When the number of the first available meeting rooms is smaller than the number of meeting rooms required to be reserved, the number of meeting rooms available in the institution to which the user belongs is indicated to be unable to meet the demands of the user, and at this time, the server can also take the meeting rooms which are not reserved in other institutions as available meeting rooms for the user to select reservation so as to meet the reservation demands of the user. That is, in the event that the number of first available conference rooms is insufficient, the server may also allow the user to select a conference room among other institutions.
In an exemplary implementation, before invoking the unscheduled meeting room belonging to the second organization, the method may further include: acquiring a first geographic position corresponding to a first mechanism; acquiring second geographic positions corresponding to other mechanisms except the first mechanism; determining traffic distances between the first mechanism and other mechanisms according to the first geographic position and the second geographic position; and searching other mechanisms closest to the traffic as a second mechanism.
Wherein, the traffic distance between the first organization and other organizations refers to the length of the shortest traffic route connecting the first organization and other organizations.
In one exemplary implementation, the method for defining a conference room may further include: receiving third selection reservation information, sent by the first client, of conference rooms in a third available conference room list, wherein the third selection reservation information comprises selection reservation information of designated conference rooms, and the designated conference rooms belong to a second mechanism; transmitting the selected preset information of the designated meeting room to a second client corresponding to a meeting administrator of a second mechanism; receiving first reply information which is returned by the second client and agrees to select preset information of a designated conference room; generating a third meeting room reservation result according to the first reply information, wherein the third meeting room reservation result comprises reservation information of a designated meeting room; and sending the third conference room preset result to the first client.
Accordingly, when conference rooms of other institutions to which the user belongs are included in the available conference room list provided to the user by the server, reservation of the conference room by the user for other institutions requires agreement by conference room administrators of other institutions.
In a group, each company is usually provided with a special conference room manager, and the conference room manager is responsible for the conference room management in the company and is familiar with the use requirements of the conference room in the company, so that when other company personnel want to borrow the conference room of the company, the conference room manager of the company can determine whether to borrow the conference room of the company by combining the specific conditions of the conference room of the company.
In an exemplary implementation, the method for reserving a conference room may further include: receiving second reply information returned by the second client-side, which does not agree with the selection of the preset information of the designated conference room; generating a fourth conference room reservation result according to the second reply information, wherein the fourth conference room reservation result does not contain reservation information for the designated conference room; and sending the fourth meeting room reservation result to the first client.
That is, when the conference room administrator of the second institution does not agree with the employee of the first institution to reserve the conference room of the second institution, the server denies the reservation request of the user for the conference room belonging to the second institution.
According to the conference room reservation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the conference room belonging to the first mechanism is extracted from all conference rooms as the first conference room by determining the first mechanism to which the user belongs and the first conference room use permission corresponding to the user according to the conference room reservation request of the user sent by the first client, and the conference room matched with the first conference room use permission is extracted from all first conference rooms as the second conference room, and the unscheduled conference room is selected from all second conference rooms as the first available conference room, so that a first available conference room list is generated according to all first available conference rooms, and is returned to the first client.
Example two
The embodiment of the invention provides a conference room reservation system, which is used for executing the conference room reservation method in the first embodiment.
Fig. 2 is a functional block diagram of a reservation system for a conference room according to an embodiment of the present invention. The reservation system of the conference room provided in this embodiment may be set in a server, as shown in fig. 2, and the reservation system of the conference room may include:
the permission determination module 210 is configured to determine, according to a meeting room reservation request of a user sent by a first client, a first mechanism to which the user belongs and a first meeting room usage permission corresponding to the user;
a first meeting room extraction module 220 for extracting meeting rooms belonging to a first organization from all meeting rooms as first meeting rooms;
a second conference room extracting module 230, configured to extract, from all the first conference rooms, a conference room that matches the first conference room usage right as a second conference room;
an available meeting room selection module 240 for selecting an unscheduled meeting room from all the second meeting rooms as a first available meeting room;
the first generating and sending module 250 is configured to generate a first available conference room list according to all the first available conference rooms, and return the first available conference room list to the first client.
In an exemplary implementation, the reservation system of the conference room may further include: the first reservation information receiving module is used for receiving first selection reservation information of meeting rooms in a first available meeting room list, which is sent by the first client; a first reservation result generation module for generating a first meeting room reservation result according to the first selection reservation information; and the first reservation result sending module is used for sending the first conference room reservation result to the first client.
In an exemplary implementation, the reservation system of the conference room may further include: the number acquisition module is used for acquiring the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled and the number of first available meeting rooms; the first calling module is used for calling the public meeting room which is not preset as a second available meeting room if the number of the first available meeting rooms is smaller than the number of meeting rooms which are required to be preset; and the second generation and transmission module is used for generating a second available meeting room list according to the first available meeting room and the second available meeting room, and returning the second available meeting room list to the first client.
Based on the above example, in an exemplary implementation, the reservation system of the conference room may further include: the second reservation information receiving module is used for receiving second selection reservation information of meeting rooms in a second available meeting room list, which is sent by the first client; a second reservation result generating module for generating a second conference room reservation result according to the second selection reservation information; and the second reservation result sending module is used for sending the second conference room reservation result to the first client.
In an exemplary implementation, the reservation system of the conference room may further include: the number acquisition module is used for acquiring the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled and the number of first available meeting rooms; a second retrieving module, configured to retrieve, as a third conference room, an unscheduled conference room belonging to the second mechanism if the number of the first available conference rooms is smaller than the number of conference rooms requested to be scheduled; a third available conference room selection module, configured to select, from all third conference rooms, an unscheduled conference room as a third available conference room; and the third generation and transmission module is used for generating a third available meeting room list according to the first available meeting room and the third available meeting room, and returning the third available meeting room list to the first client.
Based on the above example, in an exemplary implementation, the reservation system of the conference room may further include: the first geographic position acquisition module is used for acquiring a first geographic position corresponding to the first mechanism; the second geographic position acquisition module is used for acquiring second geographic positions corresponding to other mechanisms except the first mechanism; the traffic distance determining module is used for determining the traffic distance between the first mechanism and other mechanisms according to the first geographic position and the second geographic position; and the second mechanism searching module is used for searching other mechanisms closest to the traffic distance and used as the second mechanism.
Based on the foregoing example, in an exemplary implementation, the reservation system of the conference room may further include: the third reservation information receiving module is used for receiving third selection reservation information of meeting rooms in a third available meeting room list, which is sent by the first client, wherein the third selection reservation information comprises selection reservation information of appointed meeting rooms, and the appointed meeting rooms belong to a second mechanism; the reservation information sending module is used for sending the selection reservation information of the designated conference room to a second client corresponding to a conference manager of the second mechanism; the first reply information receiving module is used for receiving first reply information which is returned by the second client and agrees to select preset information of a designated conference room; a third reservation result generating module, configured to generate a third conference room reservation result according to the first reply information, where the third conference room reservation result includes reservation information for a designated conference room; and the third reservation result sending module is used for sending the third conference room reservation result to the first client.
Based on the above example, in an exemplary implementation, the reservation system of the conference room may further include: the second reply information receiving module is used for receiving second reply information which is returned by the second client and does not agree with the selection of the preset information of the designated conference room; a fourth reservation result generating module for generating a fourth conference room reservation result according to the second reply information, the fourth conference room reservation result not including reservation information for the designated conference room; and the fourth reservation result sending module is used for sending the fourth conference room reservation result to the first client.
In an exemplary implementation, the first meeting room extraction module 220, when used for extracting meeting rooms belonging to a first organization from all meeting rooms as a first meeting room, may be specifically used for screening all target meeting rooms belonging to the first organization from all meeting rooms according to the first organization to which the user belongs; acquiring corresponding level information of a user in a first mechanism; and extracting the meeting room corresponding to the level information from the target meeting room according to the level information as a first meeting room.
The conference resource acquiring system provided in the embodiment of the present invention corresponds to the conference resource acquiring method provided in the first embodiment of the present invention, so that, where details of the conference resource acquiring system are not described in this embodiment, please refer to the description of the corresponding parts in the first embodiment, and the details are not repeated here.
According to the meeting room reservation system provided by the embodiment of the invention, through the meeting room reservation request of the user sent by the first client, the first mechanism to which the user belongs and the first meeting room use permission corresponding to the user are determined, the meeting rooms belonging to the first mechanism are extracted from all meeting rooms and used as the first meeting rooms, the meeting rooms matched with the first meeting room use permission are extracted from all first meeting rooms and used as the second meeting rooms, the meeting rooms which are not reserved are selected from all second meeting rooms and used as the first available meeting rooms, a first available meeting room list is generated according to all first available meeting rooms, the first available meeting room list is returned to the first client, and the available meeting room list which can be reserved is automatically provided for the user according to the affiliated mechanism of the user, the meeting room use permission of the user and the meeting room state, so that the success rate of meeting room reservation is improved, the user operation is reduced, time is saved for the user, and therefore the reservation processing efficiency of the meeting rooms is improved, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Example III
An embodiment of the present invention provides a server, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method for booking a conference room according to any one of the embodiments when executing the computer program.
Fig. 3 is a simplified block diagram of a server provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, the server 300 may include a processor 301 coupled to one or more data storage means, which may include a storage medium 306 and a memory unit 304. The server 300 may also include an input interface 305 and an output interface 307 for communicating with another device or system. Program code executed by the CPU of the processor 301 may be stored in the memory unit 304 or the storage medium 306.
The processor 301 in the server 300 invokes the program code stored in the memory unit 304 or the storage medium 306 to perform the following steps:
determining a first mechanism to which a user belongs and a first meeting room use authority corresponding to the user according to a meeting room reservation request of the user sent by a first client;
extracting conference rooms belonging to a first institution from all conference rooms as first conference rooms;
Extracting meeting rooms matched with the use authority of the first meeting room from all the first meeting rooms as second meeting rooms;
selecting an unscheduled meeting room from all the second meeting rooms as a first available meeting room;
and generating a first available conference room list according to all the first available conference rooms, and returning the first available conference room list to the first client.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
receiving first selection preset information sent by a first client side for meeting rooms in a first available meeting room list;
generating a first meeting room reservation result according to the first selection reservation information;
and sending the first meeting room reservation result to the first client.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
acquiring the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled and the number of first available meeting rooms;
if the number of the first available meeting rooms is smaller than the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled, calling out an unscheduled public meeting room as a second available meeting room;
and generating a second available conference room list according to the first available conference room and the second available conference room, and returning the second available conference room list to the first client.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
receiving second selection preset information sent by a first client side for meeting rooms in the second available meeting room list;
generating a second conference room reservation result according to the second selection reservation information;
and sending the second conference room preset result to the first client.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
acquiring the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled and the number of first available meeting rooms;
if the number of the first available meeting rooms is smaller than the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled, calling unscheduled meeting rooms belonging to the second mechanism to serve as a third meeting room;
selecting an unscheduled meeting room from all the third meeting rooms as a third available meeting room;
and generating a third available conference room list according to the first available conference room and the third available conference room, and returning the third available conference room list to the first client.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
receiving third selection reservation information, sent by the first client, of conference rooms in a third available conference room list, wherein the third selection reservation information comprises selection reservation information of designated conference rooms, and the designated conference rooms belong to a second mechanism;
Transmitting the selected preset information of the designated meeting room to a second client corresponding to a meeting administrator of a second mechanism;
receiving first reply information which is returned by the second client and agrees to select preset information of a designated conference room;
generating a third meeting room reservation result according to the first reply information, wherein the third meeting room reservation result comprises reservation information of a designated meeting room;
and sending the third conference room preset result to the first client.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
receiving second reply information returned by the second client-side, which does not agree with the selection of the preset information of the designated conference room;
generating a fourth conference room reservation result according to the second reply information, wherein the fourth conference room reservation result does not contain reservation information for the designated conference room;
and sending the fourth meeting room reservation result to the first client.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301 may be further configured to:
acquiring a first geographic position corresponding to a first mechanism;
acquiring second geographic positions corresponding to other mechanisms except the first mechanism;
determining traffic distances between the first mechanism and the other mechanisms according to the first geographic position and the second geographic position;
And searching other mechanisms closest to the traffic as a second mechanism.
In one exemplary implementation, the processor 301, when extracting conference rooms belonging to the first institution from all conference rooms as the first meeting, may be configured to:
screening all target meeting rooms belonging to a first mechanism from all meeting rooms according to the first mechanism to which the user belongs;
acquiring corresponding level information of a user in a first mechanism;
and extracting the meeting room corresponding to the level information from the target meeting room according to the level information as a first meeting room.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method for booking a conference room according to any one of the previous embodiments.
It will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the systems, apparatuses and modules described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed systems, devices, and methods may be implemented in other manners. For example, the apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, e.g., the division of the modules is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions when actually implemented, e.g., multiple modules or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Alternatively, the coupling or direct coupling or communication connection shown or discussed with each other may be an indirect coupling or communication connection via some interfaces, devices or modules, which may be in electrical, mechanical, or other forms.
The modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and components shown as modules may or may not be physical modules, i.e., may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional module in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each module may exist alone physically, or two or more modules may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units may be implemented in hardware or in hardware plus software functional units.
The integrated units implemented in the form of software functional units described above may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium, and includes several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) or a Processor (Processor) to perform part of the steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. 1. A method of booking a conference room, the method comprising:
determining a first mechanism to which a user belongs and a first meeting room use authority corresponding to the user according to a meeting room reservation request of the user sent by a first client;
extracting conference rooms belonging to the first institution from all conference rooms as first conference rooms;
extracting meeting rooms matched with the first meeting room use permission from all the first meeting rooms as second meeting rooms;
selecting an unscheduled meeting room from all the second meeting rooms as a first available meeting room;
generating a first available meeting room list according to all the first available meeting rooms, and returning the first available meeting room list to the first client;
acquiring a number of meeting rooms requested to be scheduled and a number of the first available meeting rooms;
if the number of the first available meeting rooms is smaller than the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled, calling out an unscheduled public meeting room as a second available meeting room;
And generating a second available conference room list according to the first available conference room and the second available conference room, and returning the second available conference room list to the first client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if the number of first available conference rooms is less than the requested predetermined number of conference rooms, the method further comprises:
calling an unscheduled meeting room belonging to the second mechanism as a third meeting room;
selecting an unscheduled meeting room from all the third meeting rooms as a third available meeting room;
and generating a third available conference room list according to the first available conference room and the third available conference room, and returning the third available conference room list to the first client.
3. The method according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving preset selection information of meeting rooms in an available meeting room list sent by a first client, wherein the available meeting room list comprises the first available meeting room list, the second available meeting room list and the third available meeting room list, the preset selection information comprises preset first selection information of the meeting rooms in the first available meeting room list, preset second selection information of the meeting rooms in the second available meeting room list and preset third selection information of the meeting rooms in the third available meeting room list;
Generating meeting room reservation results according to the selection reservation information, wherein the meeting room reservation results comprise a first meeting room reservation result, a second meeting room reservation result and a third meeting room reservation result;
and sending the meeting room preset result to the first client.
4. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving third selection preset information of meeting rooms in the third available meeting room list sent by a first client, wherein the third selection preset information comprises selection preset information of appointed meeting rooms, and the appointed meeting rooms belong to the second mechanism;
transmitting the selected preset information of the designated conference room to a second client corresponding to a conference manager of the second mechanism;
receiving first reply information which is returned by the second client and agrees to select preset information of the designated conference room;
generating a third conference room reservation result according to the first reply information, wherein the third conference room reservation result comprises reservation information of the appointed conference room;
and sending the third conference room preset result to the first client.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the invoking the unscheduled meeting room belonging to the second institution is preceded by:
acquiring a first geographic position corresponding to the first mechanism;
acquiring a second geographic position corresponding to other mechanisms except the first mechanism;
determining a traffic distance between the first mechanism and the other mechanisms according to the first geographic position and the second geographic position;
and searching other mechanisms closest to the traffic as a second mechanism.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the extracting conference rooms belonging to the first institution from all conference rooms as a first conference room comprises:
screening all target meeting rooms belonging to the first mechanism from all meeting rooms according to the first mechanism to which the user belongs;
acquiring corresponding level information of a user in the first mechanism;
and extracting the conference room corresponding to the level information from the target conference room according to the level information as a first conference room.
7. A reservation system for a conference room, the system comprising:
The right determining module is used for determining a first mechanism to which the user belongs and a first meeting room use right corresponding to the user according to a meeting room reservation request of the user sent by the first client;
a first meeting room extraction module for extracting meeting rooms belonging to the first mechanism from all meeting rooms as a first meeting room;
the second conference room extraction module is used for extracting conference rooms matched with the first conference room use permission from all the first conference rooms as second conference rooms;
an available meeting room selection module for selecting an unscheduled meeting room from all the second meeting rooms as a first available meeting room;
the first generation and transmission module is used for generating a first available meeting room list according to all first available meeting rooms, and returning the first available meeting room list to the first client;
acquiring a number of meeting rooms requested to be scheduled and a number of the first available meeting rooms;
if the number of the first available meeting rooms is smaller than the number of meeting rooms required to be scheduled, calling out an unscheduled public meeting room as a second available meeting room;
and generating a second available conference room list according to the first available conference room and the second available conference room, and returning the second available conference room list to the first client.
8. A server comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, realizes the steps of the method of booking conference rooms according to any of claims 1 to 6.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method of booking conference rooms according to any of claims 1 to 6.
