The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing W/O type active nano calcium carbonate-silicone oil composite emulsion by using a film forming substance, an emulsifying agent, water-soluble salt calcium chloride and sodium carbonate as raw materials, and then adding water for phase inversion to obtain the O/W type silicone oil nano calcium carbonate emulsion. The emulsion is suitable for isolating the raw materials from the mould in the processing process of concrete products, can ensure that the surface of the mould is easy to clean, and can repair micro pits and damages on the surface of the mould by adding the nano calcium carbonate component, prolong the service life of the mould, ensure that the surface of the product is smooth and clean, reduce defects and improve the yield.

The preparation method specifically comprises the following steps: (1) mixing and stirring silicone oil, an emulsifier, a modifier, calcium chloride and deionized water according to the proportion to prepare a silicone oil-calcium chloride solution; (2) adding anhydrous sodium carbonate powder or sodium carbonate aqueous solution slowly into the prepared silicon oil-calcium chloride solution under stirring, wherein the molar ratio of calcium ions to carbonate ions is 1: 1, adding a defoaming agent after the addition is finished, heating to 45-75 ℃, and stirring for reaction to obtain a W/O type nano calcium carbonate modified silicone oil emulsion; (3) adding deionized water, stirring, cooling and phase inversion to obtain O/W type silicone oil nano calcium carbonate emulsion.

The invention has the advantages that: 1. the novel concrete product isolation release agent is prepared in situ by adopting nano calcium carbonate and an organic film forming substance, is a high solid content nano calcium carbonate modified silicone oil emulsion with nano particle diameter width distribution of 40-100nm and solid content of 30-40%, is suitable for demoulding in the processing process of concrete products, can well realize smooth separation of raw materials and a metal mould by isolating the raw materials from the mould, and has the advantages of excellent effect, convenient use, no pollution, safety and reliability. The problem of environmental pollution caused by using a used engine oil release agent is solved, the phenomenon that products are whitened caused by an inorganic powder isolating agent is avoided, the durability of the mold is improved, the painting times are reduced, the surface of the mold is protected, meanwhile, micro pits and damage on the surface of the mold can be repaired by introducing nano particles with wider particle size distribution (40-100 nm), the service life of the mold is prolonged, the surface defects of the products are reduced, the yield is improved, the surfaces of the mold and the products have the self-cleaning effect, and the dual effects of isolation and demolding are achieved. 2. The reagents used in the invention are all nontoxic or low toxic, and the prepared finished product of the novel concrete product isolation release agent belongs to a green product. According to the characteristics of the silicone oil emulsification process, a one-step process is adopted, namely, an emulsifier and the silicone oil are firstly prepared into W/O type microemulsion, then phase inversion is carried out to prepare the O/W type microemulsion, nano calcium carbonate is prepared in situ in the W/O type microemulsion preparation stage, then phase inversion is carried out to prepare the O/W type nano calcium carbonate silicone oil emulsion, and further the concrete product isolation release agent with the solid content of 30-40% is obtained.
