本发明公开了一种抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法,先按质量比为3:4:2的比将绒毛纤维、腔毛纤维、粗毛纤维羊毛纤维的混纺为羊毛纤维,再按质量比为3:2的比例将纤维素纤维与羊毛纤维混纺或将质量比为3:1的聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维进行混纺制备成羊毛混纺纤维,最后将混纺的羊毛纤维以及羊毛混纺纤维以4:1的质量比例进行混纺制备成复合羊毛织物,本发明通过合理调配各种纤维的比例以及种类,并辅以抗静电整理剂的作用下,使得复合羊毛织物具有优异的抗静电性能的同时兼具更优的舒适柔软度,并具有更佳的保暖性能,适用于冬季各种羊毛织物的制作,且耐水洗性能和使用寿命长。

技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,尤其涉及一种抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法。
背景技术
随着社会经济水平的不断提高,越来越多的功能性纺织品被人们所熟悉和接受,羊毛织物以其挺括保暖的性能被人们所喜爱。
但是羊毛织物同样存在一定的缺点,比如容易产生静电,从而在服用穿着的过程中带来一些不必要的麻烦,影响其服用舒适性和应用范围,一种具有更佳的抗静电防静电能力的复合羊毛织物将会解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种兼具保暖特性和优异的抗静电性能的抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)羊毛纤维的混纺:首先按质量比为3:4:2的比例准备好羊毛纤维混纺原料:绒毛纤维、腔毛纤维、粗毛纤维;将绒毛纤维和腔毛纤维以及粗毛纤维以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡5-20min后取出待用;
(2)羊毛混纺纤维的混纺:分为两种混纺方法选其一,第一种混纺方法为准备质量比为3:2的纤维素纤维与羊毛纤维,将两者以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡10-30min后取出待用;第二种混纺方法为将质量比为3:1的聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡5-10min后取出待用;
(3)将步骤(1)混纺的羊毛纤维与步骤(2)制备而成的羊毛混纺纤维以4:1的质量比进行混纺,同时加入总量10%的抗静电整理剂,混纺而成的复合羊毛织物其厚度为2-2.5mm,面密度为130g/m2
更为优选的,所述绒毛纤维直径为25μm。
更为优选的,所述腔毛纤维为细腔毛。
更为优选的,所述纤维素纤维为醋酸纤维、竹浆纤维两者质量比为3:2的混合物。
更为优选的,所述抗静电整理剂为聚氧乙烯类嵌段聚合物。
更为优选的,所述后处理整理剂为柠檬酸钠与壳聚糖质量比为3:2的混合物。
有益效果:本发明所提供的一种抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法,先按质量比为3:4:2的比将绒毛纤维、腔毛纤维、粗毛纤维羊毛纤维的混纺为羊毛纤维,再按质量比为3:2的比例将纤维素纤维与羊毛纤维混纺或将质量比为3:1的聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维进行混纺制备成羊毛混纺纤维,最后将混纺的羊毛纤维以及羊毛混纺纤维以4:1的质量比例进行混纺制备成复合羊毛织物,本发明通过合理调配各种纤维的比例以及种类,并辅以抗静电整理剂的作用下,使得复合羊毛织物具有优异的抗静电性能的同时兼具更优的舒适柔软度,并具有更佳的保暖性能,适用于冬季各种羊毛织物的制作,且耐水洗性能和使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)羊毛纤维的混纺:首先按质量比为3:4:2的比例准备好羊毛纤维混纺原料:绒毛纤维、腔毛纤维、粗毛纤维;将绒毛纤维和腔毛纤维以及粗毛纤维以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡15min后取出待用;
(2)羊毛混纺纤维的混纺:分为两种混纺方法选其一,第一种混纺方法为准备质量比为3:2的纤维素纤维与羊毛纤维,将两者以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡20min后取出待用;第二种混纺方法为将质量比为3:1的聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡5-10min后取出待用;
(3)将步骤(1)混纺的羊毛纤维与步骤(2)制备而成的羊毛混纺纤维以4:1的质量比进行混纺,同时加入总量10%的抗静电整理剂,混纺而成的复合羊毛织物其厚度为2.3mm,面密度为130g/m2
其中,所述绒毛纤维直径为25μm;所述腔毛纤维为细腔毛;所述纤维素纤维为醋酸纤维、竹浆纤维两者质量比为3:2的混合物;所述抗静电整理剂为聚氧乙烯类嵌段聚合物;所述后处理整理剂为柠檬酸钠与壳聚糖质量比为3:2的混合物。
本发明所提供的一种抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法,通过合理调配各种纤维的比例以及种类,并辅以抗静电整理剂的作用下,使得复合羊毛织物具有优异的抗静电性能的同时兼具更优的舒适柔软度,并具有更佳的保暖性能,适用于冬季各种羊毛织物的制作,且耐水洗性能和使用寿命长。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗静电复合羊毛织物的混纺方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)羊毛纤维的混纺:首先按质量比为3:4:2的比例准备好羊毛纤维混纺原料:绒毛纤维、腔毛纤维、粗毛纤维;将绒毛纤维和腔毛纤维以及粗毛纤维以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡5-20min后取出待用;
(2)羊毛混纺纤维的混纺:分为两种混纺方法选其一,第一种混纺方法为准备质量比为3:2的纤维素纤维与羊毛纤维,将两者以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡10-30min后取出待用;第二种混纺方法为将质量比为3:1的聚酯纤维与羊毛纤维以清花、梳棉、预并条、条巻、精梳加工的工艺流程进行混纺,混纺结束后置于4%的后处理整理剂中浸泡5-10min后取出待用;
(3)将步骤(1)混纺的羊毛纤维与步骤(2)制备而成的羊毛混纺纤维以4:1的质量比进行混纺,同时加入总量10%的抗静电整理剂,混纺而成的复合羊毛织物其厚度为2-2.5mm,面密度为130g/m2
