Abstract
本发明公开了一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,包括有依次设置的纸放卷单元、复合单元、膜放卷单元、膜收卷单元、剥离单元、上光单元、背涂单元、冷却单元和纸收卷单元,所述膜放卷单元和膜收卷单元之间设置有能在膜和纸经过时能对两者加热的加热单元,所述的加热单元包括有水平设置的加热辊。本发明的复合机结构,取消了传统的桥式风箱、热风干燥的方式,采用两条加热辊,内部通导热油的加热方式。将复合后的基材包在辊面上,实现加热干燥。由于基材直接贴合在加热辊表面,基材温度控制非常精准,干燥效率也大大提高,设备总能耗降低,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种钢辊加热式复合机结构。
【背景技术】
现有的纸塑复合机,通常工艺是为:膜放卷经过复合单元涂胶后,与经过纸放卷的纸张进行复合,然后经过放卷单元的顶部桥式风箱进行热风干燥,在经过后续的上光单元、背涂单元进行正反面处理,最后经过冷却单元冷却,在收卷完成整个工艺流程。由于桥式风箱安装在放卷单元的顶部,整个设备所需的空间尺寸通常在5500mm以上。现有的客户工业厂房大多在4200mm以内。难以满足客户要求。同时,即使客户厂房空间高度足够,由于热风干燥在上面,不可避免的漏风。
因此,本发明正是基于以上的不足而产生的。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种钢辊加热式复合机结构。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了下述技术方案:一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,包括有依次设置的纸放卷单元、复合单元、膜放卷单元、膜收卷单元、剥离单元、上光单元、背涂单元、冷却单元和纸收卷单元,其特征在于,所述膜放卷单元和膜收卷单元之间设置有能在膜和纸经过时能对两者加热的加热单元,所述的加热单元包括有水平设置的加热辊。
如上所述的一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,其特征在于,所述的加热辊为两个,且两个加热辊位于同一竖直平面内。
如上所述的一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,其特征在于,所述加热辊内设置有加热通道,加热通道内通有导热油。
如上所述的一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,其特征在于,所述的复合单元包括有复合机架,复合机架上设置有复合辊和若干固定辊,所述的膜放卷单元设置在所述复合支架上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,达到了如下效果:
本发明的复合机结构,取消了传统的桥式风箱、热风干燥的方式,采用两条加热辊,内部通导热油的加热方式。将复合后的基材包在辊面上,实现加热干燥。由于基材直接贴合在加热辊表面,基材温度控制非常精准,干燥效率也大大提高,设备总能耗降低,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
如图1所示,一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,包括有依次设置的纸放卷单元1、复合单元2、膜放卷单元3、膜收卷单元5、剥离单元6、上光单元7、背涂单元8、冷却单元9和纸收卷单元10,所述膜放卷单元3和膜收卷单元5之间设置有能在膜和纸经过时能对两者加热的加热单元4,所述的加热单元4包括有水平设置的加热辊41。本发明的复合机结构,取消了传统的桥式风箱、热风干燥的方式,采用两条加热辊,内部通导热油的加热方式;将复合后的基材包在辊面上,实现加热干燥;由于基材直接贴合在加热辊表面,基材温度控制非常精准,干燥效率也大大提高,设备总能耗降低,降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,所述的加热辊41为两个,且两个加热辊41位于同一竖直平面内,干燥效率高,而且大大降低设备的整体高度,满足客户大多数客户需求,节省空间。
如图1所示,所述加热辊41内设置有加热通道,加热通道内通有导热油。
如图1所示,在本实施例中,所述的复合单元2包括有复合机架21,复合机架21上设置有复合辊22和若干固定辊23,所述的膜放卷单元3设置在所述复合支架21上。

1.一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,包括有依次设置的纸放卷单元(1)、复合单元(2)、膜放卷单元(3)、膜收卷单元(5)、剥离单元(6)、上光单元(7)、背涂单元(8)、冷却单元(9)和纸收卷单元(10),其特征在于,所述膜放卷单元(3)和膜收卷单元(5)之间设置有能在膜和纸经过时能对两者加热的加热单元(4),所述的加热单元(4)包括有水平设置的加热辊(41)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,其特征在于,所述的加热辊(41)为两个,且两个加热辊(41)位于同一竖直平面内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,其特征在于,所述加热辊(41)内设置有加热通道,加热通道内通有导热油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢辊加热式复合机结构,其特征在于,所述的复合单元(2)包括有复合机架(21),复合机架(21)上设置有复合辊(22)和若干固定辊(23),所述的膜放卷单元(3)设置在所述复合支架(21)上。
