Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of molding processing of metal, rubber, plastic or composite materials, and particularly relates to a water-based environment-friendly mold release agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Release agents are a type of release film that is applied between the article and the mold in order to prevent the formed metal part from sticking to the mold so that the article can be easily removed from the mold. With the development of technologies such as metallurgy, automobile, ship, aerospace and the like, metal parts needing to be formed and processed are more and more, so that the demand of the release agent is more and more, and the requirement on the performance of the release agent is more and more high.
At present, the release agent produced by using mineral oil as base oil is used more in the market, and a large amount of non-renewable mineral oil is used, so that resources are greatly wasted, and the environmental pollution is aggravated. Therefore, a small amount of aqueous release agents using vegetable oils as base oils have been developed, but the products thereof generally have various disadvantages such as poor lubricity, low viscosity, and short service life.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a water-based environment-friendly release agent, which aims to improve the performances of the prior release agent such as lubricity, viscosity, service life and the like by using oxidized vegetable oil as base oil and reasonably preparing a raw material system.

the emulsifier is a mixture of at least three of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, polyethylene glycol oleate, sorbitan fatty acid ester and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether;
the antirust agent is a mixture of sodium petroleum sulfonate and benzotriazole;
the preservative is at least one of benzisothiazolinone and 3-iodo-2-propynyl butyl carbamate;
the auxiliary agent is at least one of ethylene glycol, ethanol and isopropanol;
the defoaming agent is at least one of low molecular weight polyether and organic silicon.
The preparation method of the water-based environment-friendly release agent comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials according to the proportion; firstly, adding oxidized vegetable oil and an extreme pressure agent into a blending kettle, adding an emulsifier, heating to 50-60 ℃, and stirring for 30-40 minutes; adding the antirust agent and the preservative, and continuously stirring for 30-60 minutes; and adding the auxiliary agent and the defoaming agent, stirring for 20-30 minutes, and finally adding deionized water and stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain the water-based environment-friendly release agent.
The invention adopts the oxidized vegetable oil as the base oil, can replace the traditional non-renewable mineral oil, not only avoids the consumption of non-renewable resources, but also greatly lightens the pollution to the environment. When a manufacturer adopts a product, not only the cost but also the comprehensive performance and the subsequent treatment and discharge problems of the product are considered. Nowadays, resources are in short supply and environmental protection is increasingly important, and the selection of a renewable product with little harm to the environment is particularly important.
The aqueous environment-friendly release agent taking the oxidized vegetable oil as the base oil has the advantages of good lubricity, high viscosity, good adhesiveness, long service life and the like. The oxidized vegetable oil is a novel oil agent which is prepared by natural vegetable oil and oxygen or air through polymerization under certain catalysis and the like, can be completely degraded, is a reproducible green lubricant and has very good lubricity and adhesiveness. The oxidized vegetable oil has high viscosity and very good chemical stability after deep polymerization, has very stable acid value, color and viscosity in normal use, has the characteristics of natural raw materials, complete degradation, easy cleaning, accordance with the environmental protection requirement of novel materials and the like, and thus has very good development and application space. The benzisothiazolinone and 3-iodine-2-propynyl butyl carbamate are used as the preservative, so that the service life of the product is prolonged, and the defect of narrow bactericidal spectrum of the existing triazine bactericide is overcome.
The product of the invention is suitable for metal, rubber, plastic or composite materials. In the die casting process, the die is continuously heated by the high-temperature liquid, and the temperature of the die is continuously increased. The mold temperature is too high, which can cause defects such as mold sticking, bubbling, cracking, heat cracking and the like, and meanwhile, the mold works in a high-temperature environment for a long time, the strength of the mold material is reduced, the surface cracks of the mold are caused, and the service life of the mold is reduced. The product of the invention adopts chlorinated paraffin CP42 containing chlorine extreme pressure agent, MD18 containing sulfur extreme pressure agent and sulfurized lard as extreme pressure agent, which can effectively overcome the problem.
In addition, the preparation method of the product is simple and has low requirement on equipment.

firstly, weighing 25g of oxidized soybean oil (with kinematic viscosity (40 ℃) of 1000 +/-200 mm2/s) and adding the oxidized soybean oil into a blending kettle, and then adding 6g of chlorinated paraffin CP42, 1g of MD18 and 2g of vulcanized lard; then adding 5g of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether EL40, 3g of polyethylene glycol oleic acid PEG600MO and 2g of sorbitan fatty acid ester S80, heating to 60 ℃, and stirring for 30 minutes; then weighing 1g of petroleum sodium sulfonate, 0.2g of benzotriazole and 0.5g of benzisothiazolinone, and continuing stirring for 40 minutes; then adding 3.5g of glycol and 0.5g of organic silicon, and stirring for 30 minutes; and finally, adding 50.3g of deionized water and stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the water-based environment-friendly release agent.
The product of the invention is milky white liquid in appearance, and the kinematic viscosity (40 ℃) of the stock solution is 60mm2And/s, standing for 72 hours for stabilization without layering, wherein the pH value of a 5% aqueous solution is 7.32, and the maximum non-seizure load PB value of the 5% aqueous solution can reach 119 Kg.
Example 2
