Abstract

本发明公开了一种硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构,它由墙板和裸电芯组构成。所述裸电芯组为层叠而成的矩形构件,在厚度方向两边分别粘贴一块矩形墙板。所述墙板面对裸电芯组的一面为平面,另一面至少设有四条相间排列的外凸纵向肋,在墙板底边相邻两肋之间预留面积为50~150mm2的缺口。裸电芯组外置塑料质的墙板具有缓冲吸振功能,起到保护裸电池组的作用。墙板上外置肋结构与配套电池壳体内壁接触,形成的肋之间空隙可作为裸电芯组膨胀的补偿空间,此结构显著减少电池膨胀损坏概率。本发明在墙板底边相邻肋之间预留缺口,该缺口在结构中起到沟通作用,便于从电池储液室中引出电解液浸润极片,这样有利于电池不发生循环跳水问题。

硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构
技术领域
本发明属于电化学电池技术领域,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种电芯结构,特别是硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构。
背景技术
市售的动力电池,因具有内阻小、循环寿命长、封装可靠、耐受性好、成组配对简单等优势,在众多行业中得到广泛应用。但是,市售的动力电池并不完美,存在的主要问题表现在电池抗膨胀能力差。因为使用过程中随着时间的增加,内置电芯逐渐发生膨胀,由于电池壳体内没有设置膨胀空间,最终导致外壳开裂或电芯膨胀挤压模组造成错位失效问题。再一个问题是每一种容量的电芯尺寸不一样,都得配置相应的壳体,此情况除增加制造成本外,还不利于产品标准化管理。
发明内容
本发明主要针对现有技术的不足,提出一种相近容量裸电芯组可配用同一款壳体,该组装结构简单、制作便捷,既有足够的强度,又预留了富余空间的硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构,它由墙板和裸电芯组构成。所述裸电芯组为层叠而成的矩形构件,在厚度方向两边分别粘贴一块矩形墙板。其改进之处在于:所述墙板面对裸电芯组的一面为平面,另一面至少设有四条相间排列的外凸纵向肋,在墙板底边相邻两肋之间预留面积为50~150mm2的缺口。
作为进一步改进方案,所述墙板主体厚度为3~10mm,外置矩形肋外凸高度为3~5mm。
作为进一步改进方案,所述墙板底边相邻两肋之间预留缺口为半圆形。
作为进一步改进方案,所述墙板材质采用经阻燃处理的ABS或PP或PC制作。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、裸电芯组由两块墙板相夹,结构简单、实施容易、增强效果明显;
2、外置塑料质的墙板具有显著的缓冲吸振功能,起到保护裸电芯组的作用;
3、墙板外表面设有相间排列的纵向肋结构,安装后墙板的肋与配套电池壳体内壁接触,形成的肋之间空隙可作为裸电芯组膨胀的补偿空间,由此减少电池损坏概率;
4、利用不同厚度的墙板来充实配套壳体的内容积,可减少壳体规格配置;
5、墙板底边预留缺口,便于裸电芯组与电池储液室沟通,引导电解液浸润极片,有利于电池不发生循环跳水问题。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
图1所示的硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构,它由墙板1和裸电芯组2构成。所述裸电芯组2为层叠而成的矩形构件,为了保护裸电芯组2不受意外冲击,在厚度方向两边分别粘贴一块矩形墙板1,本实施例用经阻燃处理的ABS制作墙板1。所述墙板1面对裸电芯组2的一面为平面,另一面设有五条相间排列的外凸纵向肋1.1,本实施例中墙板1厚6mm,外置矩形肋1.1外凸高度为3mm。该肋结构除了起到增强墙板1的结构强度作用外,还可以利用不同厚度的墙板1来充实配套壳体的内容积,最大的作用体现在安装后墙板1外凸肋1.1与配套电池壳体内壁接触,形成的肋1.1之间空隙可作为裸电芯组2膨胀的补偿空间,此结构显著减少电池膨胀损坏概率。本发明在墙板1底边相邻肋1.1之间预留半圆形的缺口1.1,本实施例共预留四个面积为100mm2的半圆形缺口1.1。该缺口1.1在结构中起到沟通作用,便于从电池储液室中引出电解液来浸润极片,这样有利于电池不发生循环跳水问题。

1.一种硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构,它由墙板(1)和裸电芯组(2)构成;所述裸电芯组(2)为层叠而成的矩形构件,在厚度方向两边分别粘贴一块矩形墙板(1);其特征在于:所述墙板(1)面对裸电芯组(2)的一面为平面,另一面至少设有四条相间排列的外凸纵向肋(1.1),在墙板(1)底边相邻两肋(1.1)之间预留面积为50~150mm2的缺口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构,其特征在于:所述墙板(1)主体厚度为3~10mm,外置矩形肋(1.1)外凸高度为3~5mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构,其特征在于:所述墙板(1)底边相邻两肋(1.1)之间预留缺口为半圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的硬壳电池内置裸电芯组结构,其特征在于:所述墙板(1)材质采用经阻燃处理的ABS或PP或PC制作。
