技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种卷绕式蓄电池配置的电池芯,具体地讲,本实用新型涉及一种卷绕式锂离子电池外置护层的电池芯,该技术方案属于化学电源技术领域。
背景技术
卷绕式蓄电池是一种集成度高、效率优、安全可靠的新型能源设备,由于性能优于普通结构的蓄电池,所以近几年在储能、通信及动力领域得到广泛应用。卷绕式蓄电池的核心部件是电池芯,电池芯通常由多层相叠的卷芯组成,卷芯尺寸大小及层叠数量均按额定容量而定。现有技术作电池芯组装时,通常采用逐层依次叠加,这种组装形式工艺简单、装配空间大、可操作性强,能够实现有序装配。但是,现有技术分层依次叠加工序工效差,安装过程中易发生卷芯外边缘与电池壳无故碰撞问题,严重者甚至造成卷芯的绝缘层损坏,由此构成安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对现有技术的电池芯在装壳时分层叠加成形的不足,提出一种卷绕式锂离子电池外置护层的电池芯,该结构电池芯在装壳前用压板夹持已层叠成形的卷芯,这种集成结构简单,在压板护导下一次安装到位,最重要的是安装效率高、质量好,可避免卷芯外边缘绝缘层被损的问题。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
卷绕式锂离子电池外置护层的电池芯,它包括压板、卷芯、正极片、负极片和胶带。所述卷芯内腔插装相间排列的正极片和负极片卷芯采用层叠式安装结构。其改进之处在于:所述压板是一种用绝缘材质制成的矩形薄板,长边和宽边尺寸均比卷芯对应边尺寸至少大1.0mm,层叠的卷芯上下端面各安置一片压板。所述胶带搭接位于上下层的压板,构成上下层压板对层叠卷芯的约束结构。
作为进一步改进方案,所述压板的材质为PP或PE,厚度为1.0~2.0mm,板面上均布通孔,相邻行的通孔错开半个孔位,通孔为圆孔,圆孔半径至少2.0mm。
作为进一步改进方案,所述胶带为单面胶带,单层厚度0.08~0.15mm,宽40~50mm。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、层叠的卷芯用压板和胶带束成电池芯,此种结构简单、集成度高,可显著提高安装效率;
2、由于配套的压板平面稍大于卷芯,电池芯装壳时具有护导作用,可避免卷芯外置绝缘层无故撞坏,由此可降低生产过程中的短路率;
3、压板和胶带配合构成对层叠的卷芯约束,促成层叠的卷芯更靠实,这样有利于增加电池的容量和循环寿命。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
附图1所示卷绕式锂离子电池外置护层的电池芯是一组合构件,它包括压板1、卷芯2、正极片3、负极片4和胶带5。根据卷绕式蓄电池结构,卷芯2内腔插装相间排列的正极片3和负极片4,卷芯2采用层叠式安装结构。所述压板1是本实用新型设计的构件,它一方面用来夹持层叠的卷芯2,另一方面用来护导电池芯装壳。本实施例压板1厚2.0mm,用PP材质制成,这种矩形薄板状的压板1,长边和宽边尺寸均比卷芯2对应边尺寸大,本实施例大1.0mm。为了尽可能增加电池电解液的储存量,压板1板面上均布通孔1.1,相邻行的通孔1.1错开半个孔位。压板1板面上均布的通孔1.1为圆孔,本实施例通孔1.1的半径为2.5mm。电池芯装壳前先将卷芯2层叠组装,并在层叠的卷芯2上下端面各安置一片压板1。所述胶带5是一种常规的软质单面胶带,本实施例应用的胶带单层厚度为0.08mm,宽40mm。胶带5直接搭接位于上下层的压板1,由此构成上下层压板1对层叠卷芯2的约束结构。此种约束结构促成层叠的卷芯2之间更靠实,这样有利于增加电池的容量和循环寿命。本实用新型中的压板1平面稍大于卷芯2,这样的结构设计便于电池芯装壳时具有护导作用,可避免卷芯2外置绝缘层无故被撞,因此可降低生产过程中的短路率。

1.一种卷绕式锂离子电池外置护层的电池芯,它包括压板(1)、卷芯(2)、正极片(3)、负极片(4)和胶带(5);所述卷芯(2)内腔插装相间排列的正极片(3)和负极片(4),卷芯(2)采用层叠式安装结构;其特征在于:所述压板(1)是一种用绝缘材质制成的矩形薄板,长边和宽边尺寸均比卷芯(2)对应边尺寸至少大1.0mm,层叠的卷芯(2)上下端面各安置一片压板(1);所述胶带(5)搭接位于上下层的压板(1),构成上下层压板(1)对层叠卷芯(2)的约束结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷绕式锂离子电池外置护层的电池芯,其特征在于:所述压板(1)的材质为PP或PE,厚度为1.0~2.0mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷绕式锂离子电池外置护层的电池芯,其特征在于:所述压板(1)板面上均布通孔(1.1),相邻行的通孔错开半个孔位。
