Description

Environment-friendly water treatment agent for swimming pool water treatment and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water treatment, in particular to an environment-friendly water treatment agent for swimming pool water treatment and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Swimming is a favorite sport for people, and the swimming can not only enjoy the pleasure of contacting with water, but also achieve the effect of building up the body. Particularly in the summer with inflammation, the swimming pool can swim smoothly, which is really very agreeable enjoyment. With the improvement of living standard of people, indoor swimming provides a swimming place which is not restricted by seasons for the majority of swimming enthusiasts. The organic pollutants in swimming pools, hydrotherapeutics and other similar water environments mainly come from skin drops, secretions, urine, sweat, skin care products, cosmetics and the like brought by human bodies, wherein most of the organic pollutants are soluble organic matters such as urea which cannot be filtered out by a conventional filtering process, and the soluble organic matters not only increase the using amount of oxidation type disinfectants such as ozone and chlorine and increase the medicament cost, but also react with the chlorine disinfectants to generate carcinogens harmful to the health of the human bodies.
Research shows that the average urine output of each person in the swimming pool is 50ml, the urea content in the urine is 1.8 percent, and 2000m is at the peak of passenger flow in summer3The standard swimming pool has the passenger flow of about 3000 people per day, only 3 days are needed, the content of urea and other organic matters can reach the standard upper limit, the existing method for reducing the organic matters in the pool water of the domestic and foreign swimming pools is to change water, so that a large amount of tap water is wasted, and meanwhile, the newly supplemented tap water is high in heating energy consumption, and heavy burden is brought to the operation of a swimming pool. Therefore, at present, the domestic natatorium can not meet the water change amount required by the standard during operation, more than 90 percent of natatorium urea and chemical residual chlorine exceed the standard during the peak of summer, the urea content of many natatoriums reaches more than 10mg/L, and the chemical residual chlorine content exceeds 1.0mg/L, CODMn and exceeds 10mg/L, so that the quality of pool water and air is deteriorated, and the human health is harmed.
The existing swimming pool water treatment process mainly utilizes filtration interception and then oxidation disinfection, but can not effectively remove urea, ammonia nitrogen and organic matters dissolved in pool water. Even if the activated carbon adsorption process is used, only part of dissolved organic matters with the molecular weight of 400-2000 can be adsorbed, and no adsorption effect is generated on organic matters with other molecular weights, urea, ammonia nitrogen and the like, and meanwhile, the problem of microorganisms cannot be completely eliminated because a small amount of fresh water is frequently added in the water circulation process in the swimming pool.

and 4, step 4: mixing 0.05-0.08 part by weight of bovine serum albumin, 0.5-1.0 part by weight of potassium gluconate, 0.2-1.0 part by weight of sucrose, 0.5-1.0 part by weight of chitosan, 0.5-1.0 part by weight of gelatin and 20-30 mL of acetic acid with the mass concentration of 1%, and then adding 0.1-0.2 part by weight of urease to mix to obtain a fourth mixed solution;
and 5: and (3) immersing 50-100 parts by weight of columnar activated carbon into the third mixed solution in the step (3) for 20-40 min, drying, stirring and mixing with the fourth mixed solution in the step (4) for 30-60 min, and naturally airing to obtain a target product.
Specifically, the working principle of the invention is as follows: because the existing swimming pool water treatment is usually carried out by using activated carbon for filtration, the activated carbon is used as a carrier for compounding the traditional Chinese medicine herb sterilization disinfectant and a urease carrier, on one hand, the original adsorption effect of the activated carbon is kept (removing suspended matters and dissolved organic matters with the molecular weight of 400-2000 in the swimming pool), on the other hand, the sterilization disinfectant on the activated carbon can be released or not released to kill microorganisms in water, and the urease on the activated carbon is used for decomposing organic matters such as urea and the like in the swimming pool water to ensure that the urea and the chemical residual chlorine in the swimming pool meet the national standard. The clove bud contains volatile eugenol oil, has strong antibacterial effect, can denature bacterial cell structure, eliminate organelles, obviously shrink cell membrane, denature mitochondrial structure and even disappear, and can kill 100 percent of bacteria when the bacteria are fully exposed; the tulip bud contains volatile myrcene oil and has strong antibacterial effect on dermatophytes causing tinea capitis; the honeysuckle contains volatile luteolin oil, and has strong bactericidal effect on candida albicans with strong antibacterial ability; the loosestrife has strong antifungal effect, can cause the cell structure of the fungus to denature, cell organelles to disappear, cell membranes to shrink obviously, the mitochondrial structure to denature or even disappear, and can kill 100 percent under the condition of fungus exposure; polyhexamethylene guanidine has high activity and strong affinity to microorganisms, is easily attracted by various bacteria, fungi, viruses and other microorganisms which are usually electronegative, quickly and comprehensively permeates into microbial cells, and coagulates and denatures proteins in the cells so as to inhibit the division and reproduction functions of the bacteria, the fungi and the viruses. The main components of bacterial, fungal and viral cell walls, namely peptidoglycan and lipoprotein, can be quickly broken through the synergistic effect of the components (houttuynia cordata, sesame leaf, garlic, clove, tulip, honeysuckle, loosestrife, scutellaria baicalensis, lavender, aloe, saffron, dried ginger, selfheal, folium artemisiae argyi and polyhexamethylene guanidine), and the activities of oxidase and epoxidase of bacteria can be inhibited, so that the required energy obtained by the growth, reproduction and metabolism of the bacteria through biological oxidation is destroyed, the basic life activity of the bacteria is stopped, the sterilization effect is achieved, meanwhile, the components have a good skin-care effect and are safer to use. The urease is easy to be interfered by external environment to cause instability and inactivation, and the urease is mixed with bovine serum albumin, potassium gluconate, sucrose, chitosan, gelatin and a proper amount of acetic acid, so that the activity and stability of the urease can be improved, and the removal rate of urea is ensured.
As apparent from the above description, the present invention has the following advantageous effects: (1) the preparation method of the invention uses the columnar activated carbon as the carrier of urease, so that the obtained water treatment agent not only maintains the original adsorption performance of the activated carbon, but also can remove suspended matters and dissolved organic matters with molecular weight of 400-2000 in the swimming pool, and meanwhile, the urease on the activated carbon can decompose the organic matters such as urea and the like in the water of the swimming pool, thereby greatly improving the water quality, effectively reducing the water change amount, increasing the number of times of circulating use of the pool water and saving the water resource; (2) the preparation method of the invention simultaneously utilizes the columnar activated carbon as a carrier of the compound Chinese herbal medicine sterilizing disinfectant (third mixed liquid), so that the compound Chinese herbal medicine sterilizing disinfectant in the water treatment agent can effectively kill most of bacteria, fungi or viruses and other microorganisms in the pool water under the condition of not damaging the skin of a human body, the use amount of a later-stage chlorine disinfectant is reduced, the excessive chemical residual chlorine is effectively avoided, meanwhile, the compound Chinese herbal medicine sterilizing disinfectant is rich in various flowers with fragrance, and the occurrence of pungent odor in the pool water can be effectively relieved; (3) the water treatment agent prepared by the invention does not adopt a chemical reagent which can cause secondary pollution, most of the water treatment agent is a natural environment-friendly material, and the water treatment agent is safer and more environment-friendly; (4) the preparation method can fully dissolve the effective components in the Chinese herbal medicines into the solvent to keep the subsequent sterilization and disinfection effects, and simultaneously can effectively keep the enzyme activity of urease by adding the stabilizer, thereby ensuring the decomposition efficiency of the urease on organic matters such as urea and the like during use; (5) the columnar activated carbon is used as a carrier, so that on one hand, the columnar activated carbon has a better porous structure and better adsorbability, and on the other hand, the columnar activated carbon can be conveniently recycled.
Further, the columnar activated carbon is prepared by the following method:
step a: mixing the fly ash and the shell carbonized powder, adding water, stirring, kneading for 10-20 min, adding an adhesive, and continuously kneading for 10-15 min to obtain a kneaded material;
step b: extruding the kneaded material in the step a into a columnar strip material with the diameter of 3.0-6.0 mm by using a press machine, and then baking the columnar strip material in the environment of 200-250 ℃ for 30-60 min;
step c: and c, putting the columnar strip processed in the step b into an activation furnace for activation, using superheated water as an activator, controlling the activation temperature to be 950-1000 ℃, and activating for 4-10 hours to obtain the columnar activated carbon.
The activated carbon prepared by the method has good strength, extremely small floating dust and good adsorption capacity, is directly activated in the drying process, does not pass through the carbonization process, and simplifies the working procedures; the coal ash and the shell carbonized powder are used as the raw materials of the active carbon, so that the waste can be recycled, the environment is protected, and the cost is reduced.
Further, the adhesive is starch adhesive or carboxymethyl cellulose prepared by corn starch, sweet potato starch and other starch.
In the method, the starch adhesive or carboxymethyl cellulose prepared from corn starch, sweet potato starch and other starch is used as the adhesive, so that coal tar is avoided, the method is more environment-friendly, and the production cost can be reduced due to the high price of the coal tar.
Further, the specific operation of step 1 is: respectively chopping 3-5 parts by weight of houttuynia cordata and 5-6 parts by weight of sesame leaves, mixing with 2-3 parts by weight of mashed garlic, adding 10-15 parts by weight of 80-90% ethanol by volume concentration, grinding for 20-40 min, and filtering with 150-mesh gauze to remove residues to obtain a first mixed solution.
The method can dissolve effective components in herba Houttuyniae, sesame leaf and Bulbus Allii into ethanol, and simultaneously dissolve these substances alone without heating extraction with other components, so as to protect the effectiveness of the bactericidal components and enhance the bactericidal effect.
Further, the specific operation of step 2 is: mixing 4-5 parts by weight of clove, 5-7 parts by weight of tulip, 3-5 parts by weight of honeysuckle, 7-9 parts by weight of loosestrife, 2-3 parts by weight of scutellaria baicalensis, 4-5 parts by weight of lavender, 2-3 parts by weight of aloe, 2-3 parts by weight of saffron crocus, 2-3 parts by weight of rhizoma zingiberis, 2-3 parts by weight of selfheal and 1-2 parts by weight of folium artemisiae argyi, then adding 100-150 parts by weight of water, boiling for 20-30 min, filtering to obtain medicine residue and first filtrate, adding 100-150 parts by weight of water into the medicine residue, boiling for 20-30 min, filtering to remove residues to obtain second filtrate, and combining the first filtrate and the second filtrate to obtain second mixed solution.
The method can extract effective components of each component more fully, and make effective substances in each component more fully utilized to save cost.
Meanwhile, in order to further promote the effective utilization of each component, the herb residues of the traditional Chinese medicines can be dried and crushed to be used as one of the initial raw materials of the columnar activated carbon (mixed with the fly ash and the shell carbonized powder), so that the cost is saved, and the traditional Chinese medicines are more fully utilized.
Further, the specific operation of step 5 is: and (3) immersing 50-100 parts by weight of columnar activated carbon into the third mixed liquid in the step (3), stirring for 20-40 min, then airing at 28-35 ℃, then drying at 45-50 ℃ for 20-30 min, stirring and mixing with the fourth mixed liquid in the step (4) for 30-60 min before use, and naturally airing to obtain a target product.
According to the method, the columnar activated carbon carrying the Chinese herbal medicine sterilization disinfectant is immersed into the urease mixed solution before use, so that the enzyme activity of the activated carbon before water draining is maintained to the maximum extent to ensure the urea decomposition efficiency in the later period, and the activated carbon is convenient to store.
