Abstract
1、离心摆摩擦套环变速器是一个无极变速器2、多个摩擦套环组成一个台体,环中间有隔(散)热环。3、根据力学原理,离心摆在运动过程中摆锤表面摩擦台体表面,形成环比变化,导致从动轮的转速变化,达到变速效果。
Description
一、技术领域
根据力学原理,离心摆与主动轴旋转时,按照圆弧轨迹运动,从动轮上的多个套环,形成一个有弧度的台体.离心摆的表面与台体表面吻合摩擦,促使固定在从动轴上的套环转动,摩擦过程中,环比差的改变促使从动轮的转速改变,从而起到了变速的作用.
二、背景技术
此变速器改变了目前国内外所有变速器的复杂制造工序。
三、发明内容
此变速器可用于各种需要无极变速的机械上,有良好的市场前景。

(二)、工作原理

一、离心摆在中间转动,同时摩擦对称的两组摩擦环表面,形成双动力输出。
二、弹簧只有在转动轴平行地面时使用。
五、具体实施方案
1、待专利证书下达后,先制成样机测试。
2、减小机械中的无用摩擦,增大有用摩擦,提高工作效率。
3、用坚硬、耐磨物体,制作离心摆摩擦面及从动轮上的套环。
4、从动轮上的套环间可夹隔(散)热板或空气隔离。还可以在从动轮上加风扇。

1.离心摩擦套环变速器,是用于汽车、摩托车、拖拉机等机械上的无极变速器。
2.要求的原件有:1)主动轴 2)固定在主动轴上的套环 3)离心摆 4)滑动在主动轴的套环 5)拉杆 6)从动轴 7)固定在从动轴上的摩擦套环 8)各套环间的隔(散)热片 9)离心摆带帽 10)离心摆摩擦面
3.离心摆摩擦套环变速器的技术特征:根据力学原理,离心摆在旋转过程中,摆心与主动轴的距离发生变化,从而使运动中的摆锤表面摩擦从动轮上不同直径的环体表面,形成环比变化,达到无极变速的效果。
