Fig. 1 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary system architecture to which the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied.
As shown in fig. 1, the system architecture 100 may include terminal devices (e.g., one or more of a smartphone 101, a tablet 102, and a portable computer 103 shown in fig. 1, but may also be a desktop computer, etc.), a network 104, and a server 105. The network 104 serves as a medium for providing communication links between terminal devices and the server 105. Network 104 may include various connection types, such as wired communication links, wireless communication links, and so forth.
It should be understood that the number of terminals, networks, and servers in fig. 1 are merely illustrative. There may be any number of terminals, networks and servers, according to practical needs. For example, server 105 may be a server cluster comprised of multiple servers, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal device 101, which may also be the terminal devices 102 and 103, obtains a user account input when a user logs in the communication software, obtains a plurality of role information set by the user and a communication method corresponding to each role information at the same time, forms session mode information according to the user account, the plurality of role information corresponding to the user account and the communication method corresponding to each role information, and sends one or more session mode information to the server 105 through the network 104, so that the server 105 forms a session mode information set according to the session mode information and stores the session mode information set. The target terminal equipment acquires a target user account input when a user logs in the communication software and acquires target role information selected when the user logs in or after the user logs in; then, the user information including the target user account and the target role information is sent to the server 105 through the network 104, so that the server 105 determines the target session mode information from the session mode information in a centralized manner according to the target user account, then the target role information and the role information in the target session mode information can be matched to obtain the matched role information, finally, the communication mode corresponding to the matched role information is used as a target communication mode, and the session information is issued according to the target communication mode. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the disclosure, on one hand, a plurality of user roles are set for one user account, and different communication modes are set corresponding to different user roles, so that users can communicate according to different user roles and communication modes, unnecessary disturbance is avoided, and user experience is improved; on the other hand, a proper role and a communication mode can be selected according to the self requirement without re-registering an account or making extra setting, so that the information transmission efficiency and the use convenience of communication software are improved.
It should be noted that the multi-role based communication method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure is generally executed by a server, and accordingly, a multi-role based communication device is generally disposed in the server. However, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal device may also execute the multi-role based communication scheme provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In the related art in the field, the communication software used in the communication application, no matter what the occupation and social role of the user, has only one communication mode, i.e. a bidirectional transceiving mode, that is, during the conversation process, the user can send out messages and receive messages sent from the outside. Fig. 2 shows a schematic diagram of a bi-directional transceiving interface, as shown in fig. 2, in a conversation box, there are both messages sent by a user and messages received by the user.
However, for different users, the required chat functions are not completely the same, for example, some users only need to send messages to the outside, some users only need to receive messages from the outside, and some users need to perform bidirectional message transceiving with the outside, so the currently used communication software cannot meet the special requirements of each user, for example, for users only need to send messages to the outside, if a large amount of messages from the outside are received, disturbance is brought to the users, and bidirectional message transceiving needs to consume a large amount of resources, so that for users only need to send messages in one direction, the problem of low information transmission efficiency may exist.
In view of the problems in the related art, the embodiment of the present disclosure first provides a communication method based on multiple roles, and details of implementation of the technical solution of the embodiment of the present disclosure are set forth in the following:
fig. 3 schematically illustrates a flow diagram of a multi-role based communication method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be performed by a server, which may be the server 105 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3, the multi-role based communication method at least includes steps S310 to S330, which are described in detail as follows:
in step S310, user information sent by a target terminal is received, where the user information includes a target user account and target role information corresponding to the target user account.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, any user using the preset communication software is a target user, and the terminal device used by the target user and installed with the preset communication software is a target terminal, where the preset communication software may be any communication software, such as communication software of QQ, weChat, MSN, etc., and may of course be communication software customized inside an enterprise; the target terminal device can be any intelligent terminal device, such as a smart phone, a portable computer, a tablet computer and the like, and any operating system can be loaded on the terminal devices as long as the preset communication software can be normally used.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when a target user uses preset communication software on a target terminal device 101 used by the target user, first login information such as a user account and a login password may be input on a login interface, then a login key is clicked to submit a login form to the server 105, the server 105 performs information comparison according to the login information such as the user account and the login password in the login form, when the form information matches with information stored in the server 105, the server 105 sends a login permission instruction to the target terminal device 101, and after receiving the login permission instruction, the terminal device 101 jumps from the login interface to a session interface. After the login is successful, the target user may manually select role information to be used in the session, that is, target role information corresponding to the account of the target user, for example, the role determined by the target user when applying for the account includes: the target user can select the role of the propaganda personnel on the role selection page when the target user wants to push the propaganda message through the preset communication software. 4A-4B show interface schematic diagrams of selecting target role information, as shown in FIG. 4A, after jumping to a session interface, a target user can click a "setup" button in the interface, and four selection cases of "role selection", "background setting", "font size", and "log-out" are displayed in a "setup" menu; after clicking the "role selection" button, a role selection page is presented in the display interface, which includes two options, "instructor" and "propaganda personnel", and the target user can select "propaganda personnel" as the target role information of the session, as shown in fig. 4B.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after the login is successful, the target terminal device 101 may further automatically select target role information for the target user according to professional information, time information, location information, and the like, which are filled in when the user registers the account. For example, the professional information of a certain user is a business counselor, and when the target terminal device 101 determines that the login time of the target user is 10 am, it may be determined that the target user is in a working state, and then the target terminal device 101 may automatically select the business counselor as the current role information of the user.
Further, when a target user logs in the communication software, the target user can input required role information in a role information box of a login confirmation interface or select the required role information from a displayed role information list, fig. 5 shows an interface schematic diagram for selecting the target role information, as shown in fig. 5, the user enters the login confirmation interface by scanning a two-dimensional code or inputting the login information, a role information list and an input box are displayed on the login confirmation interface, the user can select the target role information from the role information list or place a cursor in the input box to directly input the target role information, and then a 'consent' button below the display interface can be clicked to enter a session interface. It should be noted that the role information selected or input by the user should be one of the roles determined when applying for the account, and cannot be other unregistered roles, otherwise the login application cannot be allowed, and the target user cannot use the preset communication software for conversation.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after the user successfully logs in and selects the target role information, or after the user successfully logs in and selects the target role information, the server 105 receives the user information sent by the target terminal and formed according to the target account and the target role, and further determines the target communication mode according to the obtained user information.
In step S320, a target communication method is determined from a session mode information set according to target role information, where the session mode information set includes one or more session mode information, and the session mode information includes a user account, a plurality of role information corresponding to the user account, and a communication method corresponding to each of the role information, or the session mode information includes a plurality of role information and a communication method corresponding to each of the role information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after receiving the user information, the server 105 may determine a target communication mode according to a target user account and target role information corresponding to the target user account in the user information. A session mode information set may be pre-stored in the server 105, where the session mode information set includes one or more session mode information, and specifically, the one or more session mode information may be formed by a user account collected by one or more terminal devices, a plurality of role information corresponding to the user account, and a communication manner corresponding to each role information, or may be formed by a plurality of role information collected by one or more terminal devices and a communication manner corresponding to each role information, and when the server 105 receives the user information, a target communication manner may be determined in an information matching manner.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic flow chart of obtaining a target communication manner, and as shown in fig. 6, the method for obtaining a target communication manner at least includes steps S601-S603, specifically:
in step S601, matching the target user account with all pre-stored user accounts to obtain a matching user account, and obtaining target session mode information according to the matching user account;
in an embodiment of the present disclosure, one or more pieces of session mode information may be stored in the server 105 in an array form, for example, the session mode information may be stored in a form of < user account, role information 1, role information 2 …, a communication manner corresponding to the role information 1, and a communication manner … corresponding to the role information 2 >, after a target user account is obtained, the target user account may be matched with user accounts in all the stored arrays, and it is determined whether there is a matching user account that is the same as the target user account, and if there is a matching user account, an array corresponding to the matching user account is extracted, that is, target session mode information; if not, returning prompt information of failed matching. For example, if the target user account is 123456, the target user account is compared with all user accounts, and if there is a matching user account, an array corresponding to the matching user account may be extracted: <123456, instructor, propaganda staff, bidirectional transmission/reception, unidirectional transmission >, and it is taken as target conversation mode information.
In step S602, the target role information is matched with the plurality of role information in the target session mode information to obtain matched role information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, since there are a plurality of pieces of role information corresponding to matching user accounts, after determining target session mode information, it is necessary to match the target role information with a plurality of pieces of role information in the target session mode information, determine whether there is matching role information that is the same as the target role information in the plurality of pieces of role information, and if there is matching role information that is the same as the target role information, extract the matching role information and a communication manner corresponding to the matching role information; if not, returning prompt information of failed matching. Taking the above example as an example, if the target character information is the instructor, the target character information may be matched with the plurality of character information in the extracted target session pattern information one by one, and if the instructor character exists, the instructor-bidirectional transmission/reception correspondence may be extracted.
In step S603, a communication method corresponding to the matching role information is obtained according to the matching role information, and the communication method corresponding to the matching role information is used as a target communication method.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, after the matching role information is determined, the communication mode corresponding to the matching role information is a target communication mode. Continuing with the above example, since there is matching role information, it is possible to use bidirectional transceiving as the target communication method and issue session information according to the target communication method.
It should be noted that, after the target user logs in successfully, the terminal device 101 establishes a communication connection with the server 105, the server 105 may extract target session mode information corresponding to the target user account according to the target user account, and after the target user selects the target role information, the server 105 may directly compare the target role information with multiple role information in the target session mode information to obtain matching role information, and obtain a corresponding communication manner according to the matching role information, and use the communication manner as a target communication manner, that is, step S601 in fig. 6 may be omitted.
In step S330, the session information is issued according to the target communication method.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication mode includes three modes of bidirectional transceiving, unidirectional transmission, and unidirectional reception. When the target communication mode is bidirectional transceiving, the target terminal can receive information to be sent by the target terminal, send the information to be sent to the response terminal, receive information to be received sent by the response terminal, and send the information to be received to the target terminal so as to realize bidirectional transceiving; when the target communication mode is unidirectional transmission, only information to be transmitted sent by the target terminal can be received, the information to be transmitted is issued to the response terminal, and information to be received sent by the response terminal can be received while the information to be transmitted sent by the target terminal is received, but the information to be received is stored in the temporary storage area and is not issued to the target terminal, so that unidirectional transmission is realized; when the target communication mode is unidirectional reception, the information to be received sent by the response terminal can be received only, and the information to be received is issued to the target terminal, and the information to be sent by the target terminal can be received while the information to be received sent by the response terminal is received, but the information to be sent is stored in the temporary storage area and is not issued to the response terminal, so that unidirectional reception is realized.
As another embodiment of the present disclosure, the multi-role based communication method in the present disclosure may further use a terminal device as an execution subject, where the terminal device may be the terminal device 101 shown in fig. 1, or may also be the terminal devices 102 and 103. Referring to fig. 7, the multi-role based communication method at least includes steps S710 to S720, which are described in detail as follows:
in step S710, user information submitted by a user is obtained, where the user information includes a target user account and target role information corresponding to the target user account and selected by the user from the multiple role information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when using the preset communication software installed on the terminal device 101, the target user may click to open a login page of the preset communication software, enter login information, such as information of a user account, a login password, an authentication code, and the like, in an information input box of the login page, after the terminal device 101 obtains the login information, a login form may be formed and sent to the server 105, and the server 105 determines validity of the login information, specifically, the login information may be matched with information stored in the server 105 to determine whether the target user has permission to use the preset communication software. When the login information is legal, the terminal device 101 may receive a login permission instruction sent by the server 105, and the display interface may jump from the login page to the session page; when the login information is illegal, the terminal device 101 may receive a login prohibition instruction sent by the server 105, and display an indication that the information is wrong on the interface. In the preset communication software, the target user may set a plurality of role information according to the need of the target user, for example, the work performed by the target user is to provide business training for the client and to publicize the business for the client, so the target user may select two role information, namely, instructor and publicity, or may select other multiple role information, which is not specifically limited in this disclosure.
After the login is successful, the target user may determine the target role information from the plurality of role information according to the content and the object of the session, for example, if the target user wants to perform a business promotion, a promoter may be selected from the selected plurality of role information as the target role information. According to the operation of the target user, the terminal device 101 can obtain the target role information, and further, can send the target user account of the target user and the target role information corresponding to the target user account to the server 105.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target user may also select target role information on the login confirmation interface when logging in, as shown in fig. 5, the user enters the login confirmation interface by scanning the two-dimensional code or inputting the login information, a role information list and an input box are displayed on the login confirmation interface, the user may select the target role information from the role information list, or may place a cursor in the input box to directly input the target role information, and then may click an "agree" button below the display interface to enter the session interface.
In step S720, the user information is sent to the server, so that the server determines a target communication manner from the session mode information set according to the target role information, and issues the session information according to the target communication manner, where the session mode information set includes one or more session mode information, the session mode information includes a user account, a plurality of role information corresponding to the user account, and a communication manner corresponding to each role information, or the session mode information includes a plurality of role information and a communication manner corresponding to each role information.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, for different role information, different communication modes may be adopted to improve communication efficiency and avoid information interference, for example, some users only need to send a message function, and do not need to receive a message function; some users only need the function of receiving messages and do not need the function of sending messages; and some users need to receive and send messages, so after the terminal device 101 obtains the target user account of the target user and the selected target role information, user information can be formed according to the target user account and the target role information, and the user information is sent to the server 105, so that after the server 105 receives the user information, a target communication mode can be determined according to the target role information in the user information, and session information is sent according to the target communication mode.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, before determining the target communication manner, one or more terminal devices 101 may collect session mode information of the user, where the session mode information includes a user account, a plurality of role information corresponding to the user account, and a communication manner corresponding to each role information, or the session mode information includes a plurality of role information corresponding to the user account and a communication manner corresponding to each role information, and then the terminal devices 101 may transmit the collected session mode information to the server 105, and the server 105 receives the session mode information and stores a session mode information set formed according to the session mode information. After receiving the user information sent by the target terminal device, the server 105 may match information in the user information with the session mode information to determine a target communication mode, specifically, a target user account in the user information may be first matched with all user accounts pre-stored in the server 105, and if a matched user account exists, a matched user account is obtained, and target session mode information is obtained according to the matched user account; then matching target role information in the user information with a plurality of role information in the target session mode information, and if the matched role information exists, acquiring the matched role information; and finally, acquiring a communication mode corresponding to the matched role information according to the matched role information, and taking the communication mode corresponding to the matched role information as a target communication mode, so that the server 105 can issue the session information according to the target communication mode.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the target communication mode includes three modes, namely, unidirectional transmission, unidirectional reception, and bidirectional transmission and reception, and the server 105 can control the transmission mode of the session information according to different target communication modes, for example, for bidirectional transmission and reception, the server can receive information to be transmitted from the target terminal, receive information to be received from the response terminal, send the information to be transmitted to the response terminal, and send the information to be received to the target terminal; for unidirectional reception, only information to be received sent by a response terminal can be received, and the information to be received is issued to a target terminal, and the information to be sent by the target terminal can be received while the information to be received sent by the response terminal is received, but the information to be sent is stored in a temporary storage area and is not issued to the response terminal; for the unidirectional transmission, only the information to be transmitted sent by the target terminal can be received, and the information to be transmitted is issued to the response terminal, and the information to be received sent by the response terminal can be received while the information to be transmitted sent by the target terminal is received, but the information to be received is stored in the temporary storage area and is not issued to the target terminal.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, according to different communication manners, the terminal device 101 may display session information in a session frame of a display screen in different display manners, and specifically, for a bidirectional transceiving communication manner, the terminal device 101 may display received and/or transmitted session information in a bidirectional display manner, that is, messages received and transmitted by the terminal device may be displayed in the session frame; for the communication mode of unidirectional transmission and unidirectional reception, the received or transmitted session information can be displayed in a unidirectional display mode, namely, only the transmitted session information is displayed in a session frame during unidirectional transmission; in the case of one-way reception, only the received session information may be displayed in the session box, or the transmitted and received session information may be displayed in the session box, but the state corresponding to the transmitted session information is "transmission failure".
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, when a user sends information in a single direction, the user may edit session information first, and then send the session information to target objects one by one, or invite all target objects to join in a chat group, and send the session information to the target objects in the form of group sending, group announcement, or the like, or of course, other sending manners may be adopted, which is not specifically limited in the present disclosure.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user may switch roles during using communication software, and fig. 8A-8B show interface schematic diagrams of role switching, as shown in fig. 8A, the user may click a "set" button in a display interface, click a "role select" button in a "set" menu, to present a role selection interface in the display interface; the currently selected target role is a "propaganda person", and the user can click on the "instructor" through a finger or a mouse to switch the target role, as shown in fig. 8B, and finally click on the "confirm" button to complete the role switching.
Further, when a role is switched, the communication mode may also be switched correspondingly, fig. 9A-9B show interface diagrams of role switching, as shown in fig. 9A, the current role information and the corresponding communication mode, specifically, "propaganda personnel (one-way transmission)", which are presented on the display interface are displayed, and after the user clicks "instructor", the role information is switched to "instructor", and the communication mode is switched to "two-way transmission and reception". After the role information and the communication mode are switched, the server 105 will issue the session information according to the new communication mode.
Further, in the embodiments of the present disclosure, in addition to manually selecting the target role information by the user, the target role information may also be automatically selected according to some preset conditions, such as location information, occupation information, time information, and the like.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user performs instant messaging through a chat tool in the terminal device 101, the terminal device 101 may monitor a location where the user is located in real time or at intervals of a preset time through an internal or external positioning device, after obtaining location information of the user, may determine current target role information of the user according to professional information filled in by the user when registering an account and the obtained location information, and send the target role information to the server 105. Fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of an interface for selecting target role information according to career information and position information of a user, as shown in fig. 10, when a smartphone used by the user detects that a current position of the user is in a teaching building of an XX training school, the smartphone can determine that the target role information currently corresponding to the user is a lecturer according to the career information of the user, a "training teacher" and the current position of the user, so that an information prompt box can be presented on a display interface of the smartphone to prompt the current position information of the user and the target role information automatically determined by the system, and after the user confirms that the target role information is correct, the user can click to confirm to send the target role information to the server 105, and apply a target communication mode corresponding to the target role information to a subsequent session. In addition, the user confirmation step can be skipped, the target role information of the user in the session page can be directly updated, and the like.

Fig. 11 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a process of determining target character information according to an enabling time point, as shown in fig. 11, in step S1101, the enabling time point is compared with a preset time condition; the preset time condition may be a time period determined according to the working time, for example, if the normal working time of the propaganda personnel is 8 am to 18 pm, the time period may be set as the preset time condition, the user role in the time period is set as "propaganda personnel", the corresponding communication mode is one-way transmission, and the user role in the time period other than the time period is set as "normal user", and the corresponding communication mode is two-way transmission and reception. In step S1102, when the activation time point satisfies a preset time condition, determining the first character information as target character information; in step S1103, when the activation time point does not satisfy the preset time condition, determining the second character information as target character information; if the time when the user logs in the communication software is monitored to be 10 a.m., and the time point is within the working time range, so that the preset time condition is met, the 'propaganda personnel' can be used as the first role information and determined as the target role information to be used in the conversation of the user, so that the user can send the propaganda information outwards without receiving the information sent by the client, and the interference of unnecessary information is reduced; if the time point when the user logs in the communication software is monitored to be 22 pm, the time point is not in the working time range and does not meet the preset time condition, then the 'ordinary user' can be used as second role information, the second role information is determined to be target role information and is used in the conversation of the user, and therefore the user can send messages outwards and can also receive messages from friends, and bidirectional receiving and sending are achieved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, target role information may also be switched during a user using process, specifically, when the user stores friend information, all friends may be grouped according to friend attributes, different types of friends correspond to different communication modes, for example, for friends in a family group, role information of the user may be set as a "common user", and a corresponding communication mode may be set as bidirectional transceiving; for friends of the client group, role information can be set as 'propaganda personnel', 'instructor' and the like according to professional information of the user, and correspondingly, a communication mode can be set as one-way transmission, two-way transceiving and the like; for friends in a colleague group, the role information of the user may be set as "inside person", and the corresponding communication mode may be set as bidirectional transceiving, and so on. When the user is editing the session information, the terminal device 101 or the server 105 can acquire information of an information transmission object and determine target role information and a target communication mode according to group information to which the information transmission object belongs.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the setting of the role information may be defined by the user, but for the same role, the names of the roles set by different users are different, which is not beneficial for the machine to process, so as to further improve, some roles may be set by the software developer when developing the communication software, and when the user registers, the role information suitable for the user may be selected from the set roles.
