本发明涉及一种钢材表面的防腐涂层,特别涉及一种用于钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层及其制备方法,具体而言,涉及用于碳素结构钢制成的钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层及其制备方法,属于属于金属防腐技术领域。
背景技术
在重化工业大气环境下,户外金属设备设施的腐蚀是影响工业生产安全运行的突出问题。工业生产中产生的NOx、SO2、H2S、Cl2等腐蚀气氛以及悬浮粉尘是主要腐蚀因素,同时腐蚀性废水、废气等又加剧了干湿交替的工业大气环境的腐蚀程度。目前,工业钢结构设备设施的防腐措施是,普遍采用红丹底漆、环氧云铁中间漆+醇酸面漆常规防腐涂层,使用寿命一般为1-3,腐蚀严重区域甚至几个月就发生漆面开裂、剥落及钢结构及管路严重腐蚀,造成经常性的高维护成本。
申请公布号CN106381013A的中国专利申请公开了一种重防腐涂层及其应用,涂层包括石墨烯底漆、环氧云铁漆中间漆、聚天门冬氨酸酯聚脲面漆,适用于各种海洋工程中钢材质的防腐,对于工业大气环境防腐存在成本高,不适合现场施工的不足。
申请公布号CN105368264A的中国专利申请公开了一种环氧云铁中间漆及其制备方法,主要原料成分包括固体环氧树脂;二甲苯份;附着力增进剂;75%环氧树脂;灰云母铁粉;聚乙烯蜡;膨润土;填料等,防腐性能优异及增厚功能等,但存在有毒(二甲苯)环保不足。
现有防腐涂层或涂料技术主要针对海洋海工环境或其他特殊产品防腐,各有一定技术特性与产品性能优势,也存在成本高、环保及施工适应性等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层及其制备方法,主要解决现有钢结构的防腐涂层在腐蚀性废水废气及干湿交替环境下存在的附着力低、耐候耐蚀性能差的技术问题,本发明防腐涂层具有附着力高、耐候耐蚀性能优良、性价比高、施工简便、质量可控、环境友好等优点,满足了腐蚀性废水废气及干湿交替的环境下,钢结构表面防腐要求。
本发明采用的技术方案是,一种用于钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层,其特征是,所述防腐涂层包括环氧富锌底漆层、环氧云铁中间漆层和聚氨酯面漆层,所述防腐涂层的厚度为280-690μm,由钢结构基体表面向外依次为,干膜厚度为80-240μm的环氧富锌底漆层,干膜厚度120-300μm的环氧云铁中间漆层和干膜厚度80-150μm聚氨酯面漆层;
所述环氧富锌底漆包括A组分和B组分,A组分:B组分的重量比例为8-10:1,所述A组分组成成分重量百分比为环氧值0.48-0.54eq/100g和环氧值0.18-0.22eq/100g两种双酚A环氧树脂重量之和的20-35%,400-800目锌粉25-40%,颜料1-10%,助剂1-10%,有机溶剂5-20%,吸水剂1-5%组成,所有组成成分的重量百分比之和为100%;所述B组分组成成分重量百分比为100%环氧固化剂;
所述环氧云铁中间漆包括包括C组分和D组分;C组分:D组分的重量比例为7:1,所述C组分组成成分重量百分比为环氧树脂40%,云母氧化铁35%,正丁醇6%,碳酸二甲酯4%,二丙酮醇8%,膨润土4%,铝粉1%,消泡剂0.3%,防沉剂1.7%;所述D组分组成成分重量百分比为100%聚酰胺环氧固化剂;
所述聚氨酯面漆包括E组分和F组分;E组分:F组分的重量比例为3.5-4.5:1,所述E组分组成成分重量百分比为聚酯多元醇、羟基丙烯酸重量之和的35-55%,填料15-30%,溶剂10-25%,抗水解稳定剂3-7%,紫外线稳定剂0.3-1.5%,紫外线吸收剂0.3-1.5%,消泡剂0.1-1.0%,流平剂0.1-1.0%组成,所有组成成分的重量百分比之和为100%;所述F组分组成成分重量百分比100%脂肪族异氰酸酯固化剂。
上述用于钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)清理钢结构表面,采用喷砂或打磨方法,处理钢结构表面的锈蚀、疏松氧化铁皮等杂质,并用有机溶剂去除表面油污,控制表面清洁度为Sa2.5;
2)涂敷环氧富锌底漆层,将环氧富锌底漆的组成成分混合均匀熟化后15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在清理后的钢结构表面涂敷2-5道环氧富锌底漆,每道底漆干膜厚度控制在40-80μm,获得干膜厚度80-240μm的环氧富锌底漆层;
3)涂敷环氧云铁中间漆层,将环氧云铁中间漆的组成成分混合均匀后熟化15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在环氧富锌底漆层上,涂敷2-5道环氧云铁中间漆,每道中间漆干膜厚度控制在60-100μm,获得干膜厚度120-300μm的环氧云铁中间漆层;
4)涂敷聚氨酯面漆层,将聚氨酯面漆的组成成分混合均匀后熟化15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在环氧云铁中间漆层上,涂敷2-3道聚氨酯面漆,每道聚氨酯面漆干膜厚度控制在40-60μm,获得干膜厚度80-150μm的聚氨酯面漆层。
采用本发明防腐涂层具有低表面处理处理要求,采用交联固化与金属基体发生化学键合,涂层与基体及层间结合力强,适用于腐蚀性、干湿交替的工业环境,使用寿命可达10年。
本技术方案相比现有技术具有如下积极效果:1、本发明防腐涂层为复合三层结构,采用多道次涂敷工艺,减少了单道次带来的涂层微孔通道,防止腐蚀介质侵蚀基体,耐腐蚀性能更优。2、本发明提供的环氧富锌底漆,采用高低环氧值配比的双酚A环氧树脂在低温缩短固化时间,高温可防止涂层爆裂;同时采用粉末状和片状锌粉配比提高涂层遮蔽性能,具有更强的耐腐蚀性能。3、本发明提供的环氧云铁中间漆所用溶剂环境友好,同时聚氨酯面漆采用脂肪族聚氨酯固化剂,漆膜防水、耐候性强,更有效地实现涂层长效防腐。

所述环氧富锌底漆包括A组分和B组分,A组分:B组分的重量比例为9:1,所述A组分组成成分重量百分比为环氧值0.48-0.54eq/100g的双酚A环氧树脂20%、环氧值0.18-0.22eq/100g双酚A环氧树脂10%、500目粉末锌粉25%和500目片状锌粉15%、颜料6%、助剂4%、有机溶剂16%、吸水剂4%;所述B组分组成成分重量百分比为100%环氧固化剂;

Claims (2)

1.一种用于钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层,其特征是,所述防腐涂层包括环氧富锌底漆层、环氧云铁中间漆层和聚氨酯面漆层,所述防腐涂层的厚度为280-690μm,由钢结构基体表面向外依次为,干膜厚度为80-240μm的环氧富锌底漆层,干膜厚度120-300μm的环氧云铁中间漆层和干膜厚度80-150μm聚氨酯面漆层;所述环氧富锌底漆包括A组分和B组分,A组分:B组分的重量比例为8-10:1,所述A组分组成成分重量百分比为环氧值0.48-0.54eq/100g和环氧值0.18-0.22eq/100g两种双酚A环氧树脂重量之和的20-35%,400-800目锌粉25-40%,颜料1-10%,助剂1-10%,有机溶剂5-20%,吸水剂1-5%组成,所有组成成分的重量百分比之和为100%;所述B组分组成成分重量百分比为100%环氧固化剂;所述环氧云铁中间漆包括C组分和D组分;C组分:D组分的重量比例为7:1,所述C组分组成成分重量百分比为环氧树脂40%,云母氧化铁35%,正丁醇6%,碳酸二甲酯4%,二丙酮醇8%,膨润土4%,铝粉1%,消泡剂0.3%,防沉剂1.7%;所述D组分组成成分重量百分比为100%聚酰胺环氧固化剂;所述聚氨酯面漆包括E组分和F组分;E组分:F组分的重量比例为3.5-4.5:1,所述E组分组成成分重量百分比为聚酯多元醇、羟基丙烯酸重量之和的35-55%,填料15-30%,溶剂10-25%,抗水解稳定剂3-7%,紫外线稳定剂0.3-1.5%,紫外线吸收剂0.3-1.5%,消泡剂0.1-1.0%,流平剂0.1-1.0%组成,所有组成成分的重量百分比之和为100%;所述F组分组成成分重量百分比100%脂肪族异氰酸酯固化剂;所述的用于钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)清理钢结构表面,采用喷砂或打磨方法,处理钢结构表面的锈蚀、疏松氧化铁皮杂质,并用有机溶剂去除表面油污,控制表面清洁度为Sa2.5;
2)涂敷环氧富锌底漆层,将环氧富锌底漆中A组分和B组分混合均匀熟化后15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在清理后的钢结构表面涂敷2-5道环氧富锌底漆,每道底漆干膜厚度控制在40-80μm,获得干膜厚度80-240μm的环氧富锌底漆层;
3)涂敷环氧云铁中间漆层,将环氧云铁中间漆中C组分和D组分混合均匀后熟化15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在环氧富锌底漆层上,涂敷2-5道环氧云铁中间漆,每道中间漆干膜厚度控制在60-100μm,获得干膜厚度120-300μm的环氧云铁中间漆层;
4)涂敷聚氨酯面漆层,将聚氨酯面漆中E组分和F组分混合均匀后熟化15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在环氧云铁中间漆层上,涂敷2-3道聚氨酯面漆,每道聚氨酯面漆干膜厚度控制在40-60μm,获得干膜厚度80-150μm的聚氨酯面漆层。
2.一种权利要求1所述的用于钢结构表面的耐候耐蚀防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
1)清理钢结构表面,采用喷砂或打磨方法,处理钢结构表面的锈蚀、疏松氧化铁皮杂质,并用有机溶剂去除表面油污,控制表面清洁度为Sa2.5;
2)涂敷环氧富锌底漆层,将环氧富锌底漆中A组分和B组分混合均匀熟化后15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在清理后的钢结构表面涂敷2-5道环氧富锌底漆,每道底漆干膜厚度控制在40-80μm,获得干膜厚度80-240μm的环氧富锌底漆层;
3)涂敷环氧云铁中间漆层,将环氧云铁中间漆中C组分和D组分混合均匀后熟化15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在环氧富锌底漆层上,涂敷2-5道环氧云铁中间漆,每道中间漆干膜厚度控制在60-100μm,获得干膜厚度120-300μm的环氧云铁中间漆层;
4)涂敷聚氨酯面漆层,将聚氨酯面漆中E组分和F组分混合均匀后熟化15-30分钟用于涂敷备用,在环氧云铁中间漆层上,涂敷2-3道聚氨酯面漆,每道聚氨酯面漆干膜厚度控制在40-60μm,获得干膜厚度80-150μm的聚氨酯面漆层。
