本发明提供了一种电动式车身泄压阀,包括泄压阀本体、连接杆及控制器;泄压阀本体中部设有贯穿的槽口,槽口内设有可转动的泄压阀叶片,泄压阀叶片设有多个,所有泄压阀叶片可转动成同一平面并密封覆盖槽口;泄压阀叶片上设有安装点,所有安装点均与竖直设置的连接杆的前表面对应固定连接,连接杆的后表面设有齿条。本发明一种电动式车身泄压阀,配合使用泄压阀叶片、连接杆、同步电动机及控制器,可以自动控制泄压阀的工作状态,有效降低了车内噪声,提高了乘车舒适性及关门声品质,并且减小关门阻力。

一种电动式车身泄压阀
技术领域
本发明属于汽车零部件领域,尤其是涉及一种电动式车身泄压阀。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平地不断提高,对汽车的舒适性要求也就越来越高。而泄压阀作为平衡车内外压力的交换口,成为了噪声进入车内的主要途径。在现有技术条件下,当车内空调开外循环时,大量的空气涌入车内,导致车内的压力大于设计压力,从而顶开泄压阀,排除多于空气,与此同时车外的噪声也大量传入车内。同时现有的车身泄压阀,关门时的泄压速度受到泄压阀尺寸和泄压阀叶片的影响,泄压时泄压阀叶片的拍击也会对关门声品质产生影响。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种电动式车身泄压阀,配合使用泄压阀叶片、连接杆、同步电动机及控制器,可以自动控制泄压阀的工作状态,有效降低了车内噪声,提高了乘车舒适性及关门声品质,并且减小关门阻力。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种电动式车身泄压阀,包括泄压阀本体、连接杆及控制器;泄压阀本体中部设有贯穿的槽口,槽口内设有可转动的泄压阀叶片,泄压阀叶片设有多个,所有泄压阀叶片可转动成同一平面并密封覆盖槽口;泄压阀叶片上设有安装点,所有安装点均与竖直设置的连接杆的前表面对应固定连接,连接杆的后表面设有齿条;泄压阀本体底部设有同步电动机,同步电动机带动的驱动齿轮与齿条相啮合;控制器的输出端连接同步电动机的控制端,控制器的输入端连接车门开关传感器信号、车辆空调状态CAN信号及行驶状态CAN信号。
在本发明的实际应用中,带齿条的连接杆一侧与泄压阀叶片后端的安装点连接,形成四杆机构;另一侧与同步电动机带动的驱动齿轮相啮合,形成齿轮齿条副;通过控制器实现同步电动机的正反转,从而实现泄压阀叶片的打开和关闭两种状态。
当汽车处于行驶过程中空调开外循环时,控制器控制同步电动机正转,带动连接杆向下运动,使泄压阀叶片打开,从而维持车内外的压力差恒定;当车内空调开内循环时,控制器控制同步电动机反转,带动连接杆向上运动,使泄压阀叶片关闭,从而紧闭泄压阀,阻止车外的噪声通过泄压阀传入车内,影响乘坐舒适性。
同时在空调关闭的行驶工况下,泄压阀叶片保持紧闭,也不会由于车辆通过颠簸路段,车外噪声通过泄压阀传入车内。
当车辆静止且车门处于开启状态下,控制器控制同步电动机正转,带动连接杆向下运动,使泄压阀叶片打开,以降低关门阻力,提高关门声品质。
进一步的,泄压阀本体底部设有固定件,同步电动机安装在固定件上。
进一步的,泄压阀本体是矩形形状。
进一步的,泄压阀叶片是长矩形形状,泄压阀叶片的左右两端分别对应转动连接在槽口的左右内侧壁上。

如图1-4所示,一种电动式车身泄压阀,包括泄压阀本体1、连接杆3及控制器;泄压阀本体1中部设有贯穿的槽口,槽口内设有可转动的泄压阀叶片2,泄压阀叶片2设有多个,所有泄压阀叶片2可转动成同一平面并密封覆盖槽口;泄压阀叶片2上设有安装点,所有安装点均与竖直设置的连接杆3的前表面对应固定连接,连接杆3的后表面设有齿条;泄压阀本体1底部设有同步电动机4,同步电动机4带动的驱动齿轮与齿条相啮合;控制器的输出端连接同步电动机4的控制端,控制器的输入端连接车门开关传感器信号、车辆空调状态CAN信号及行驶状态CAN信号。
在本发明的实际应用中,带齿条的连接杆3一侧与泄压阀叶片2后端的安装点连接,形成四杆机构;另一侧与同步电动机4带动的驱动齿轮相啮合,形成齿轮齿条副;通过控制器实现同步电动机4的正反转,从而实现泄压阀叶片2的打开和关闭两种状态。
