The combined BSL-3 laboratory is characterized by comprising a guarantee shelter, a biological laboratory shelter and an animal laboratory shelter, wherein the guarantee shelter is fixedly connected with the biological laboratory shelter through an airtight type soft connecting channel, the biological laboratory shelter is fixedly connected with the animal laboratory shelter through an airtight type soft connecting channel, the guarantee shelter is connected with the biological laboratory shelter through a circuit cable, a communication cable, a water pipe and a first ventilation pipeline, and the guarantee shelter is connected with the animal laboratory shelter through a second ventilation pipeline; the four corners of the guarantee shelter, the biological laboratory shelter and the animal laboratory shelter are respectively connected with corner fittings, the corner fittings are connected with movable lifting mechanisms, and the movable lifting mechanisms are used for lifting and moving the guarantee shelter, the biological laboratory shelter and the animal laboratory shelter; the front part of the guarantee shelter is provided with a buffer room, a monitoring room and a shower room, wherein the buffer room plays a role in buffering, and indoor cleanliness and pressure difference are guaranteed; the middle part of the guarantee shelter is provided with an air conditioning room and a water treatment room, the water treatment room is provided with water purification, water softening and water heating equipment, and the air conditioning room is provided with a fresh air conditioning unit; the rear part of the guarantee shelter is provided with a power generation room; the front part of the biological laboratory shelter is provided with a buffer room and a channel accommodating room, and the channel accommodating room is used for accommodating an airtight type flexible connecting channel when being folded; the middle part of the square cabin of the biological laboratory is provided with a biological laboratory, and the biological laboratory is provided with a liquid workstation, a biological safety cabinet, a glove isolator, a common refrigerator, a CO2 incubator, a vertical high-pressure sterilizing pot, a hand sterilizer and a hydrogen peroxide sterilizer; the rear part of the biological laboratory shelter is provided with an exhaust room, and a two-stage efficient exhaust filtering device is arranged in the exhaust room; the front part of the animal laboratory shelter is provided with a buffer room and a channel accommodating room, the middle part of the animal laboratory shelter is provided with an animal experiment cabin, and the inside of the animal experiment cabin is provided with a half body isolator, a common refrigerator, a CO2 incubator, a vertical autoclave, a hand sterilizer and a hydrogen peroxide sterilizer; an animal feeding room and an exhaust room are arranged at the rear part of the square cabin of the animal laboratory; an IVC animal raising cage is arranged in the animal raising room; a two-stage high-efficiency exhaust filtering device is arranged in the exhaust room;
the novel air treatment device comprises a protection shelter, and is characterized by further comprising a ventilation system, wherein the ventilation system comprises a fresh air treatment machine arranged in the protection shelter, one end of the fresh air treatment machine is connected with a preheater through a sealing pipeline, the other end of the preheater is connected with an electric sealing valve through a sealing pipeline, the other end of the electric sealing valve is connected with a primary filter, the primary filter is arranged on the side wall of the protection shelter and is used for filtering air entering the cabin, the other end of the fresh air treatment machine is connected with a reheating device, the other end of the reheating device is connected with a medium-efficiency filter box, an output port of the medium-efficiency filter box is connected with an air supply pipe, the other end of the air supply pipe is provided with an air supply port, the air supply port is arranged in a protection shelter buffer room, and an exhaust device is arranged in the protection shelter buffer room; the output port of the medium-efficiency filter box is connected with a first fixed air volume valve, the other end of the first fixed air volume valve is connected with the first ventilation pipeline, the output port of the medium-efficiency filter box is connected with a second fixed air volume valve, and the other end of the second fixed air volume valve is connected with the second ventilation pipeline; the other end of the first ventilation pipeline is connected with a biological shelter air supply static pressure box, the other end of the biological shelter air supply static pressure box is connected with a biological closed valve, the other end of the biological closed valve is connected with a biological shelter ventilation pipeline, 3 high-efficiency ventilation openings are uniformly formed in the biological shelter ventilation pipeline, the other end of the biological shelter ventilation pipeline is connected with a biological shelter air supply pipeline, an air supply opening of the biological shelter air supply pipeline is positioned in a buffer room of the biological laboratory shelter, a high-efficiency air outlet is formed in the buffer room of the biological laboratory shelter, the biological shelter air supply static pressure box and the biological shelter ventilation pipeline are both positioned in the biological laboratory shelter, an air exhaust opening of the biological shelter is formed in the joint of the air exhaust room of the biological laboratory shelter and the biological laboratory shelter, the biological closed valve is connected with an air exhaust opening of the biological shelter, and the other end of the biological closed valve is connected with a biological shelter high-efficiency filtering device; the other end of the second ventilating duct is connected with an animal shelter air supply static pressure box, the other end of the animal shelter air supply static pressure box is connected with a closed valve, the other end of the closed valve is connected with an animal shelter ventilating duct, 3 high-efficiency vents are uniformly formed in the animal shelter ventilating duct, the two ends of the animal shelter ventilating duct are connected with animal shelter air supply ducts, an animal shelter air supply duct air supply outlet at one end of the animal shelter ventilating duct is positioned in a buffer room of the animal laboratory shelter, an animal shelter air supply duct air supply outlet at the other end of the animal shelter ventilating duct is positioned in the animal feeding room, a high-efficiency air outlet is formed in an air exhaust room of the animal laboratory shelter, the animal shelter air supply static pressure box, the animal shelter ventilating duct and the animal shelter air supply duct are all positioned in the animal laboratory shelter, an air outlet is formed in the buffer room of the animal laboratory shelter, the air outlet is connected with an animal shelter high-efficiency filtering device, and one end of the animal shelter high-efficiency filtering device is connected with a sealing valve, and the air outlet valve is arranged at one end of the animal shelter high-efficiency filtering device;
the buffer room of the biological laboratory shelter comprises a first buffer room and a second buffer room, the first buffer room and the second buffer room are longitudinally arranged, the first buffer room and the second buffer room are communicated through a door, a door is arranged on one side of the first buffer room, and a door is arranged at the joint of the second buffer room and the biological laboratory shelter;
