The isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether-5-ethylene oxide, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether-6-ethylene oxide and isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether-9-ethylene oxide have the effects that the foam property and the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value (HLB value) are gradually increased from first to last, and the emulsifier can simultaneously ensure that the emulsifier has excellent emulsification effect and good foam property and hydrophile-lipophilicity according to the weight part ratio.
