本发明公开了一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括本体,本体外设有减震板,减震板上设有有散热片,本体的两端设有进气管和出气管的管道内设有蜂窝陶瓷,进气管口处设有消音器一,进气管上设有限流器,进气管处设有尾气检测仪,尾气检测仪连接颗粒过滤器,颗粒过滤器通过进气管连接冷却器,冷却器上设有温度传感器和恒温器,冷却器连接尾气处理设备,尾气处理设备上设有压力传感器,尾气处理设备连接气体浓度检测器,气体浓度检测器连接三元催化转换器,三元催化转换器连接氧传感器,出气管口处设有捕集器。本发明结构设计合理,尾气检测仪和气体浓度检测器用来检测尾气中有害气体的量,当尾气中的有害气体超标时,连接的报警器会发出报警信息。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车尾气处理领域,具体属于一种汽车尾气处理装置。
背景技术
汽车尾气,即汽车从排气管排出的尾气。汽车尾气是空气污染的另一重大因素,汽油在燃烧过程中会释放氮氧化物等污染物,造成的最直接的后果是全球气候变暖。一氧化碳会阻碍人体的血液吸收和氧气输送,影响人体造血机能,随时可能诱发心绞痛、冠心病等疾病。碳氢化合物会形成毒性很强的光化学烟雾,伤害人体,并会产生致癌物质。产生的白色烟雾对家畜、水果及橡胶制品和建筑物均有损坏。氮氧化合物使人中毒比一氧化碳还强,它损坏人的眼睛和肺,并形成光化学烟雾,是产生酸雨的主要物质,可使植物由绿色变为褐色直至大面积死亡。目前,汽车尾气控制和治理已成为世界重要课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车尾气处理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:本发明公开了一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括本体,本体外设有减震板,减震板上设有有散热片,本体的两端设有进气管和出气管的管道内设有蜂窝陶瓷,进气管口处设有消音器一,进气管上设有限流器,进气管处外接尾气检测仪,尾气检测仪连接颗粒过滤器,颗粒过滤器通过进气管连接冷却器,冷却器连接尾气处理设备,尾气处理设备通过出气管连接消音器二,尾气处理设备外接气体浓度检测器,气体浓度检测器连接三元催化转换器,三元催化转换器连接消音器三,消音器三连接出气管,出气管口处外接捕集器,捕集器连接ECU,ECU连接喷油器,出气管口的上面设有注油口,出气管口的下方设有出水口。
本发明的进一步改进在于:尾气处理设备包括固定化微生物板、活性炭滤网、负离子滤网、HEPA滤网和三效催化剂。
本发明的进一步改进在于:散热片加有纳米TiO2。
本发明的进一步改进在于:捕集器中设有还原性催化剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构设计合理,尾气检测仪和气体浓度检测器用来检测尾气中有害气体的量,当尾气中的有害气体超标时,连接的报警器会发出报警信息;氧传感器测定发动机燃烧后的排气中的氧气含量,从而实现以过量空气因数为目标的闭环控制,通过三元催化转换器对有害气体进行最大的转化效率,最大程度地进行排放污染物的转化和净化。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括本体1,本体1外设有减震板21,减震板21上设有有散热片2,本体1的两端设有进气管3和出气管4的管道内设有蜂窝陶瓷20,进气管3口处设有消音器一13,进气管3上设有限流器8,进气管3处外接尾气检测仪,尾气检测仪连接颗粒过滤器6,颗粒过滤器6通过进气管3连接冷却器7,冷却器7连接尾气处理设备10,尾气处理设备10通过出气管4连接消音器二11,尾气处理设备10外接气体浓度检测器,气体浓度检测器连接三元催化转换器13,三元催化转换器13连接消音器三15,消音器三15连接出气管4,出气管4口处外接捕集器,捕集器连接ECU19,ECU19连接喷油器22,出气管4口的上面设有注油口18,出气管4口的下方设有出水口21。
本发明中,尾气处理设备10包括固定化微生物板a、活性炭滤网b、负离子滤网c、HEPA滤网d和三效催化剂。
本发明中,散热片2加有纳米TiO2,捕集器中设有还原性催化剂。
工作原理:尾气通过进气管上的限流器限定气体流量后进入颗粒过滤器,过滤后气体进入到冷却器时被冷却,尾气检测仪和气体浓度检测器可以监测尾气中有害气体的量,当尾气中的有害气体超标时会发出报警信息,及时对其进行检查。
综上所述,本发明结构设计合理,尾气检测仪和气体浓度检测器用来检测尾气中有害气体的量,当尾气中的有害气体超标时,连接的报警器会发出报警信息;氧传感器测定发动机燃烧后的排气中的氧气含量,从而实现以过量空气因数为目标的闭环控制,通过三元催化转换器对有害气体进行最大的转化效率,最大程度地进行排放污染物的转化和净化。

1.一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)外设有减震板(21),所述减震板(21)上设有有散热片(2),所述本体(1)的两端设有进气管(3)和出气管(4)的管道内设有蜂窝陶瓷(20),所述进气管(3)口处设有消音器一(13),所述进气管(3)上设有限流器(8),所述进气管(3)处外接尾气检测仪,所述尾气检测仪连接颗粒过滤器(6),所述颗粒过滤器(6)通过进气管(3)连接冷却器(7),所述冷却器(7)连接尾气处理设备(10),.所述尾气处理设备(10)通过出气管(4)连接消音器二(11),所述尾气处理设备(10)外接气体浓度检测器,所述气体浓度检测器连接三元催化转换器(13),所述三元催化转换器(13)连接消音器三(15),所述消音器三(15)连接出气管(4),所述出气管(4)口处外接捕集器,所述捕集器连接ECU(19),所述ECU(19)连接喷油器(22),所述出气管(4)口的上面设有注油口(18),所述出气管(4)口的下方设有出水口(21)。
