技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆成型材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种耐低温耐油阻燃聚氯乙烯丁腈复合物绝缘料。
背景技术
我国PVC电缆料行业概况PVC电缆料的发展是随着电线、电缆的发展而发展起来的,国家电力网的改造、通讯产业的迅猛发展都为电线、电缆企业的发展提供了前所未有的机遇,亦为PVC电缆料行业的发展开辟了广阔的前景。几十年来 ,我国PVC电缆料的混制工艺已经比较成熟。PVC如何环保化,特别是其配方的环保化是行业热点关注的问题,现今电缆行业所用的材料很多,但PVC用量占电线电缆护套用料70%~80%,是应用最为广泛的材料。
PVC电缆由于其中掺入了大量的增塑剂和其他助剂,其耐燃性不足,在燃烧时会产生对人体有害的HCl气体,HCl 还会对金属有很强的腐蚀作用,除了产生有毒气体,还会因为一些气体燃烧不完全而产生大量的烟雾,严重影响着人民的生命和财产安全,因此,研究开发低烟、低毒的PVC电缆成为电缆阻燃工业迫切的需求,具有重要的社会价值。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种阻燃性能好、低温性能好、耐油性好、力学性能好的耐低温耐油阻燃聚氯乙烯丁腈复合物绝缘料。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种阻燃性能好、低温性能好、耐油性好、力学性能好的耐低温耐油阻燃聚氯乙烯丁腈复合物绝缘料的制备方法。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种阻燃性能好、低温性能好、耐油性好、力学性能好的耐低温耐油阻燃聚氯乙烯丁腈复合物绝缘料的电缆制品。
本发明的第一目的为一种耐低温耐油阻燃聚氯乙烯丁腈复合物绝缘料,其包括下列质量分数的各组分:
PVC树脂90-130
丁腈橡胶30-50
增塑剂45-65
阻燃剂15-45
复合稳定剂3-7
碳酸钙20-40
高岭土15-35
抗氧剂0.5-2
加工助剂0.4-1
成炭剂 0.5-3
防老剂 0.5-2。
所述的PVC树脂是在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。
所述的丁腈橡胶为丙烯腈与丁二烯单体聚合而成的共聚物。
所述的增塑剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、氯化石蜡、癸二酸二辛酯或偏苯三酸三辛酯的任意一种。
所述的阻燃剂为三氧化二锑、硼酸锌、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、滑石粉、蒙脱土一种或以上的组合。
所述的复合稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐低温耐油阻燃聚氯乙烯丁腈复合物绝缘料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将PVC树脂90-130重量份与增塑剂45-65重量份高速混合、静置,然后加入阻燃剂45-65重量份、复合稳定剂3-7重量份、碳酸钙20-40重量份、高岭土15-35重量份、抗氧剂0.5-2重量份、加工助剂0.4-1、丁腈橡胶30-50,加入高混机中,经过双阶造粒机中造粒,然后经过冷却、筛选、称量、包装 。
