It should be noted that: the application program of the client can be pre-installed on the user equipment, so that the client can be started and run on the user equipment; of course, when an online "client" such as HTML5 technology is employed, the client can be obtained and run without installing a corresponding application on the user device.
And the network 12 for interaction between the handset 13, PC14 and server 11 may comprise various types of wired or wireless networks. Meanwhile, the user equipment such as the mobile phone 13, the PC14 and the like can also carry out communication interaction through the network 12, for example, a single chat communication session is established between any two pieces of user equipment; or, a plurality of user devices can participate in the same group chat communication session, so that any user can send communication messages to all other users in the group chat communication session through the user device of the user device.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of an organization creation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present description. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
step 202, receiving an organization creation request initiated by a user, wherein the organization creation request comprises an organization type of a target organization to be created.
The technical scheme of the specification is applied to a server, the server can be a server of an instant messaging application, a user can create an account of the user in the instant messaging application, and after logging in the account of the user, an organization creation request is sent to the server, so that an organization meeting the requirement of the user is created. Furthermore, the instant messaging application can be an enterprise instant messaging application, and cloud services with specific functions can be provided for users, so that the users can be helped to improve the working and learning efficiency. Along with the continuous expansion of the functions of enterprise instant messaging applications, the enterprise instant messaging applications can not only realize the communication functions, but also serve as an integrated functional platform for various other functions, such as management of organization relations, and further such as approval events (such as leave-out, office article claim, finance and other approval events), attendance events, task events, log events and the like, so that the enterprise instant messaging applications can also be called as a mobile group office platform.
The target organization to be created in the present specification may have different organization types, for example, a home organization, a department organization, a class organization, etc., and specifically, the organization type of the target organization may be determined according to actual situations, which is not limited herein.
The user may initiate an organization creation request in a variety of situations. In one case, a user can actively initiate an organization creation request according to own requirements; in another case, when the user needs to bind a target device, the server may send a prompt to the user to create an organization, and the user may send an organization creation request to the server by triggering the prompt.
Step 204, determining a relationship type among the members in the target organization based on the organization type.
The relationship type in the specification refers to the relationship type among all members in a target organization to be created, for example, when the target organization is a family organization, the relationship type is a family relationship or a family relationship; when the target organization is a department organization, the relationship type is a colleague relationship. Of course, this example is illustrative only, and one skilled in the art can set different relationship types according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
The organization type of the target organization to be created may also be a compound type, which may contain various membership. For example, in a home school scenario, a home organization requested to be created may include a home relationship and a teacher relationship, in which case, a teacher of a child in a school may also be added to the home organization, so as to promote communication between the parent and the teacher, and provide a better learning and growing environment for the child; in a doctor-patient scenario, the home organization created by the request may include a home relationship and a doctor-patient relationship, in which case a doctor or nurse may also be added to the home organization to better communicate with the patient and their family members, thereby providing a better rehabilitation environment for the patient.
And 206, determining members meeting the relationship type with the user from the created organization to which the user belongs.
In practical applications, when a user creates a target organization, it may not wish to add all members satisfying the relationship types to the target organization, or the members determined by the relationship types may not be completely correct, at this time, information of the members determined from the created organization may be returned to the user to be screened by the user, at this time, the user may select only members desiring to add to the target organization, or only members truly belonging to the target organization, to create the target organization based on the selection information.
The created organization is an organization added before the user, and not only the information of the user but also the information of each member in the target organization to be created are contained in the created organization. For example, the user may be a student, the created organization may be a school organization, and the school organization includes not only the student but also each member of the family to which the student belongs, for example, a father and a mother of the student, in which case, the target organization to be created may be a family organization of the student; as another example, the user may be a patient, and the created organization may be a doctor-patient organization, which may include patients in a hospital, and may include family members of the patients. Typically, the created organization also includes information of other members besides the target organization member, such as a leader and a teacher in school, which should be included in the home school organization; the doctor-patient organization should also include the lead, doctor and nurse of the hospital. In practical situations, the member information of the created organization is usually recorded in a corresponding information record, for example, the information of the member in the home school organization may be recorded in the home school information record, and the information of the member in the doctor-patient organization may be recorded in the doctor-patient information record.
Notably, the user initiating the tissue creation request may be any member of the target tissue, e.g., in the case of creating a home tissue, the tissue creation request may be initiated by both a child at home and a parent.
And step 208, creating the target organization based on the determined information of the member and the information of the user.
The created target organization can be bound with the equipment, so that each member in the target organization does not need to repeatedly carry out binding operation, and the purpose of simplifying user operation is achieved.
In one case, the user may be alerted to create the target organization when the user binds the device. In this case, when the user has a need to bind the device, a binding request for the target device may be initiated, at which time the server sends a prompt for creating an organization to the user in response to the binding request for the target device, which may be triggered to generate an organization creation request. After the target organization is created based on steps 102-108, a binding relationship between the target organization and the target device may be established.
In another case, the binding with the target device may be performed after the target organization is created through steps 102-108. In this case, the operation of binding the target device may be performed by any member in the target organization. Specifically, any member of the target organization may send a binding request for the target device to establish a binding relationship between the target device and the target organization.
The target device bound to the target organization in the present specification may be a common device, for example, a printer, a sound box, a water purifier, an air conditioner, and the like. Of course, this example is merely illustrative, and the specific meaning of the target device may be determined according to the actual situation and is not limited herein.
After the target organization is created, the various members may be configured with different rights. In this specification, rights may be divided into a plurality of types, for example, management rights and usage rights. The management authority may be further divided into a member management authority and a device management authority. Members possessing member management rights may adjust members contained in the target organization, e.g., new members may be added to the target organization, or a member in the target organization may be deleted; information of the member in the target organization may also be adjusted, for example, changing the name, profile, etc. of the member in the target organization. The member having the device management authority can manage the devices bound by the target organization, for example, parameters of the bound devices can be set, and the devices bound by the target organization can be deleted or added. The usage rights can be divided according to the type of the bound device, for example, when the target organization binds two devices, namely the printer and the air conditioner, the usage rights can be divided into the printer usage rights and the air conditioner usage rights, and then the usage rights of different members to the air conditioner of the printer are respectively set. Of course, the above-mentioned rights are merely exemplary, and those skilled in the art may divide the rights according to actual needs, which are not limited herein.
Further, the present specification may configure different levels for the rights based on the importance level, for example, the management rights may be set to a high level of rights and the usage rights may be set to a low level of rights; the member management authority, the device management authority, the printer use authority, and the air conditioner use authority may be classified into 4 classes. Of course, this example is only illustrative, and the person skilled in the art can set the level of authority according to the actual requirements, which is not limited in this specification. On this basis, the rights can be configured for the members in the target organization according to the hierarchy. For example, assume that rights 1, 2, 3 are configured as a first level; rights 4, 5, 6 are configured as a second level, then, in the case of member a being configured as a first level, it is equivalent to member a having rights 1, 2, 3; in the case of configuring the user B with the second level, this corresponds to the member B having rights 4, 5, 6. The method configures the grades for the authorities based on the importance degrees, so that the authorities with the importance degrees close to each other can be uniformly configured in the authority configuration process, and the configuration efficiency is improved.
The specification may configure the rights in a number of ways. In one case, the rights may be configured by way of manual configuration. For example, the rights owned by each member may be self-configured by the creator of the target organization; the rights possessed by each member may also be determined by a common vote by all members of the target organization member. In another case, a rule of authority configuration may be formulated in advance to perform authority configuration according to the rule. For example, the rule may be: configuring rights according to the identity types of each member in the target organization, for example, including two identities of parents and children in the family organization, namely configuring different rights for the families and the children; in the case where an administrator is set in the target organization, different rights can be respectively configured for the administrator and other members. Of course, this example is merely illustrative, and one skilled in the art can determine how to configure the rights specifically according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Members of the created organization may create an initial group for communication. Different types of messages may be published in the initial group, which may include at least one of: communication messages, task messages, conference messages. Of course, this example is merely illustrative, and the present specification is not limited thereto, as it may be determined by those skilled in the art based on actual situations, which messages are specifically included in the initial group.
It will be appreciated that the members of the target organization may not be able to timely obtain the messages in the initial group to which the created organization corresponds, e.g., the members of the target group mask the messages in the initial group because most of the messages in the initial group are not related to the members of the target group; alternatively, only a portion of the people in the target group join the initial group, such that only members joining the initial group can obtain the message. Therefore, based on the organization relationship between the created organization and the target organization, it is important to perform certain information interaction between the initial group and the target group. Specifically, the messages in the initial group corresponding to the created organization may be synchronized to the target group corresponding to the target organization based on the organization relationship between the created organization and the target organization.
In one case, all messages in the initial group may be synchronized into the target group. In another case, the message generated in the initial group may be monitored, and if the message including the message meeting the preset condition is generated, the message meeting the preset condition is synchronized to the target group. In other words, in the present specification, the messages in the initial group may be filtered based on the preset condition, and only the messages meeting the preset condition are synchronized to the target group, so that the user can acquire the related messages while the user is not bothered.
The preset conditions can be defined from different angles according to actual requirements:
in one case, the preset condition may be a limitation on the sender of the message, that is, the message is synchronized into the target group only when the sender of the message is a preset specific person, for example, in a home school scenario, a teacher may be determined as the specific person, and the message is synchronized into the home group corresponding to the home organization only when the teacher issues the message in the campus group; in a doctor-patient scenario, a doctor may be determined to be the particular person, and only when the doctor issues a message in a campus group, the message is synchronized into the home group corresponding to the home organization. It is to be understood that in the above scenario, a teacher and a doctor typically issue important messages in respective scenarios, and determine the messages as specific personnel, so that members in a home organization can timely learn the messages, and take corresponding measures.
In another case, the preset condition may be a content limitation of the message, that is, the message is synchronized into the target group only when the content of the message relates to the preset content, for example, in a home scenario, "job" may be determined as the preset content, and the message is synchronized into the home group corresponding to the home organization only when the content of the message issued in the campus group relates to the "job"; in the doctor-patient scenario, the "illness state" can be determined as preset content, and the message is synchronized into the family group corresponding to the family organization only when the content of the message issued in the doctor-patient group relates to the "illness state". It is to be understood that in the above scenario, the "job" and the "illness state" are relatively important messages in the respective scenarios, and are determined as "preset content" and synchronized into the family group, so that members in the family organization can timely learn about the key message.
In yet another case, the preset condition may be a limitation on the indication object, specifically, the message is synchronized to the target group only when the message includes the target indication information and the group member pointed by the target indication information in the initial group belongs to the target group at the same time, for example, in a home school scenario, the message may be synchronized to the home group corresponding to the home organization where the xiaobai is located when the "@ xiaobai" is detected. Of course, "@ is merely illustrative, and the target indication information may take various forms, for example, may be" @ somewhere "as shown above, or may be a member name or an ID in a group. It should be understood that the target indication information may be only required to point to a member to determine the object for which the message is directed, and those skilled in the art may determine the object according to actual needs, which is not limited in this specification.
According to the technical scheme, the specification can determine the corresponding relation type based on the organization type of the organization to be created, and determine the members of the organization to be created from the created organization based on the relation type, so that the creation of the organization is realized. Therefore, through the technical scheme of the specification, the user does not need to manually input member information of the organization to be created, and only needs to acquire the member information from the created organization by the equipment, so that automation of organization creation is realized.
Furthermore, after the organization is created, the created organization and the equipment can be bound, so that members in the organization do not need to repeatedly execute the operation of binding with the equipment, and the operation of a user is simplified. In addition, it is inevitable that members such as old people, children, etc. who do not have the above binding operation exist in the created organization, and at this time, it is possible to avoid a situation in which the above devices cannot be used because the members do not have the above binding operation.
Still further, the present disclosure synchronizes the message in the initial group corresponding to the created organization to the target group corresponding to the target organization, so that each member in the target group can browse the information in the created organization, thereby improving the propagation breadth of the message.
In addition to creating an organization in the manner described above, the present specification also provides a method of quickly creating an organization during a device binding process. In this method, most of the matters involved are similar to those of the previous embodiment, for example, the manner of synchronizing messages, organization types and definition of membership can be referred to the description of the previous embodiment, and will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method of quickly creating an organization during a device binding process according to an exemplary embodiment of the present description. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include the steps of:
step 302, in response to a binding request of a user for a target device, sending prompt information for creating an organization to the user.
In this embodiment, when the user sends a binding request for the target device, a prompt message for creating an organization is sent to the user, so that the user can create the target organization by the way while binding the device, thereby achieving the purpose of quickly creating the organization. Wherein the hint information may be triggered to initiate an organization creation request.
As described above, the target device in the present embodiment may be a common device, for example, a printer, a speaker, a water purifier, an air conditioner, or the like. Of course, this example is merely illustrative, and the specific meaning of the target device may be determined according to the actual situation and is not limited herein.
And step 304, receiving an organization creation request initiated by the user, wherein the organization creation request is generated after the prompt information is triggered.
Step 306, determining the relationship type among each member in the target organization based on the organization type of the target organization to be created contained in the organization creation request.
As described above, the target organization in the present embodiment may be different organization types, such as a home organization, a department organization, a class organization, and the like, and specifically, the organization type of the target organization may be determined according to the actual situation, which is not limited herein.
As described above, the relationship type in the present embodiment refers specifically to the relationship between the respective members in the target organization to be created, for example, when the target organization is a family organization, the relationship type is a family relationship or a say family relationship; when the target organization is an enterprise organization, the relationship type is a colleague relationship. Of course, this example is merely illustrative, and a person skilled in the art may set different corresponding relations according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein.
And 308, determining members meeting the relationship type with the user from the created organization to which the user belongs.
As described above, the created organization is an organization that the user has previously joined, and in the created organization, not only the information of the user but also the information of each member in the target organization to be created is contained. Further, information of members other than the target organization member is also included.
And step 310, creating the target organization based on the determined information of the member and the information of the user.
As described above, after creating the target organization, different rights may be configured for each member. In one case, the rights may be configured by way of manual configuration; in another case, the rights may be configured according to a pre-established rights configuration rule.
Step 312, establishing a binding relationship between the target organization and the target device.
In this embodiment, after the target organization is created, the target organization may be bound to the target device to which the user requests binding. This makes it unnecessary for other members of the target organization to perform binding operations before using the target device, simplifying the user's operations.
In this embodiment, after the target device is bound, the management authority of the target device may also be set, for example, a member that can manage the target device may be set by the user who initiates the organization creation request.
Compared with the previous embodiment, in the embodiment, the method of sending the prompt information for creating the organization to the user when the user requests the binding device, so that the user completes the operation of creating the target organization in the process of binding the device, and the purpose of quickly creating the organization is achieved.
Similar to the previous embodiment, the member in the organization to be created is acquired from the created organization, and then the target organization is created, so that the user does not need to manually input member information in the process of creating the organization, and the efficiency of creating the organization is improved. And secondly, by binding the created target organization with the target equipment, other users in the target organization do not need to repeatedly execute the operation of binding the target equipment, and the user operation is simplified.
Next, the technical solution of the present specification will be described taking the created organization as a home organization and the target organization to be created as a home organization as an example.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method of creating a home organization according to an exemplary embodiment of the present specification. The method can be applied to a server of an instant messaging application, as shown in fig. 4, and the method can comprise the following steps:
Step 401, receiving a binding request for a printer sent by a user.
In this embodiment, description will be made taking an example in which a user needs to bind a printer. It is assumed that the current user is a child named "xiaobai" in a home, and at this time, the xiaobai needs to use a printer for printing a home job arranged in a school, so that he can bind the printer in the home in an instant messaging application logged in with his own account, so as to complete printing of the home job through a cloud printing function in the instant messaging application.
Taking the application T as an example of the instant messaging application, after the document to be printed is selected in the widget, the application T may display an interface including a cloud printing option shown in fig. 5 to the widget, and the widget may click on the cloud printing option to print the selected document. If the small white account is bound with the printer, the selected file can be printed directly through the bound printer; if the printer is not bound, the terminal can jump to a printer binding interface, as shown in fig. 6, and the names of the two printers capable of binding are shown as "XXXX1" and "XXXX2", at this time, a little white can select any one of the bindable printers from the two printers so as to send a binding request for the printer to a server corresponding to the application T.
The above-described bindable printer may be determined in various ways, for example, a printer sharing one network with a terminal for logging in the application T may be determined as a bindable printer.
Step 402, sending prompt information created by the organization to the user.
In this embodiment, assuming that the widget selects the printer named "XXXX1", the server of the application T may send, when receiving the binding request for "XXXX1", a prompt message for creating an organization to the terminal used by the widget to display a prompt interface as shown in fig. 7 in the terminal used by the widget, at which time the widget may click on a create new organization option in the interface and enter the organization creation interface.
In the presented organization creation interface, various options may be provided, such as presenting the user with the type of organization that he wants to create, home use, and office use as shown in fig. 8, corresponding to creation of a home organization and business organization, respectively. Since the widget is to be bound as a home printer in this embodiment, the widget may select an option of "home use" to send a creation request of a home organization to the server of the application T.
Step 403, receiving a home organization creation request sent by a user.
After receiving the home organization creation request sent by the widget, the server of the application T may determine information of the widget based on the sender, and determine that the widget wants to join the member of the target organization, which has a family relationship with the widget, based on the organization type of the home organization.
Step 404, determining members from the family organization that satisfy family relationships with the user.
In this step, a white family member may be determined from the created family organization. In general, an information record of an established organization may be stored in a server, for example, a home address book created for a school where a xiaobai is located may be stored in a server of the application T, specifically, member information as shown in fig. 9 may be stored in the home address book, at this time, the xiaobai information may be first found in the home address book, and then, based on a family relationship, a xiaobai family member, such as a father, mother, sister, grandmaster, and milk recorded in the figure, may be determined. It should be stated that "… …" shown in fig. 9 refers to the information of the member, including but not limited to name, contact.
And step 405, creating a family organization based on the information of the user and the determined member.
After the white-light family members are determined, a white-light family organization can be created in the server. Accordingly, the organization of "xiaobaijia" is displayed in the application T registered with xiaobai account number, as shown in fig. 10.
After creating the home organization, the rights may also be configured for each member in the home organization, for example, the user that initiates the request, i.e., the xiaobai, may be determined as an administrator, and the xiaobai may be configured to manage the rights of the organization "xiaobai's home", in which case the xiaobai may add or delete members in the home organization. Of course, this example is merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art can fully configure the rights possessed by the administrator according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
Step 406, establishing a binding relationship between the created home organization and the printer.
After the organization of "xiaobaijia" is created, the printer of "XXXX1" can be renamed as "xiaobai bound printer", and a binding relationship between "xiaobaijia" and "xiaobai bound printer" is established in the server. This eliminates the need for binding the printer by other members of the small white when the printer is needed. In other words, when the parents of the small white need to use the printer, the corresponding file is only selected, and the cloud printing service is clicked, so that the printing of the file can be realized. Specifically, after binding is completed, any member in the small white can complete printing of the file through the flow shown in fig. 5-10-11, namely clicking the file to be printed, clicking a cloud printing service option to enter an interface of the cloud printing service; selecting an organization to be printed, determining a bound printer of the organization, and clicking the bound printer to finish printing the file.
After the binding relationship is established, the usage rights of the printer can be further configured, for example, the usage rights can be automatically configured as follows: all members can use the printer; the members of the printer may also be used by the xiao bai configuration. Of course, this example is merely illustrative, and a person skilled in the art may configure the usage rights of the device in different ways according to actual needs, which is not limited herein.
According to the technical scheme, when the user needs to operate the household printer through the instant messaging application, the prompt information for creating the organization is sent to the user, so that the user can complete the creation of the family organization in the process of binding the equipment, and the purpose of quickly creating the family organization is achieved.
Furthermore, the created home organization and the printer are bound, so that other members in the home organization do not need to execute the operation of binding the printer, and the purpose of simplifying the operation is achieved.
Still further, in this embodiment, the family members of the user are obtained from the home address book corresponding to the created home organization, so that the user does not need to manually enter the information of the family members, and the operation process of creating the organization is simplified.
Next, an organization interaction method disclosed in the present specification will be described by taking a created organization as a home organization and a created target organization as a home organization.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a diagram illustrating an organization interaction method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 12, the method may include the steps of:
step 1201, monitoring a message in a campus group corresponding to a home organization.
Typically, a school will create a corresponding campus group based on the home organization to publish messages in the campus group. However, the campus group may include only members of the school, such as teacher, leader, student, but not all members of the family organization, such as parents.
Step 1202, judging target indication information contained in a received message; if yes, go to step 1203; if not, go to step 1206.
In this embodiment, the target indication information may take the form of "@ something". By judging whether the received message contains the target indication information, whether the currently monitored message contains directional messages, such as a message pointing to a little white, and a message pointing to all group members.
The message containing the target indication information may be a communication message, for example, "@ xiaobai, your composition awards"; messages may also be arranged for tasks, for example, "@ xiao bai, help a teacher to collect a homework book", "@ owner, today's homework is … …", and in particular reference is made to what is shown in fig. 13.
Step 1203, determine the group member to which the target indication information points.
With the above example, such as "@ xie" it can be determined that the target indication points to xie, and "@ owner" points to all group members.
Step 1204, determining a home organization to which the group member belongs.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of home organizations such as "xiaobai home", "xiaoming home", "xiaohong home", and the like can be created by the above-described method. At this time, after determining the group member to which the target instruction information points, the home organization to which the group member belongs may be determined, for example, the home organization of "xiaobai home" may be determined.
Step 1205, synchronizing the message containing the target indication information to the family group corresponding to the determined family organization.
Following the above example, after the organization of "white house" is determined, messages for white house may be further synchronized into the corresponding group of "white house". For example, the message "congratulatory paperless wins" sent by the teacher in fig. 13 and the message "arrangement work" issued by the king teacher are synchronized into a whiter home group, and specific reference is made to fig. 14.
As can be seen from fig. 14, the messages for the whitelet are synchronized to the whitelet family group, so that the whitelet parents can witness the growth of the whitelet and motivate their children to continue to try, and at the same time, the children can be supervised to complete the task to be completed, thereby helping the children to develop good learning habits.
In step 1206, no synchronization message operation is performed.
According to the technical scheme, the message in the initial group can be monitored, and the message is synchronized to the group of the organization of the group member to which the message points when the target indication information is detected. This allows the members of the organization that did not join the original group to also receive the message, thereby widening the propagation plane of the message.
An advantage of broadening the propagation plane of a targeted message is that it is possible to increase knowledge of the status of other members of the organization in the created organization of the member for which the message is targeted. When the message is a task type message, other members in the organization can be prompted to supervise the members, so that the task completion efficiency of the members is improved, for example, when the message is a message for arranging the white-light job, a white-light parent supervises the white-light job completion condition after receiving the message for arranging the job, and the white-light job completion efficiency is improved.
