Description

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MAKING, MANAGING AND EVALUATING A MEETING USING THE POSITION INFORMATION OF A MOBILE TERMINAL AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM PROCESSING THE METHOD
Technical Field
This invention relates to a method for proposing and managing an Off-line meeting using a mobile terminal, and more particularly, a system and method for making, managing and evaluating an off-line meeting, which is classified on a location or characteristic basis, using position information of a mobile terminal, and a computer readable medium processing the method.
Background Art In the modern information-oriented society, computers and Internet, as media for delivering various kinds of information, are indispensable to new communications. Although users of the computers and Internet may have benefits of convenient communications owing to advanced information technologies, they are required to protect themselves from harmful effects and dysfunction of the information technologies as well as to promptly -adapt themselves to rapid changes in communication environments and renew themselves constantly. Today, the Internet functions as a new medium enabling real-time communications between an enterprise and a person and between a person and another person, rather than a network connecting a computer to another computer. Accordingly, conventional off-line meetings are extending to various kinds of on-line meetings through the Internet. In recent years, interests in giving changes to activities in the real space by applying experiences in the cyberspace to the real space have been increased. Paradoxically speaking, the spread of the Internet promotes the expansion of open square (i.e., off-line) culture. That is, in the cyberspace where anonymity is ensured, a person may present himself to others, and further, taste the pleasure of mutual communication and interchange with others through experience of such presentation. For example, such on-line interchange may lead to an off-line meeting, for example, a large-scale open square meeting such as a Λflash mob.' That is, current open square culture is a version of off-line of Internet bulletin boards or a modification of a large-scaled instant meeting.
Conventionally, much time and efforts have been required to lead an on-line meeting on Internet to an offline meeting. After friendship is formed among users through active interchange among the users centering around a particular on-line community or homepage, an off-line meeting is noticed and held. However, it is not easy to hold an instant meeting reflecting change of interests according to a time schedule of a user. In addition, because only a meeting among acquaintances continues to be held, there is a limit in satisfying a desire of a user who wants to see new persons.
In addition, since conventional on-line meeting sites that propose off-line meetings to be held are not meeting- oriented sites but interest-oriented sites, there arises a problem of lack of meeting-oriented management. Moreover, since only members of an on-line site associated with a particular interest are allowed to attend an off-line meeting proposed by the on-line site, it is not easy to hold diverse off-line meeting and there is a limit of narrow selection range of meeting attendants.
Accordingly, in light of the current of the times with vigorous place-based meetings, there is a need to implement an off-line meeting between a particular user and many and unspecified persons at a present location of the user.
Disclosure Technical Problem It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a system and method for making, managing and evaluating an off-line meeting using position information of a mobile terminal by means of which a user proposes the offline meeting, invites meeting attendants, and manages information relating to the off-line meeting, and a computer readable medium processing the method. It is another object of the present invention to provide a system and method for making, managing and evaluating an off-line meeting using position information of a mobile terminal of a user who enters a main arena according to the position information of the mobile terminal and offers meeting information relating to the main arena, and a computer readable medium processing the method.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a system and method for making, managing and evaluating an off-line meeting using position information of a mobile terminal by means of which a user proposes an offline meeting according to his arena and interest and evaluates the meeting and attendants at the meeting after the meeting is held, and a computer readable medium processing the method.
Technical Solution
To achieve the above objects, according to an aspect, the present invention provides a system for making, managing and evaluating an off-line meeting using position information of a mobile terminal, including a teample server for creating one or more teample rooms, which are web exclusive spaces that provide various kinds of information for a teample, the teample being defined as an off-line particular meeting, based on meeting-related information input by a meeting proposer, and providing the mobile terminal with a list of teamples established in a main arena mapped to a position of the mobile terminal of each of members who enter the teample rooms; and a database server for storing various kinds of information relating to the teample and providing the stored information to the teample server according to an information request from the teample server.
According to another aspect, the present invention provides a method for making, managing and evaluating an off-line meeting using position information of a mobile terminal, including the steps of creating a teample room, which is a web exclusive space that provides various kinds of information for a teample, the teample being defined as an off-line particular meeting, based on meeting-related information input by a meeting proposer; by a teample server, detecting a current position of a member when the member moves to a particular place and accesses a teample service through the mobile terminal of the member at the current position; and moving a menu to a main arena corresponding to or close to the current position and providing a list of teamples established in the main arena.
Information relating to making, managing and evaluating the off-line meeting using the position information of the mobile terminal may be stored in a server computer readable record medium. The record medium includes all kinds of record medium in which programs and data are stored so that they can be read by a computer system. For example, the record medium may include a ROM (Read Only Memory) , a RAM
(Random Access Memory) , a CD (Compact Disk) , a DVD (Digital
Video Disk)-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage, etc., and may be implemented with the form of carrier waves (for example, transmission through the
Internet) . In addition, the record medium may be distributed in computer systems interconnected by a network so that computer readable codes can be stored and executed in a distributed processing system.
The present invention suggests a method wherein a user creates on-line a meeting-only webpage (or homepage) for an off-line meeting, invites meeting attendants through the created webpage, and manages information relating the off- line meeting through the webpage. In the present invention an operation to create the webpage may be performed by means of the mobile terminal. In the present invention, the created webpage is searched and managed by means of the mobile terminal. In addition, the information relating to the off-line meeting associated with a particular position according to the position information of the mobile terminal is provided to the mobile terminal.
The webpage is a set of data made up by a language such as a WML (Wireless Markup Language) receivable through the mobile terminal and may be provided to the mobile terminal through various means such as a WAP (Wireless Application Protocol), a VM application or the like.
In the following description, an off-line meeting management service of the present invention, which is provided on-line, is called a λteam-play service' or λteample service.' Various kinds of services required for particular off-line meetings may be provided through the teample service. For example, a user who proposes an offline meeting creates a particular teample homepage through his mobile terminal, sets meeting time and place, and invites attendants at the meeting. In addition, the user provides the information relating to the meeting to the invited attendants through the teample homepage for the meeting, and, after the meeting is held, registers a meeting postscript to allow the attendants to have a recollection on the meeting. In addition, after the meeting, the user takes attendance of the attendants and evaluates the meeting and the attendants at the meeting.
In the present invention, it is preferable that persons who are allowed to attend the meeting are limited to members of the teample service, members of other portal services sharing member information with the teample service, or members of sites linked to the teample service. Accordingly, there is no need for input of separate member information for attendance at the meeting and even unfamiliar members can establish a reliable off-line meeting by grasping reliability of the attendants at the meeting through management for level of the members.
When the teample homepage is created, in connection with a meeting place, each member of the teample service may select a λmain arena, ' which is one of a plurality of sub regions (main arenas) into which an entire region on a map is divided, and select an ^interest field' in association with character of the meeting. Then, other members can find and attend meetings suitable for them through a search according to an interest region or the interest field. In addition, the members of the teample service receive teample information relating to main arenas close to a particular location according to the position information of the mobile terminal .

Mode for Invention
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following detailed description of the present invention, concrete description on related functions or constructions will be omitted if it is deemed that the functions and/or constructions may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention. Prior to description about the present invention, several terms to be introduced to implement the present invention will be first defined for the purpose of a thorough understanding of the present invention.
The term λmain arena' as used herein is defined as a regional unit in an actual space divided according to business entities. The unit of the main arena may be expanded and divided in various forms of administrative units such as city, country, district, town, township, village or the like. For example, the unit of the main arena may have names of administrative districts such as Kangnam subway station, Apkoogung subway station, Jongro subway station and the like. By presetting one or more main arenas in which each user (member of the teample service) comes into action and is interested when he becomes a member of the teample service, he can receive information relating to teample meetings established in the one or more main arenas. In addition, when a new teample meeting is created, a member can input a main arena corresponding to a place of the off-line meeting to this mobile terminal and may manage the input arena, and this main arena may be connected to an adjacent main arena according to the position information of the mobile terminal of the member.
The term λlobby' as used therein is defined as a place where members who are worried about which teample to attend or who do not attend any teample gather. The lobby is a space where members can exchange opinions with other members and find other like-minded members. The term λ interest line' is defined as a classification system for classifying teamples and has a concept of a interest subject matter or category. The term λteample' is defined as an off-line meeting proposed on-line, as described earlier, and is composed of a teample leader who proposes and manages the teample and teample members.
The term yteample room' means a cyberspace, such as a mini homepage, created when a meeting proposer inputs basic information on the teample (meeting time, place, contents and so on) . An application for attendance at the meeting is made through the teample room. Attendants at the meeting may resolve an awkward feeling while they communicate with each other on-line before teample. Also, when important information relating to the meeting, such as change of meeting time, is changed, a teample system automatically informs the attendants of the changed information, thus alleviating a burden of meeting management of the attendants. In addition, when a new writing is registered in the teample room, the registered writing is noticed to the attendants, making a contribution to friendship promotion through communications between the attendants.
Moreover, the teample room can be managed as a separate homepage of an ended meeting after supporting an off-line meeting, and supports a function of forming an attendant club if the attendants want lasing interchange between them. Also, materials, such as epilogue photographs or rolling papers, shared between the attendants before and after the teample may be automatically scrapped into a space of each attendant (for example, my teample) . With a teample room created in an attendant club, epilogue information of the teample is automatically scrapped into the club, thus eliminating an inconvenience of attendant's direct entry of bulletins into the club. As a meeting subject who creates the teample, the teample leader has responsibility and power to manage the teample and the attendants at the teample. The term λshout' means a function of instantly sending out invitations to users who accept the invitations among users located at a current main arena.
In the present invention, it is possible to automatically send a message of invitation to a teample meeting from a system to other members located at a main arena at which a particular member is located. As an alternative, it is possible to automatically send a message to other members (for example, recorded as first kinship or buddy) related to a particular member even if they are located at the same main arena or automatically send a message to only members related to a particular member among members located at the same arena.
In addition, the present invention suggests an 'attendance check' method through which individuals' reliability can be checked. That is, when a teample is progressed through an off-line meeting, a teample leader can check attendance of intending attendants at the teample from a name list of the intending attendants through a mobile terminal of the teample leader. The teample leader can know the percentage of attendance of members through the attendance check and evaluate the members' reliability. For example, a member having a low percentage of attendance loses his reliability, for he merely applies for attendance at the teample but does not attend at the teample actually. In addition, in the present invention, individuals' reliability and experience level can be calculated through teample activity point and level setting. Specifically, the number of times of attendance at a teample, the number of bulletins recoded, rolling paper point and so on are reflected on the teample activity point, and a level can be adjusted when the teample activity point exceeds a specified point. Such evaluation can provide activation of a teample and accumulated reliability of individuals or teamples, which is to be used for teample rooms in future.
Fig. 1 is a view illustrating concept of making, managing and evaluating a meeting using position information of a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 1, a teample process according to the embodiment of the present invention may be performed according to procedures of meeting notice, attendant invitation, acquaintanceship before meeting, change notice, off-line meeting, attendance check, rolling paper, postscript record, postscript management and so on
The meeting notice procedure is to register a teample homepage created by a meeting proposer (i.e., a teample leader) in a teample service website such that members of the website can find the registered teample homepage. Accordingly, the members search for a desired temple through information relating to main arenas, interest fields and so on input when the teample homepage is created, and then apply for attendance at the teample. In addition, the meeting proposer can invite teample attendants through attendant invitation activity. For example, attendants can be invited through a short message service (SMS) or the like. Members who want to attend the teample apply for the attendance at the teample through a relevant teample room or a teample leader and may or not attend the teample on a first-come-first-serviced basis or depending on permission of the teample leader.
There has been conventionally an inconvenience in that a meeting proposer must open his e-mail address or telephone number to intending attendants when the attendants are invited to attend a meeting, and inform the attendants of permission or reject of attendance at the meeting. Also, there is a problem in that the number of attendants can not be exactly counted. However, a meeting proposal and attendant invitation method according to the present invention facilitates the number counting and management of attendants at the meeting.
In addition, the attendants at the meeting, which is likely to be a meeting between unfamiliar members, can resolve an awkward feeling before the meeting by publishing their writings or photographs in the created teample room or exchanging information among them in the teample. There has been conventionally no space where the attendants at the meeting are unified and communicate with each other.
In addition, conventionally, when meeting time or place is changed, such change is difficult to be noticed to individual members, except for simple notice through a bulletin board. However, in the present invention, such change can be noticed and checked through various means (for example, SMS) based on information relating to the attendants at the teample.
When the meeting is established through activity before the meeting and an off-line meeting finishes, the meeting is more effectively managed by publishing photographs, writings and so on related to the meeting in the teample room. In the meantime, the teample leader takes attendance to check whether or not the attendance applicants attend the off-line meeting. A result of attendance check is recorded in a history of each member, and members' reliability can be evaluated by the percentage of attendance that is an accumulation of the attendance for each member.
In addition, an individual evaluation on the meeting or the attendants at the meeting can be provided by providing a rolling paper function through the teample room. This allows an attendant to newly find himself evaluated by other attendants. In addition, meeting postscripts can be recorded and managed in the teample room. Conventionally, a history of subject matters of a meeting, meeting time and so on is not managed manifestly at a glance but exists in the form of a bulletin, giving an inconvenience of management. However, in the present invention, the meeting can be effectively managed by storing postscript records and management in the form of a history manifestly at a glance.
Hereinafter, a structure of a system for providing a teample service in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Figs. 2 to 9.

The detailed information setting part 312 receives detailed information selected or set by the meeting proposer and stores the received detailed information in the database in order to provide an efficient teample. The detailed information may include information relating to main arenas, interested subject matters, meeting time, the number of attendants, meeting form, etc. A characteristic of the meeting is determined according to the selected or set detailed information. The information relating to the main arenas and interested subject matters is used to classify and manage a plurality of teample rooms. Members can effectively find their favorite teamples through the detailed information.
The mobile terminal authenticating part 313 performs authentication for a mobile terminal of the meeting proposer or a meeting attendant. A number of the authenticated mobile terminal may be used for individual authentication or may be used to provide various kinds of information relating to the teample service through the mobile terminal. In addition, even if mobile terminal numbers of the attendants are unknown even through the authentication for the mobile terminal, character messages can be easily forwarded. It is preferable that the number of the authenticated mobile terminal is opened to only its owner and a host, but not opened to other attendants for protection of personal information. The search keyword registering part 314 receives one or more search keywords from the meeting proposer and stores the received search keywords in the database. The stored search keywords are preferably set as words representing a characteristic of the meeting. Other members can search for their favorite teample rooms through the stored search keywords .
The teample member management module 320 is a module for allowing a teample leader who proposes a teample to invite or manage attendants at the teample, including an attendant inviting part 321, an attendant authenticating part 322, an attendant message forwarding part 323, etc.

The teample information change managing part 332 stores changed information on the teample meeting or changed teample basic information and informs the attendants of the changed information.
The schedule managing part 333 forwards a message to the attendants when the teample meeting is impending. The meeting postscript managing part 334 manages meeting postscripts after the teample meeting time elapses. That is, the meeting postscript managing part 334 stores bulletins registered by the attendants after the meeting in a separate database or provides a menu for evaluation on the meeting.
The teample evaluation module 340 is a module for checking and evaluating the attendance at the teample meeting after the teample meeting is completed, including an attendant check confirming part 341, a rolling paper managing part 342, a meeting result evaluating part 343, etc.
The attendant check confirming part 341 provides a menu to allow the teample leader to check the attendance of the attendants at the teample meeting when he accesses the teample room after the teample meeting time elapses. Based on a result of the attendance check, the percentage of attendance of the attendants is calculated and reliability of the attendants is determined based on the calculated percentage of attendance. That is, a member having a low percentage of attendance loses his reliability, for he merely applies for attendance at the teample but does not attend at the teample actually. Therefore, he may be naturally excluded from attendance objects in future teample activities. To prevent such exclusion, he is induced to attend the off-line teample meeting for which he applies.
The rolling paper managing part 342 provides a rolling paper menu to allow the attendants to record their evaluations on other attendants when they access the teample room after the teample meeting time elapses. In addition, the rolling paper managing part 342 classifies the recorded evaluations of the attendants for each evaluation objects and provides a result of evaluations to the attendants. This allows each attendant to know an evaluation of other attendants on him and acquire new information. Accordingly, The rolling paper managing part 342 supports teample applicants to apply for attendance at the teample or the teample leader to decide on permission or reject to the attendance of the teample applicants.
The meeting result evaluating part 343 provides a menu to allow the attendants to evaluate on the meeting when they access the teample room after the teample meeting time elapses. For example, the meeting result evaluating part 343 may be implemented to register a result of the meeting as writings or set a plurality of grades to check a degree of satisfaction for each attendant.
Finally, the main arena management module 350 is a module for matching information of an approaching main arena according to position information of a mobile terminal of a member, including a member position confirming part 351, a main arena matching part 352, a matching teample searching part 353, etc.
The member position confirming part 351 confirms the position information of the mobile terminal 290 of a member when the member accesses the service server with his mobile terminal 290. In this case, a variety of methods may be used to confirm the position of the mobile terminal 290. For example, these methods may include a method for detecting a position of a mobile terminal through an identification number of a base station and a method for tracing a position of a mobile terminal through a satellite. The main arena matching part 352 finds and matches a main arena corresponding to a current position or a main arena closest to a confirmed position among main arenas provided by the service server based on the position information confirmed by the member position confirming part 351.
The matching searching part 353 searches a list of teamples created in a main area matched in the main arena matching part 352 and provides the searched list to the mobile terminal. In this case, it is preferable that a list of teamples having the interest line set by the member among teamples in the main arena is preferentially provided.
Hitherto, the detailed configuration of the teample server 250 according to the embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to Fig. 3. Now, a detailed configuration of the database server 260 linked to the teample server 250 will be described with reference to Fig. 4.

The between-us information 950 includes information readable by only entitled members of the attendants.
Hitherto, the teample service providing system and the detailed configuration of various parts in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention have been described. Hereinafter, a method of providing the teample service will be described with reference to Figs. 10 to 12.
Fig. 10 is a flow chart illustrating a procedure of making, managing and evaluating a meeting using position information of a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to Fig. 10, a member of the teample service creates a teample room through his mobile terminal 290 to propose an off-line meeting at Step SlOOl. In this case, the teample room creator, as a teample leader, input basic information and detailed information relating to the teample meeting at Step S1002.
Next, information relating to invitation of attendants to the teample is forwarded to other members at Step S1003.
Other members apply for attendance at the teample when they are proposed by the teamle leader to attend at the teample, or search the created teample room.
When the teample leader receives information relating to attendance application from other members at Step S1004, the teample leader can decide whether or not other members are permitted to attend the teample meeting at Step S1005.
As an alternative, the teample leader can allow other members to attend the teample meeting on a first-come-first- serviced basis. If other members are permitted to attend the teample meeting, a permission message is forwarded to the attendance applicants at Step S1006, and a path through which the attendance applicants access the teample room is provided to the attendance applicants through a message. The attendance applicants who received the permission message can conveniently perform activity before the teample meeting through the provided path. After attendants are invited through the attendant invitation process, the attendants can publish their writings or communicate with each other through the teample room.
As another method for inviting the meeting attendants, the teample system may automatically search attendance applicants and forward an invitation attendance message to the searched attendance applicants using a shouting function.
For example, an instant invitation message may be forwarded to members who permit receipt of a meeting invitation message among other members located in a main arena that a particular member enters (that is, at which a mobile terminal of the member is located) . As an alternative, it is possible to automatically forward a message to other members (for example, recorded as first kinship or buddy) related to the particular member even if they are located at the same main arena or automatically send a message to only members related to the particular member among members located at the same arena.
After the teample meeting breaks up, the teample leader accesses the teample room to check the attendance of the attendants at Step S1007. In addition, after the teample meeting, the attendants register postscripts in the form of writings or photographs in the teample room, and write rolling papers or evaluate the teample meeting at Ste S1008.
For the registration of the postscripts and the evaluation on the teample meeting, the teample room may be operated only by a specified time after completion of the teample meeting. When the specified time elapses, the teample room may be managed as a separate inactivated space. As another method, the attendants may gather in the teample room or may gather along with attendants of different teample rooms.
In addition, the particular member may move to a particular place and receive the teample service based on the position information of this mobile terminal. That is, when the member moves to the place and then accesses the teample service through his mobile terminal (290) , the main arena managing module 350 of the teample server 250 confirms the current position of the member through the mobile terminal (290) , provides a main arena matching the position, and provides the teample service related to the main arena to the member.
Then, the member may promptly apply for and attend the teample meeting through a search for a teample meeting related to the current position and a search of an impending teample meeting.
Fig. 11 is a flow chart illustrating a teample search procedure in a main arena mapped to position information of a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to Fig. 11, first, after moving the particular place, when the member accesses the teample service through his mobile terminal 290 at the place at Step SIlOl, the teample server 250 detects the current position of the member through the mobile terminal (290) of the member and moves a menu to a main arena corresponding to or close to the position at Step S1102. If the member accesses the teample service through the wired terminal 220, since the position information of the member is unknown, the teample server 250 moves the menu to a main arena first selected by the member. However, in the embodiment of the present invention, when accessing the teample service through the mobile terminal 290, the member enters the main arena corresponding to the current position of the member.
Next, it is checked whether or not there are teamples at which the member attends in the main arena that the member enters at Step S1103. If it is checked that there are teamples at which the member attends, a list of teamples is provided to the member at Step S1104. If it is checked that there is no teample at which the member attends, it is preferable that a list of impending teamples in the main arena is provided to the member at Step S1105. Accordingly, the member can attend the teamples at his current position without difficulty.
When the member selects one of the provided lists of teamples, he accesses a corresponding teample room webpage and confirms various contents related to the teample meeting at Step S1108. Fig. 12 is a flow chart illustrating a meeting application procedure through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to Fig. 12, after selecting the teample and entering the teample room through the process of Fig. 11, the member can apply for attendance at the teample if he does not attend the teample yet. This situation may occur when the member moves to the particular place, searches an impending teample or a teample being currently held at the current position, and hopes immediate attendance at the teample. Accordingly, the member confirms contents of the teample meeting from the teample room that the member enters, and searches related bulletins at Step S1202.
If the member wants to attend the teample meeting at Step S1203, a meeting proposal method depends on whether or not the teample meeting is ended at Step S1204. If the teample meeting is impending, not ended, the member may directly apply for attendance at the teample meeting through the mobile terminal 290 at Step S1206. At this time, the teample leader is informed of the application for attendance at the teample meeting in real time through his mobile terminal 290, determines whether or not the member is permitted to attend at the teample meeting, and informs the member of a result of the determination, allowing new members, who are located at a place at which the teample meeting is held, to attend at the teample meeting naturally. On the other hand, if a teample meeting searched by the member is ended or application for attendance at the teample meeting is ended, since a normal application for attendance at the teample meeting is not made, he may additionally apply for attendance at the teample meeting through an application menu of xallow me to attend' at step sl205. At this time, the teample leader who received the application for attendance at the additional teample meeting can allow the member to attend the teample meeting immediately by forwarding a message to the member or calling the member while the teample meeting is being held, and allow the member to attend a next teample meeting established by the teample leader if the current teample meeting is ended.
In this manner, the member who applies for attendance at the teample meeting can promptly attend a current teample meeting or an impending teample meeting at and near the his current position without difficulty by searching or confirming teample meetings related to the current position.
Hereinafter, actual webpage screens of the above- described teample service will be described with reference to Figs. 13 to 24. Fig. 13 is a view illustrating a teample room access menu provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 13, a member of the teample service logs in the teample service through his mobile terminal 290 so that he can receives the teample service.
Specifically, when the member logs in the teample service using his ID and password, an image of a region based on a current position of the mobile terminal 290 and a list of teamples registered in a relevant main arena are displayed on the mobile terminal 290. In this case, it is preferable that a teample corresponding to an interest line preset by the member is preferentially shown to the member. As an alternative, the most impending teample in the main arena or a teample at which the member applies for attendance may be first shown to the member.
Accordingly, as the member selects one teample from the displayed list of teamples, he can attend the selected teample or acquire information related to the teample.
Fig. 14 is a view illustrating an interest line search menu provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 14, if the member can not select any teample from the list of teamples shown in Fig. 13, he can additionally search his interest field, that is, a teample corresponding to his interest line. For example, if the member's preset interest line is Λmovie' , a list of teamples related to the movie may be presented to the member.
Fig. 15 is a view illustrating a meeting attendance application menu in an ended teample provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 15, when the member enters a relevant teample room found through a teample search, he can confirm photographs or writings related to the teample meeting. At this time, if the teample meeting is ended or application for attendance at the teample meeting is closed, the member may additionally apply for attendance at the teample meeting through the menu of λallow me to attend', as shown in Fig. 12.
Fig. 16 is a view illustrating an attendant search menu provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 16, the member can confirm information relating to attendants who enter the teample room from a menu of the teample room through this mobile terminal 290. In this case, the member may read the information relating to the attendants, such as the percentage of attendance or levels, along with reliability of the attendants. In addition, the member may predict reliability of the teample meeting by confirming the overall reliability of the attendants at the teample meeting. Fig. 17 is a view illustrating a teample attendance application menu provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 17, the member can apply for attendance at the teample meeting from a menu of the teample room that the member enters through his mobile terminal 290. At this time, the member can effectively apply for attendance at the teample meeting pending the application for attendance, but if the application for attendance is closed or the teample meeting is in progress or ended, he may additionally apply for attendance at the teample meeting through the menu of λallow me to attend,' as described above. Fig. 18 is a view illustrating an application permission menu of a teample leader provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 18, when a member accesses a teample room created by himself as a teample leader, he can receive messages to apply for attendance at the teample meeting from intending attendants. On the other hand, since an impending teample meeting requires for the teample leader to make an instant determination on whether or not the intending attendants are permitted to attend the teample meeting, a attendance application permission determination menu may be promptly provided to the mobile terminal 290 of the teample leader although the teample leader does not access the teample room or the teample service .
Fig. 19 is a view illustrating an attendance check menu provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 19, the teample leader can instantly check the attendance through his mobile terminal 290 even during the teample meeting. In this case, it is preferable that a menu for check of the attendance is activated before and after the meeting time. When the percentage of attendance of the attendants is determined through the attendance check, the percentage of attendance of the attendants has an effect on reliability of members in the future, as described above. Fig. 20 is a view illustrating a modified message forwarding procedure through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 20, if an important fact such as meeting time or a meeting place is changed before the teample meeting, the teample leader may inform the intending attendants, who are expected to attend the teample meeting, of such change. In this case, the intending attendants may be informed of such change by forwarding a short message from the mobile terminal 290 of the teample leader to the mobile terminals 290 of the attendants. In addition, the short message to tell such change is preferably forwarded to all the attendants, but may be forwarded to only attendants selected by the teample leader.
Fig. 21 is a view illustrating a buddy invitation procedure through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 21, a member as a teample leader of a teample meeting may induce other members, who are located at a relevant main arena or a lobby, to attend the teample meeting through his mobile terminal 290 by forwarding a message to them. Specifically, the teample leader may induce other member to attend the teample meeting by finding members, who are located at a lobby or at the same position as the main arena of the teample meeting after the members join in the teample service and forwarding a message to them. Other members invited to attend the teample meeting may attend the teample meeting without difficulty since they are located close to a position at which the teample meeting is to be held.
Fig. 22 is a view illustrating a rolling paper menu provided through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 22, after the teample meeting is ended, the teample attendants may make rolling papers for the teample meeting through their respective mobile terminals 290. When the mobile terminals 290 are used, the teample attendants can effectively evaluate on other teample attendants on the way to home after the teample meeting is ended. In a conventional method, the attendants have to search telephone numbers of other attendants one by one and forward a character message to them. However, according to the present invention, the attendants can access the teample room through their respective mobile terminals 290 to forward the character message to other attendants.
At this time, activity such as rolling paper making is reflected on individual activity points, which contributes to raising their levels. Fig. 23 is a view illustrating a rolling paper making procedure through a mobile terminal in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to Fig. 23, the attendants at the teample meeting can access the teample room to make the rolling papers and evaluate other attendants after the teample meeting is ended, as shown in Fig. 22.
