Detailed Description
The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
In this embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101, responding to a first trigger input to a map interface, and acquiring user information of a target contact.
The map interface comprises a display identifier of at least one first contact, and the display identifier can be an icon or a text label, such as an avatar, a number, a name or a graphic. The target contact is a first contact corresponding to the display identifier indicated by the first trigger input. The user information comprises identity information such as contact names and positions, and information interaction addresses.
For example, the display identifier of the first contact is displayed on the map interface by using a Location Based Service (LBS), a Global Positioning System (GPS), or a beidou Positioning System. So as to facilitate real-time tracking of the location of the first contact.
In particular, the first trigger input includes, but is not limited to, a click input, a key input, a fingerprint input, a swipe input, a press input. The key input includes, but is not limited to, a power key, a volume key, a single-click input of a main menu key, a double-click input, a long-press input, a combination key input, etc. to the electronic device. Of course, the first trigger input may also be other operations of the electronic device by the user, and the operation manner in the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited, and may be any realizable manner.
In the above embodiments, the map interface is displayed on the screen of the electronic device. The user of the electronic equipment can clearly know the position of each first contact through the display identification on the map interface, so that the user can observe the position condition of the contacts from the global view. Further, the user can trigger the electronic device to acquire the user information of the target contact through the first trigger input to the map interface, so that an interaction window between the user and the target contact is established by using the user information of the target contact.
And 102, displaying an interactive window according to the user information of the target contact person.
The interactive window comprises at least one function option, and the function options comprise a message sending option, a task issuing option, an attendance checking option or an audio/video conference option. In other words, the functions of sending messages, publishing tasks, attendance options or audio/video conferences between the user and the target contact can be realized through the interactive window.
In the embodiment, the map mode and each information interaction platform are opened, and the user information of the target contact person is used for establishing and displaying the interactive window of multiple persons. The user of the electronic equipment can issue tasks, send messages, videos and other functions through the interactive window, and information interaction is achieved.
It can be understood that the interactive window can be displayed on the map interface, that is, the interactive window covers a part of the map interface, and a user can change the position of the interactive window on the map interface by dragging the interactive window, so that the definition of the map interface is ensured, and an information interaction function can be realized; the map interface can be displayed in a reduced mode, the blank area obtained after the map interface is reduced in the screen of the electronic equipment is used for displaying the interactive window, and the display proportion of the interactive window and the map interface is adjustable, so that the interactive window and the map interface are prevented from being shielded mutually, and the integrity of data display is guaranteed.
And 103, responding to a second trigger input to the interactive window, and executing a function corresponding to the function option indicated by the second trigger input according to the target contact.
In the above embodiment, the user to which the electronic device belongs can set that the interaction function needs to be executed in the interactive window through the second trigger input to the interactive window, so that information interaction between the user to which the electronic device belongs and the target contact person is realized. Therefore, when a user observes the position condition of the contact from a global view angle, the map mode and each information interaction platform are opened, functions of issuing tasks, sending messages, videos and the like are carried out through the interaction window, a cross-end information setting-transmission-touch mechanism based on the electronic map is further formed, rapid transmission of information is facilitated, and the information interaction efficiency is greatly improved.
Specifically, at least one function option is displayed on the interactive window, and the user can select a required function option through a click operation (second trigger input). Or at least one matching rule for triggering and selecting the functional options by the second trigger input is defined for the electronic equipment in advance, and each matching rule corresponds to different functional options. Therefore, different function options can be matched through the first trigger inputs in different forms, the convenience of information interaction is further improved, and the information interaction efficiency is improved. For example, the matching rule is defined as that the double-click interactive window corresponds to the task issuing option, and then when the user double-clicks the interactive window, the specified task information is issued to the target contact. The matching rule is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 7, the icons (display identifiers) of 3 first contacts are displayed on the map interface, and the icons of the first contacts correspond to the positions of the first contacts. The user merges at least one target contact person by dragging the head portrait of the target contact person to a designated area, retrieves the user information of the target contact person, and establishes a temporary group (interactive window) between the user and the target contact person. And if the user selects the video option, sending a video request to the electronic equipment of the target contact person through the communication address of the target contact person, and displaying the video image of the target contact person in the interactive window when receiving a video response instruction returned by the target contact person. If the user selects the message sending option, the map mode and the chat APP are communicated, a dialog box is displayed on the interactive window, the user can configure the content to be started in the dialog box, the user clicks a sending button, the specific content can be directly sent to the chat APP of the target contact person, and meanwhile the reply information of the target contact person in the chat APP can be synchronously displayed on the interactive window. And if the user selects the attendance checking option, calling and displaying the login state of the target contact, the current task information, the specific position coordinate and other information through the interactive window.
It should be noted that the information interaction method is applicable to electronic devices, and the electronic devices include, but are not limited to, a mobile terminal, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a wearable device, a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the like.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the foregoing embodiment, in order to fully illustrate the specific implementation process of the present embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 2, and the method includes:
step 201, acquiring authority information of the electronic device.
Wherein the authority information is related to the identity information of the user to which the electronic equipment belongs.
Step 202, displaying at least one function option in the interactive window according to the authority information.
The function options comprise a message sending option, a task issuing option, an attendance checking option or an audio/video conference option.
In the embodiment, the corresponding relationship between the authority information and the function options is configured in advance, when information interaction with a target contact person is required, the functions which can be performed by the user are determined according to the authority information corresponding to the user, and the corresponding function options are displayed in the interactive window, so that the user can select the functions conveniently. The functions that different users can carry out are managed in a unified mode through the authority information, the function options are rapidly configured, and the purpose of improving the information interaction safety and the efficiency is achieved.
For example, a manager-level user can perform functions of distributing tasks, sending messages and videos, and a clerk-level user can only perform functions of sending messages and videos.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the above embodiment, in order to fully illustrate the specific implementation process of the embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 3, and the method includes:
step 301, acquiring task distribution information.
Wherein the task distribution information is used to indicate a task plan for each task area. The task distribution information includes a corresponding relationship between a task area range and a preset task category. The task distribution information can be reasonably set according to the actual requirements of the user.
Step 302, determining a plurality of task areas in the map interface according to the task distribution information.
Step 303, displaying a plurality of task areas differently.
In the above embodiment, the map is divided into different task areas by using the required task distribution information, so that each task area corresponds to a different preset task category. And displaying different task areas according to different display modes. Therefore, by combining the position of the display mark in the map interface, the user can intuitively and clearly know the preset task category corresponding to the position of the contact person, a reference basis is provided for the user to distribute the task to the target contact person, and the information interaction efficiency is favorably improved.
Specifically, the step of displaying the plurality of task areas in a differentiated manner specifically includes: and determining a corresponding target display mode according to the preset task category, and displaying a task area corresponding to the preset task category according to the target display mode. The display mode includes but is not limited to at least one of the following: color, brightness, and thickness of the boundary line. For example, as shown in fig. 7, an area for performing a limited sales task is displayed in gray, and an area for performing a promotion task is displayed in white.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the embodiment, in order to fully describe the specific implementation process of the embodiment, the step of executing a function corresponding to the function option indicated by the second trigger input according to the target contact based on the function as a publishing task specifically includes:
and step 103-1, acquiring task information to be issued.
Specifically, the task information to be published can be acquired through a user input mode, a plurality of different task information templates can also be displayed on the interactive window, and the user configures the task information to be published through clicking the task information template.
For example, a map system and a task management platform of the electronic device are communicated, functions which can be performed are determined according to the authority of the user, task actions (task information templates) which can be issued are classified according to the authority of the user, and early and background are stored. After confirming that the function of issuing the task needs to be executed, displaying a task issuing panel in the interactive window, and displaying the task action capable of being executed on the panel, so that a user can select the corresponding task to issue.
And 103-2, outputting prompt information based on the fact that the task type of the task information to be issued is different from the preset task type corresponding to the task area where the target contact is located.
In the embodiment, if the task type of the task information to be published is different from the preset task type corresponding to the task area where the target contact person is located, which indicates that the area where the target contact person is located may not be suitable for performing the task to be published, the prompt information is output to remind the user that the task published does not conform to the task plan of the task area. Therefore, the method is beneficial to preventing the task from being wrongly issued due to misoperation of the user and improving the accuracy of the task issuing function.
And 103-3, sending the task information to be issued to the target contact person based on the confirmation indication of the received prompt information or the fact that the task category of the task information to be issued is the same as the preset task category corresponding to the task area where the target contact person is located.
In the embodiment, if the task type of the task information to be published is the same as the preset task type corresponding to the task area where the target contact person is located, and it is indicated that the area where the target contact person is located may be suitable for performing the task to be published, the task information to be published is directly sent to the target contact person, so that the target contact person can immediately perform task actions. Similarly, if the confirmation indication of the prompt message is received, and the configuration of the release task information different from the preset task type meets the user requirement, the to-be-released task information is sent to the target contact person. Therefore, the purpose of multi-terminal cooperative operation is achieved, information interaction is realized, and the requirement of real-time information interaction is met.
It is worth mentioning that after the task information to be published is sent to the target contact person, the feedback information of the task information to be published of the target contact person can be displayed in the interactive window.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the above embodiment, in order to fully describe the specific implementation process of the embodiment, the function is to send a message, and execute a function corresponding to the function option indicated by the second trigger input according to the target contact, and specifically includes:
and step 103-4, acquiring the message to be sent.
The message to be sent may include text, image or file, and may be set as required.
Step 103-5, a plurality of reach-throughs for the target contact to receive the message are determined.
Among them, the access channels include various kinds, for example: the device comprises a short message channel, a push channel, a synchronization channel and a screen popping channel. Determining a plurality of reach channels for the target user to receive the notification message includes: and determining a short message channel, a push channel, a synchronous channel and a screen popup channel which are used for receiving the notification message by the target user.
And 103-6, selecting a target reach channel with the highest reach rate aiming at the target contact person from the plurality of reach channels.
The touch rate corresponds to two dimensions, namely a touch channel and time, and the touch rate can be improved by adopting a proper access channel or sending in a proper time period. For example, the target contact channels with the highest contact rate are obtained by calculating the contact rates of the target contacts respectively using the multiple contact channels, and the contact rates of the push channels in different time periods of each day are different, wherein the contact rate of the time period of 16: 00-22: 00 is the highest, and the push channels can be selected to be used for sending messages to the target contacts at 16: 00-22: 00. By further optimizing the push strategy using the push period, the reach rate of the notification message can be further improved by selecting and pushing the notification message to the user at the time period with the highest reach rate.
And 103-7, sending a message to be sent to the target contact person by using the target touch channel.
In the above embodiment, a target reach channel with the highest reach rate for a target user is selected from the multiple reach channels, and a message to be sent is sent to a target contact by using the target reach channel. The message is sent to the user by selecting and adopting the touch channel with the highest touch rate, so that the touch efficiency of the message is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the above embodiment, in order to fully illustrate the specific implementation process of the embodiment, an information interaction method is provided, as shown in fig. 4, and the method includes:
step 401, detecting a login state of a contact corresponding to an electronic device.
The login state comprises an online state and an offline state. For example, the map system is communicated with the office APP, and the login state is judged by detecting the account login information of the contact in the office APP.
Step 402, confirming the contact as the first contact based on the login status being online status.
And step 403, displaying the display identifier of the first contact on the map interface according to the position information of the first contact.
In the above embodiment, the login status of all the contacts related to the user is traversed, and in the case that the contact is online, the location information of the contact where the contact is currently located is obtained through the positioning system. And displaying the display identification of the contact on the corresponding position of the map interface according to the position information. The user can visually know the position of each first contact through the map interface, the login condition of the contacts can be determined, overall management of the user can be facilitated, and a reference basis is provided for the user when the user performs a required function.
It will be appreciated that a contact that is offline also has a display identifier that is located where the offline contact last logged in. And the display identification of the contact in the offline state and the display identification of the first contact are displayed in different display modes, so that the user can distinguish the login states of all the contacts. For example, as shown in fig. 7, the display identifier of the first contact in the online state is higher in definition, the display identifier of the first contact is located at a position before the point of the first contact, and the display identifier of the first contact in the offline state is lower in definition and located at a position where the contact is located when the contact is offline last time.
Further, as a refinement and an extension of the specific implementation of the embodiment, in order to fully describe the specific implementation process of the embodiment, the step of acquiring the user information of the target contact specifically includes:
step 101-1, determining a target position range indicated by a first trigger input in a map interface.
Wherein, the target position range is the selection range of the target contact.
And step 101-2, determining the first contact person as a target contact person based on the display identifier of the first contact person being located in the target position range.
And 101-3, calling the user information of the target contact.
In the above embodiment, in order to quickly select the target contact, it is considered that the operation of configuring the target contact by one click display identifier is cumbersome. And acquiring a target position range of the selected target contact through the first trigger input, and screening the first contact in the map interface according to the target position range, so that the target contact is quickly selected, and the user information of the target contact is called. The method and the device realize quick selection of the target contact, simplify the operation steps of the user and are beneficial to improving the information interaction efficiency and the user experience.
For example, the first trigger input is a slide input, and the user draws a position range circle, that is, a target position range, on the map interface through the slide input. At the moment, the electronic equipment automatically identifies the target contact persons corresponding to all the display identifications in the position range circle. And establishing an interactive window between the user and the target contact person within the position range.
Further, as a specific implementation of the method in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an information interaction apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, the apparatus includes: an acquisition module 51, a display module 52 and an execution module 53.
The obtaining module 51 is configured to obtain user information of a target contact in response to a first trigger input to a map interface, where the map interface includes a display identifier of at least one first contact, and the target contact is a first contact corresponding to the display identifier indicated by the first trigger input; the display module 52 is configured to display an interactive window according to the user information of the target contact, where the interactive window includes at least one function option; and the execution module 53 is configured to respond to a second trigger input to the interactive window, and execute a function corresponding to the function option indicated by the second trigger input according to the target contact.
