This makes other members in the target organization no longer need to perform the binding operation before using the target device, simplifying the user's operation.
In this embodiment, after the target device is bound, the management authority of the target device may also be set, for example, a member that can manage the target device may be set by the user who initiates the organization creation request.
Compared with the previous embodiment, the embodiment sends the prompt message for creating the organization to the user when the user requests to bind the device, so that the user completes the operation of creating the target organization in the process of binding the device, and the purpose of quickly creating the organization is achieved.
Similar to the previous embodiment, the present embodiment obtains the members in the organization to be created from the created organization, and further creates the target organization, so that the user does not need to manually enter the member information in the process of creating the organization, and the efficiency of creating the organization is improved. Secondly, other users in the target organization do not need to repeatedly execute the operation of binding the target equipment by the way of binding the created target organization and the target equipment, and the user operation is simplified.
Next, the technical solution of the present specification will be described by taking the created organization as a home-school organization and the target organization to be created as a home organization as an example.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a method of creating a home organization in an exemplary embodiment of the present description. The method may be applied to a server for an instant messaging application, as shown in fig. 4, and may include the following steps:
step 401, receiving a binding request for a printer sent by a user.
In this embodiment, the example that the user needs to bind the printer is described. Assuming that the current user is a child named as "Xiaobai" in a family, at this time, the Xiaobai needs to use a printer for printing a family job arranged by a school, so that the user can bind the printer in the family in the instant messaging application logged in the own account to complete the printing of the family job through the cloud printing function in the instant messaging application.
Taking "application T" as the instant messaging application for example, after selecting a file to be printed in the whitewash, the application T may display an interface containing a cloud print option as shown in fig. 5 to the whitewash, and the whitewash may click the cloud print option to print the selected file. If the small and white account number is bound with a printer, the selected file can be directly printed through the bound printer; if the printer is not bound, jumping to a printer binding interface is performed, as shown in fig. 6, the terminal displays names of two printers capable of binding as "XXXX 1" and "XXXX 2", at this time, a small white can select any bindable printer from the two bindable printers, so as to send a binding request for the printer to the server corresponding to the application T.
The above-mentioned bindable printer may be determined in various ways, and for example, a printer sharing one network with a terminal for registering the application T in a subtitle may be determined as a bindable printer.
Step 402, sending the prompt message of the organization creation to the user.
In this embodiment, assuming that the subtitle selects a printer with a name of "XXXX 1", the server of the application T, upon receiving a binding request for "XXXX 1", may send a prompt message for creating an organization to the terminal used by the subtitle to present a prompt interface as shown in fig. 7 in the terminal used by the subtitle, at which time the subtitle may click on a create new organization option in the interface to enter the organization creation interface.
In the presented organization creation interface, various options may be provided, such as presenting to the user the type of organization that the user wants to create, such as home use and office use as shown in fig. 8, corresponding to creating a home organization and a business organization, respectively. Since the whitepack is bound to the home printer in the present embodiment, the whitepack can select the option of "home use" to send a creation request of the home organization to the server of the application T.
In step 403, a family organization creation request sent by a user is received.
After receiving the family organization creating request sent by the subtitle, the server of the application T can determine the information of the subtitle based on the sender and determine that the subtitle wants to join the target organization as a member having a family relationship with the subtitle based on the organization type of the family organization.
At step 404, members satisfying a family relationship with the user are determined from the family and school organization.
In this step, the whitish family member may be determined from the created family and school organization. In general, an information book of a created organization may be stored in the server, for example, a home address book created for a school where the distinguished white is located may be stored in the server of the application T, and specifically, member information as shown in fig. 9 may be stored in the home address book, in this case, the distinguished white information may be first found in the home address book, and then a family member of the distinguished white, such as a father, a mother, a sister, a grandfather, and a milk of the distinguished white recorded in the figure, may be determined based on the family relationship. It is noted that "… …" shown in FIG. 9 refers to information about the member, including but not limited to name, contact address.
Step 405, a family organization is created based on the user's information and the determined members.
After the family members of the small white are determined, the family organization of the small white can be created in the server. Accordingly, the organization of "whitehome" is displayed in the application T registered with the whitekey account, as shown in fig. 10.
After the family organization is created, the rights may also be configured to the various members in the family organization, for example, the user who initiated the request, i.e., the subtitle, may be determined to be an administrator, and the subtitle is configured with the rights of the organization managing "the subtitle's home", in which case the subtitle may add or delete members in the family organization. Of course, this example is only illustrative, and those skilled in the art can configure the authority owned by the administrator according to the actual requirement, and is not limited herein.
Step 406, the binding relationship between the created home organization and the printer is established.
After the organization of "whitehome" is created, a printer of "XXXX 1" may be renamed as a "whitebound printer" and a binding relationship between "whitehome" and "whitebound printer" is established in the server. This eliminates the need for binding printers when other members in the whitehouse need to use the printers. In other words, when the plain parents need to use the printer, the corresponding file only needs to be selected, and the cloud printing service is clicked to print the file. Specifically, after the binding is completed, any member in the small white can complete the printing of the file through the flow shown in fig. 5 → fig. 10 → fig. 11, that is, click the file to be printed, and click the cloud printing service option to enter the interface of the cloud printing service; and selecting an organization to be printed, determining a printer bound to the organization, and clicking the bound printer to finish printing the file.
After the binding relationship is established, the usage right of the printer can be further configured, for example, the usage right can be automatically configured as follows: all members can use a printer; the members of the printer may also be configured by the whites. Of course, this example is only illustrative, and those skilled in the art can configure the usage rights of the device in different ways according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
According to the technical scheme, when the user needs to operate the household printer through the instant messaging application, the prompt message for creating the organization can be sent to the user, so that the user can complete creation of the family organization in the process of binding the equipment, and the purpose of quickly creating the family organization is achieved.
Furthermore, the created family organization is bound with the printer, so that other members in the family organization do not need to perform the operation of binding the printer, and the purpose of simplifying the operation is achieved.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the family members of the user are obtained from the home address book corresponding to the created home organization, so that the user does not need to manually enter the information of the family members, and the operation process of creating the organization is simplified.
Next, an organization interaction method disclosed in this specification will be described by taking the created organization as a home-school organization and the created target organization as a home organization as an example.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 illustrates a method of organization interaction in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present specification. As shown in fig. 12, the method may include the steps of:
step 1201, monitoring the messages in the campus group corresponding to the home-school organization.
Typically, a school will create a corresponding campus group based on the school organization to publish messages in the campus group. However, the campus group only includes members in school, such as teachers, leaders and students, but not all members in the school organization, such as parents.
Step 1202, determining target indication information contained in the received message; if yes, go to step 1203; if not, go to step 1206.
In this embodiment, the target indication information may take the form of "@ something". By judging whether the received message contains the target indication information or not, whether the currently monitored message contains directional messages or not can be determined, for example, @ small white is a message pointing to small white, and @ owner' is a message pointing to all group members.
The message containing the target indication information may be a communication message, e.g., "@ pinkish, your written award"; messages can also be arranged for the task, for example, "@ little white helps the teacher to collect the exercise book" "@ all, today's exercise is … …", and in particular, reference can be made to what is shown in fig. 13.
At step 1203, the group members pointed to by the target indication information are determined.
For example, if "@ small white" indicates that the target indication information points to small white, and "@ owner" indicates that all group members point to.
Step 1204, determine the family organization to which the above group members belong.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of family organizations, such as "whitish home", "small bright home", "small red home", and the like, can be created by the above-described method. At this time, after the group member to which the target indication information points is determined, the family organization to which the group member belongs may be determined, for example, the capitals may be determined to belong to the family organization of "whites home".
Step 1205, the message containing the target indication information is synchronized to the family group corresponding to the determined family organization.
Following the above example, after determining the organization of "white house", the message for white house may be further synchronized into the group corresponding to "white house". For example, the message of "congratulating on the small white composition for winning" sent by the teacher in fig. 13 and the message of "placement job" issued by the king teacher are synchronized into the small white family group, which can be referred to specifically in fig. 14.
As can be seen from fig. 14, the messages for xiaobai are synchronized to the xiaobai family group, so that parents of xiaobai can see the growth of xiaobai and motivate their children to continue to work, and at the same time, can supervise the children to complete the tasks to be completed, thereby helping the children develop good learning habits.
Step 1206, does not perform the operation of synchronizing messages.
According to the technical scheme, the message in the initial group can be monitored, and when the target indication information is detected, the message is synchronized to the group of the organization to which the group member to which the message points belongs. This allows members of the organization that are not joined to the initial group to receive the message, thereby widening the message propagation surface.
The advantage of broadening the propagation surface for a targeted message is that other members of the organization can be added with an understanding of the status of the member for which the message is directed in the created organization. When the message is a task type message, other members in the organization can be prompted to supervise the member, and then the efficiency of the member in completing the task is improved.
Fig. 15 is a schematic block diagram illustrating an electronic device in an exemplary embodiment of the present description. Referring to fig. 15, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor 1502, an internal bus 1504, a network interface 1506, a memory 1508, and a non-volatile storage 1510, although hardware for other functions may be included. The processor 1502 reads a corresponding computer program from the non-volatile memory 1510 into the memory 1508 and then runs the computer program, forming an organization creating apparatus on a logical level. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
Referring to fig. 16, in a software implementation, the organization creation means may include:
a receiving unit 1601, configured to receive an organization creating request initiated by a user, where the organization creating request includes an organization type of a target organization to be created;
a relationship determining unit 1602, for determining the relationship type between the members in the target organization based on the organization type;
a member determining unit 1603, which determines a member satisfying the relationship type with the user from the created organization to which the user belongs;
a creating unit 1604 creates the target organization based on the information of the determined members and the information of the user.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a returning unit 1605, which returns the information of the members determined from the created organization to the user for screening by the user;
the creating unit 1604 is further for: and creating the target organization based on the information of the screened members and the information of the user.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a prompting unit 1606, configured to send, to the user, prompting information for creating an organization in response to a binding request for a target device by the user, where the prompting information is used to be triggered to generate the organization creating request;
a first establishing unit 1607, which establishes the binding relationship between the target organization and the target device after the target organization completes the creation.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a second establishing unit 1608, responding to a binding request of any member of the target organization for a target device, establishing a binding relationship between the target organization and the target device.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a message synchronization unit 1609, which synchronizes the message in the initial group corresponding to the created organization to the target group corresponding to the target organization based on the organization relationship between the created organization and the target organization.
Optionally, the message synchronization unit 1609 is further configured to:
synchronizing all messages in the initial group to the target group; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if the message meeting the preset condition is generated in the initial group, synchronizing the message meeting the preset condition to the target group.
Optionally, the preset condition includes any one of: the sender of the message is a preset specific person, the content of the message relates to preset content, and the group members pointed by the target indication information contained in the message in the initial group belong to the target group at the same time.
Optionally, the message includes any one of the following: communication messages, task messages, and conference messages.
Fig. 17 is a schematic block diagram illustrating another electronic device in an exemplary embodiment of the present description. Referring to FIG. 17, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor 1702, an internal bus 1704, a network interface 1706, a memory 1708 and a non-volatile memory 1710, but may also include hardware required for other functions. The processor 1702 reads the corresponding computer program from the non-volatile storage 1710 into the memory 1708 and then runs the computer program, forming a means for quickly creating an organization in a device binding process at a logical level. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
Referring to fig. 18, in a software implementation, the means for quickly creating an organization in a device binding process may include:
a prompt unit 1801, configured to send, in response to a binding request of a user for a target device, prompt information for creating an organization to the user;
a receiving unit 1802, configured to receive an organization creating request initiated by the user, where the organization creating request is generated after the prompt information is triggered;
a relationship determining unit 1803, configured to determine, based on the organization type of the target organization to be created included in the organization creating request, a relationship type between each member in the target organization;
a member determining unit 1804, configured to determine members satisfying the relationship type with the user from a created organization to which the user belongs;
a creating unit 1805, which creates the target organization based on the information of the determined member and the information of the user;
an establishing unit 1806, which establishes a binding relationship between the target organization and the target device.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a returning unit 1807, which returns the information of the members determined from the created organization to the user for screening by the user;
the creating unit 1805 is further configured to: and creating the target organization based on the information of the screened members and the information of the user.
Optionally, the method further includes:
a message synchronizing unit 1808, configured to synchronize, based on an organization relationship between the created organization and the target organization, a message in the initial group corresponding to the created organization to a target group corresponding to the target organization.

In an exemplary embodiment, there is also provided a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, e.g. a memory, comprising instructions executable by a processor of an organization creation apparatus to implement a method as described in any of the above embodiments, such as the method may comprise: receiving an organization creating request initiated by a user, wherein the organization creating request comprises an organization type of a target organization to be created; determining a relationship type between each member in the target organization based on the organization type; determining members meeting the relationship type with the user from the created organization to which the user belongs; and creating the target organization based on the information of the determined members and the information of the user.
The non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like, which are not limited in this specification.

Claims (20)

1. A method of tissue creation, comprising:
receiving an organization creating request initiated by a user, wherein the organization creating request comprises an organization type of a target organization to be created;
determining a relationship type between each member in the target organization based on the organization type;
determining members meeting the relationship type with the user from the created organization to which the user belongs;
and creating the target organization based on the information of the determined members and the information of the user.
2. The method of claim 1,
the method further comprises the following steps: returning information of the members determined from the created organization to the user for screening by the user;
the creating the target organization based on the information of the determined members and the information of the user includes: and creating the target organization based on the information of the screened members and the information of the user.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
sending prompt information for creating an organization to the user in response to a binding request of the user for a target device, wherein the prompt information is used for being triggered to generate the organization creating request;
and after the target organization is created, establishing the binding relationship between the target organization and the target equipment.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and responding to a binding request of any member in the target organization for a target device, and establishing a binding relationship between the target organization and the target device.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and synchronizing the message in the initial group corresponding to the created organization to the target group corresponding to the target organization based on the organization relation between the created organization and the target organization.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein synchronizing messages in the created organization to the target organization comprises:
synchronizing all messages in the initial group to the target group; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if the message meeting the preset condition is generated in the initial group, synchronizing the message meeting the preset condition to the target group.

The method according to claim 6, wherein the preset condition comprises any one of: the sender of the message is a preset specific person, the content of the message comprises preset content, and the group members pointed by the target indication information in the initial group belong to the target group at the same time.
8. The method of claim 5, wherein the message comprises any of: communication messages, task messages, and conference messages.
9. A method for quickly creating an organization during a device binding process, comprising:
responding to a binding request of a user for a target device, and sending prompt information for creating an organization to the user;
receiving an organization creating request initiated by the user, wherein the organization creating request is generated after the prompt message is triggered;
determining the relationship type among the members in the target organization based on the organization type of the target organization to be created contained in the organization creating request;
determining members meeting the relationship type with the user from the created organization to which the user belongs;
creating the target organization based on the information of the determined members and the information of the user;
and establishing a binding relationship between the target organization and the target equipment.
10. A tissue creation apparatus, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving an organization creating request initiated by a user, wherein the organization creating request comprises an organization type of a target organization to be created;
the relation determining unit is used for determining the relation type among the members in the target organization based on the organization type;
the member determining unit is used for determining members meeting the relationship type with the user from the created organization to which the user belongs;
and the creating unit is used for creating the target organization based on the information of the determined members and the information of the user.
11. The apparatus of claim 9,
the device further comprises: a returning unit, which returns the information of the members determined from the created organization to the user for screening by the user;
the creating unit is further configured to: and creating the target organization based on the information of the screened members and the information of the user.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
a prompting unit, responding to a binding request of the user for a target device, and sending prompting information for creating an organization to the user, wherein the prompting information is used for being triggered to generate the organization creating request;
and the first establishing unit is used for establishing the binding relationship between the target organization and the target equipment after the target organization is established.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the second establishing unit is used for responding to a binding request of any member in the target organization for the target equipment and establishing the binding relationship between the target organization and the target equipment.
14. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
