本发明涉及太阳能电池设备技术领域,尤其是一种太阳能电池背板,其依序包括:外保护层、中间层和内层。本发明的一种太阳能电池背板,通过外保护层增加了太阳能电池背板的机械性能和物理稳定性,通过中间层增加了太阳能电池背板的散热性,通过内层增加了太阳能电池背板的粘附性,该太阳能电池背板整体具有良好的机械性能和物理稳定性,同时增加了太阳能电池板的散热效率进而延长太阳能电池板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能电池设备技术领域,尤其是一种太阳能电池背板。
背景技术
太阳能电池背板位于太阳能电池板之最外层,其主要功能为支持整个太阳能电池板,并能藉由其防水、防潮、防氧化、防热变形及绝缘等特性保护内部太阳能电池组件,以延长电池的使用寿命。此外,于太阳能电池板组装之过程中,太阳能电池背板除可固定光电组件外,亦对其提供绝缘及避免机械性伤害 ( 如刮伤 ) 等保护作用。另外,散热性也是太阳能背板的一个重要考虑因素。
发明内容
为了克服现有的太阳能电池背板散热性差的不足,本发明提供了一种太阳能电池背板,其依序包括:外保护层、中间层和内层。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能电池背板,包括外保护层,所述外保护层具有下表面连接面;中间层,所述中间层具有第一表面和第二表面,第一表面配置在所述下表面连接面上;内层,所述内层具有上表面连接面和粘附面,上表面连接面配置在所述第二表面上,所述粘附面与太阳能电池板连接。
进一步的,所述外保护层的材质为聚偏氟乙烯或聚四氟乙烯。
进一步的,所述中间层的材质包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和石墨烯粉末,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯分量占中间层总分量的80%,所述石墨烯粉末的分量占中间层总分量的20%。
进一步的,所述内层的材质包括线性低密度聚乙烯和醋酸,所述线性低密度聚乙烯和醋酸共聚而成。
进一步的,所述外保护层、中间层和内层两两之间均设有粘合层,所述粘合层的材质包括聚乙烯及乙烯类共聚物,其中,所述聚乙烯分量占粘合层总分量的40%,所述乙烯类共聚物分量占粘合层总分量的60%。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种太阳能电池背板,通过外保护层增加了太阳能电池背板的机械性能和物理稳定性,通过中间层增加了太阳能电池背板的散热性,通过内层增加了太阳能电池背板的粘附性,该太阳能电池背板整体具有良好的机械性能和物理稳定性,同时增加了太阳能电池板的散热效率进而延长太阳能电池板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图,一种太阳能电池背板,包括外保护层101,所述外保护层101具有下表面连接面;中间层102,所述中间层102具有第一表面和第二表面,第一表面配置在所述下表面连接面上;内层103,所述内层103具有上表面连接面和粘附面,上表面连接面配置在所述第二表面上,所述粘附面与太阳能电池板连接。
如图1所示,外保护层101的材质为聚偏氟乙烯或聚四氟乙烯。聚偏氟乙烯或聚四氟乙烯可用热塑性塑料加工方法加工,如挤塑、注塑、浇注、模塑及传递模塑成型。
如图1所示,中间层102的材质包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和石墨烯粉末,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯分量占中间层总分量的80%,所述石墨烯粉末的分量占中间层总分量的20%。将石墨烯粉末与聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯混合熔融制成中间层102,石墨烯具有非常好的热传导性能,使得中间层102具有良好的散热特性。
如图1所示,内层103的材质包括线性低密度聚乙烯和醋酸,所述线性低密度聚乙烯和醋酸共聚而成。将醋酸引入线性低密度聚乙烯中共聚而成的内层103,从而降低了高结晶度,提高了韧性、抗冲击性。
如图1所示,外保护层101、中间层102和内层103两两之间均设有粘合层201,所述粘合层201的材质包括聚乙烯及乙烯类共聚物,其中,所述聚乙烯分量占粘合层201总分量的40%,所述乙烯类共聚物分量占粘合层201总分量的60%。所述粘合层201采用熔融挤出工艺制备,采用熔融共挤的工艺,将上述粘合层201材料熔融挤出后与其他层复合在一起。

所述外保护层(101)的材质为聚偏氟乙烯或聚四氟乙烯;
所述中间层(102)的材质包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯和石墨烯粉末,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯分量占中间层总分量的80%,所述石墨烯粉末的分量占中间层总分量的20%;
所述内层(103)的材质包括线性低密度聚乙烯和醋酸,所述线性低密度聚乙烯和醋酸共聚而成;
所述外保护层(101)、中间层(102)和内层(103)两两之间均设有粘合层(201),所述粘合层(201)的材质包括聚乙烯及乙烯类共聚物,其中,所述聚乙烯分量占粘合层(201)总分量的40%,所述乙烯类共聚物分量占粘合层(201)总分量的60%。
