PVC卷材地板是一种新型地板,多铺设在大面积的场所,特别是泳池这种对地面需要无缝连接的场地,但是现有的泳池卷材地板存在以下不足:(1)传统的泳池卷材地板采用压延贴合生产工艺,容易出现分层现象,影响使用;(2)泳池卷材地板的表面由于长期被踩踏摩擦,容易积累污垢,难以清理;(3)防滑效果不佳,容易打滑;(4)印刷图案没有立体感,观赏性不高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种采用全新的双模头流延生产工艺一次性成型,易清洁,止滑效果好,印刷图案极具立体感的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板。
本发明的技术方案为:止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板,它包括高强聚脂纤维网布和PVC胶膜,所述高强聚脂纤维网布的顶面和底面分别热压复合有一层PVC胶膜。

将C4中得到的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品进行检验,收卷后使用包装机进行包装。

B3:淋膜
将B2中得到的颗粒放入熔炼炉中进行熔炼处理,将高强聚脂纤维网布通过支撑架放置在熔炼挤出机下侧,然后对原料颗粒进行加热熔炼从挤压缝中进行加压,将淋膜浇筑在高强聚脂纤维网布表层,将高强聚脂纤维网布翻折进行再次浇筑,反复进行三次浇筑,得到淋膜后的高强聚脂纤维网布。

C3:对花压花
将C2中得到的印刷有图案的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板充分加热或预热后,使用压花装置在印刷有图案的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的顶面,根据印制的花纹进行同位置同形状压花,得到压花后的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板;
C4:喷涂处理剂
将C3中得到的压花后的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的表面进行自洁性表面处理剂喷涂处理,得到止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品;
C5:检验包装
将C4中得到的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品进行检验,收卷后使用包装机进行包装。

所述PVC胶膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A1:混合
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在100-140℃温度下搅拌12分钟,得到熔融状态混合料;
A2:过滤
将A1中得到的熔融状态混合料用150目的过滤网过滤,得到滤料;
A3:高温辊炼
将A2中得到的滤料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为170℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
A4:延压成胶膜
将A3中得到滤料,经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为2mm的PVC胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为230℃,输送段温度为240℃,挤出压力为55MPa,干燥温度为90℃,干燥时长为5h,生产速度为20m/min。

将C2中得到的印刷有图案的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板充分加热或预热后,使用压花装置在印刷有图案的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的顶面,根据印制的花纹进行同位置同形状压花,得到压花后的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板;
C4:喷涂处理剂
将C3中得到的压花后的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的表面进行自洁性表面处理剂喷涂处理,得到止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品;

所述PVC胶膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A1:混合
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在140℃温度下搅拌15分钟,得到熔融状态混合料;
A2:过滤
将A1中得到的熔融状态混合料用150目的过滤网过滤,得到滤料;
A3:高温辊炼
将A2中得到的滤料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为180℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
A4:延压成胶膜
将A3中得到滤料,经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为3mm的PVC胶膜,其中,螺杆温度240℃,输送段温度250℃,挤出压力60MPa,干燥温度100℃,干燥时长6h,生产速度30m/min。

将悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉55份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯28份,己二酸二辛酯7.0份,环氧大豆油2.5份,钡锌液体安定剂2.5份,轻质活性碳酸钙15份,防霉剂0.25份和有机色粉2.2份投入高速共混机中,在140℃温度下搅拌15分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至26℃,然后排入储料罐中;
B2:造粒
将B1中得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入双螺杆挤出机充分加热、剪切、塑化通过出口旋刀切断造粒,其中,同向平行双螺杆造粒机的螺杆直径20mm,螺杆长径比52:1,造粒温度230℃;
B3:淋膜
将B2中得到的颗粒放入熔炼炉中进行熔炼处理,将高强聚脂纤维网布通过支撑架放置在熔炼挤出机下侧,然后对原料颗粒进行加热熔炼从挤压缝中进行加压,将淋膜浇筑在高强聚脂纤维网布表层,然后将高强聚脂纤维网布翻折进行再次浇筑,反复进行三次浇筑,得到淋膜后的高强聚脂纤维网布。
所述止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
C1:热压复合
将B3中得到的淋膜后的高强聚酯纤维网布的顶面和底面通过胶膜热压机热压复合PVC胶膜,制得止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板半成品,热压温度180℃;
C2:印刷
将C1制得的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板半成品,使用胶膜印刷机进行图案印刷,其中,胶膜印刷机的打印精度为1440dpi,打印速度为6pass 20m2/h,操作温度为28℃,相对湿度为75%;
C3:对花压花
将C2得到的印刷有图案的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板半成品充分加热或预热后,使用压花装置在印刷有图案的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板半成品的顶面,根据印制的花纹进行同位置同形状压花,得到止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品;
C4:喷涂处理剂
将C3中得到的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品的表面喷覆自洁性的表面处理剂;
C5:检验包装
将C4中得到的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品进行检验,收卷后使用包装机进行包装。
所述表面处理剂为防沾污自清洁纳米功能涂料。
实施例4,本发明止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的具体性能指标:
以市面上售卖的普通泳池卷材地板作为对比例,分别测试实施例1-3和对比例的力学性能和稳定性,结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明实施例1制得的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的抗拉负荷达到1400(N/5cm),撕裂负荷达到350,剥离强度达到73.5(N/5cm),本发明实施例2制得止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的抗拉负荷达到1600(N/5cm),撕裂负荷达到370(N),剥离强度达到77(N/5cm),本发明实施例3制得止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的抗拉负荷达到1500(N/5cm),撕裂负荷达到360(N),剥离强度达到75(N/5cm),可见,本发明实施例2制得的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板抗拉负荷、撕裂负荷和剥离强度效果最好;此外,本发明实施例1-3制得的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板均有较好的耐紫外线,耐腐蚀性,不透水性和低温变折性,而且在施工和使用过程中,对环境和人体不会造成任何危害;而市面上售卖的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的抗拉负荷为1100(N/5cm),撕裂负荷为300,剥离强度为60(N/5cm),显而易见的,市面上售卖的普通泳池卷材地板的抗拉负荷、撕裂负荷和剥离强度都远远低于本发明实施例1-3制得的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板,并且不透水性和低温变折性都较差。
上述实施例和说明书中描述的只是说明本发明的原理和最佳实施例,在不脱离本发明精神和范围的前提下,本发明还会有各种变化和改进,这些变化和改进都落入要求保护的本发明范围内。

Claims (6)

1.止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板,其特征在于:它包括高强聚脂纤维网布和PVC胶膜,所述高强聚脂纤维网布的顶面和底面分别热压复合有一层PVC胶膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板,其特征在于:所述PVC胶膜包括以下质量分数的原料:悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉45-55份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯24-28份,己二酸二辛酯4.5-7.0份,环氧大豆油1.0-2.5份,钡锌液体安定剂1.0-2.5份,轻质活性碳酸钙10-15份,防霉剂0.15-0.25份和有机色粉1.5-2.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板,其特征在于:所述PVC胶膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A1:混合
将原材料按配方投入高速共混机中,在100-140℃温度下搅拌10-15分钟,得到熔融状态混合料;
A2:过滤
将A1中得到的熔融状态混合料用150目的过滤网过滤,得到滤料;
A3:高温辊炼
将A2中得到的滤料注入高温辊炼炉中进行加压辊炼,反应温度为160-180℃,压强为60MPa,持续反应3h;
A4:延压成胶膜
将A3中得到滤料,经压延机压延成型,制作出厚度为1mm-3mm的PVC胶膜,其中,螺杆温度为220℃-240℃,输送段温度为230℃-250℃,挤出压力为50MPa-60MPa,干燥温度为80℃-100℃,干燥时长为4h-6h,生产速度为5m/min-30m/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板,其特征在于:所述高强聚脂纤维网布的制备方法包括以下步骤:
B1:混合
将悬浮法-聚氯乙烯树脂粉45-55份,邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯24-28份,己二酸二辛酯4.5-7.0份,环氧大豆油1.0-2.5份,钡锌液体安定剂1.0-2.5份,轻质活性碳酸钙10-15份,防霉剂0.15-0.25份和有机色粉1.5-2.2份均投入高速共混机中,在100-140℃温度下搅拌10-15分钟,混好的物料排入低速冷搅锅分散冷却至23-26℃,然后排入储料罐中;
B2:造粒
将B1中得到的物料由螺旋输送机送入双螺杆挤出机充分加热、剪切、塑化通过出口旋刀切断造粒,其中,同向平行双螺杆造粒机的螺杆直径20mm,螺杆长径比(32-52):1,造粒温度180℃-230℃;

将B2中得到的颗粒放入熔炼炉中进行熔炼处理,将高强聚脂纤维网布通过支撑架放置在熔炼挤出机下侧,然后对原料颗粒进行加热熔炼从挤压缝中进行加压,将淋膜浇筑在高强聚脂纤维网布表层,将高强聚脂纤维网布翻折进行再次浇筑,反复进行三次浇筑,得到淋膜后的高强聚脂纤维网布。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板,其特征在于:所述止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
C1:热压复合

C4:喷涂处理剂
将C3中得到的压花后的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板的表面进行自洁性表面处理剂喷涂处理,得到止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品;
C5:检验包装
将C4中得到的止滑PVC印刷对花泳池卷材地板成品进行检验,收卷后使用包装机进行包装。
