Abstract
本发明涉及一种上下肢主被动康复训练装置,其采用模块化思想,将整机分为上肢训练机构、显示器、上肢支架、下肢支架、下肢训练机构五个部分,上肢运动机构采用多次实践后设计的曲尺将蜗轮蜗杆式磁粉制动器取代,曲尺配合上肢伺服电机,实现上肢主被动康复训练的功能,同时实现实时控制上肢主被动力矩;上肢运动机构中的把手加入轴承,会使该把手与使用者之间摩擦为零,大大的提升使用时的舒适度。下肢运动机构采用同步齿形带连接的同步带轮,该结构与下肢伺服电机配合,比蜗轮蜗杆式磁粉制动器耗能小,并且同步带具有吸附震动的功能,相比以往结构运行起来更加稳定,此结构即实现了下肢主被动康复训练的功能,又实现实时控制上肢主被动力矩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种上下肢主被动康复训练装置,属于医疗康复器械领域。
背景技术
临床医学表明:正确的、科学的康复训练对于肢体运动功能的恢复和提高起到非常显著的作用。传统的康复运动训练方法,治疗师的劳动强度大,患者训练强度、持续性难以保证。随着我国社会的发展,人口老龄化越来越严重及各种疾病和意外事故导致的上肢、下肢运动功能性障碍患者与日俱增。而这些患者除了需要进行医药和手术治疗外,借助康复机械进行科学的康复训练也尤为重要。此外随着社会进步和人们生活水平的提高,人们对医疗保健也越来越关注,这为上下肢主被动康复训练装置的发展提供了必要的客观条件。以往的上下肢康复装置是通过磁粉制动器提供力矩输出,这种提供力矩的方正式、反向摩擦阻力大、耗能高,而且不能实时控制主、被动的力矩,导致设备的功能性有缺陷,并且以往的康复装置的把手转动时对使用者的手部摩擦比较大,使用者使用时的舒适度也大大降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种上下肢主被动康复训练装置,该发明采用模块化思想,将整机分为各自独立而又相互关联的上肢训练机构、显示器、上肢支架、下肢支架、下肢训练机构的五个部分,同时下肢支架装有五星把手,便于拆卸和限制旋转角度。整机能自动调节上下肢高度,便于适应不同身高不同体型的患者,使康复训练更加舒适。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:上肢运动机构中采用了一组通过反复实践后设计的曲尺代替了以往设备的蜗轮蜗杆式磁粉制动器,该曲尺配合上肢伺服电机,即实现了上肢主、被动康复训练的功能,又实现了控制上肢主、被动力矩的实时控制。上肢运动机构中的把手部分采用了加入轴承的设计,这样的设计使得把手与使用者之间的摩擦为零,使用者使用时的舒适度也大大提升。下肢运动机构采用了一组通过同步齿形带连接的同步带轮,该结构与下肢伺服电机配合,比以往的蜗轮蜗杆式磁粉制动器耗能小,并且同步带具有吸附震动的功能,比以往的结构运行起来更加稳定,这样的结构即实现了下肢主、被动康复训练的功能,又实现了控制下肢主、被动力矩的实时控制。完成了功能的优化。上肢训练机构(1)中的上电机支架(102)与上肢支架(3)中的上肢方钢(301)连接,上肢训练机构(1)中的减速箱连接板(104)与上肢支架(3)中的上肢方钢(301)连接,显示器(2)中的显示器支架(203)与上肢支架(3)中的上肢方钢(301)连接,上肢支架(3)中的旋转支架Ⅰ(302)与下肢支架(4)中的旋转支架Ⅱ(401)连接,下肢训练机构(5)中的下肢电机支架(501)与下肢支架(4)中的底座方刚(414)连接,下肢训练机构(5)中的支撑架(510)与下肢支架(4)中的底座方刚(414)连接。
