identifier, and if the first identifier is the same as the target identifier, determining that the conference-entering user is an initial moderator.
5. A moderator determination method for an online conference according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target moderator based on the list of alternate moderators upon detecting that the initial moderator leaves the conference is preceded by:
when a conference creating instruction is received, creating a conference and setting a reserved conference-entering time;
if the user sending the conference creating instruction is detected to join the conference within the reserved conference-entering time, determining the user sending the conference creating instruction as an initial host;
and acquiring user information corresponding to the initial host, setting a second identifier in the user information corresponding to the initial host as a target identifier, and giving the initial host a management authority for the initial host to manage the conference.
6. A moderator determination method for an online conference according to claim 5, wherein said step of granting the initial moderator administrative rights comprises, after:
when the authority transfer request is detected, withdrawing the management authority of the initial host;
and giving the management authority of the initial host to a designated user corresponding to the authority transfer request, and determining the designated user as a new initial host.
7. A moderator determination method for an online conference according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target moderator based on the list of alternate moderators upon detecting that the initial moderator leaves the conference is preceded by the step of:
when a joining request is received, detecting whether a requesting user corresponding to the joining request has a joining authority;
and if the host has the joining authority, adding the requesting user to a standby host list through the joining request, and recording the time passing the joining request as the conference entering time.
8. A moderator determination apparatus for an online conference, the moderator determination apparatus for the online conference comprising:
the detection module is used for determining a target host based on a standby host list when detecting that an initial host leaves the conference, and endowing the target host with management authority so that the target host manages the conference;
the system comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining whether a target identifier exists in user information of a conference-entering user when detecting that the conference-entering user exists, and if the target identifier exists, determining that the conference-entering user is an initial host;
and the withdrawing module is used for withdrawing the management authority of the target host and endowing the management authority to the initial host so as to allow the initial host to manage the conference.
9. A moderator determination device for an online conference, characterized in that the moderator determination device for an online conference comprises a memory, a processor and a moderator determination program for an online conference stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which upon execution by the processor implements the steps of the moderator determination method for an online conference according to any of claims 1-7.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a moderator determination program for an online conference, which when executed by a processor implements the steps of the moderator determination method for an online conference according to any of claims 1-7.
