Abstract
本发明公开了轴承密封圈,所述密封圈包括密封圈体和骨架,骨架嵌入密封圈体内;密封圈体一侧设有密封块,另一侧设有密封唇口,包括第一密封唇口、第二密封唇口和第三密封唇口,其中第一密封唇口向轴承方向凸起,第二密封唇口和第三密封唇口位于第一密封唇口下方,且通过腰部与第一密封唇口相连。(1)本发明所述轴承密封圈采用3个密封唇口进行密封,其中第一密封唇口起到辅助密封效果,第二密封唇口和第三密封唇口与内圈形成过盈配合,起到主要密封效果;(2)腰部的设计可以调整轴承的启动力矩,降低摩擦力矩,减小轴承的能量损耗;(3)第三密封唇口末端加大加厚设计,可以加强密封效果,提高轴承的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于轴承技术领域,涉及一种轴承运行配件,具体为轴承密封圈。
背景技术
密封轴承使用的工况条件一般较差,需要具有良好的防尘防水的要求。不同的轴承厂家在密封结构方面应用不同的设计方案。密封圈的结构设计对轴承的密封性能有很大的影响。
中国专利申请CN201711495478.6用于轴承的防水密封圈公开了以下内容:包括位于密封圈外缘的第一外唇与第二外唇,及位于密封圈内缘的第一内唇、第二内唇、第三内唇、第四内唇;第一外唇与第二外唇之间形成第一凹槽;第一内唇与第二内唇之间形成第二凹槽,第二内唇与第三内唇之间形成第三凹槽;第四内唇指向密封圈的轴向。该现有技术所述的密封圈具有防水、防尘、防溢脂的功能,但存在以下不足:密封圈无减压槽及腰部,因此不能有效调节轴承的启动力矩,造成启动力矩差异很大。
中国专利申请CN201810627297.2一种轴承用密封圈,包括密封圈体、骨架,所述密封圈体、骨架均为圆环形状,所述骨架设置于密封圈体内,所述骨架与密封圈体胶粘连接,所述骨架包括横块、竖块、梯形块,所述横块、梯形块安装在竖块一侧,所述竖块中间设有圆弧形凸起,所述圆弧形凸起外端设有圆弧形凹槽,所述密封圈体包裹住骨架外端一侧,该装置设有多个密封块、密封唇,所述密封块、密封唇增加了装置的密封性,所述骨架外端设有套体结构,所述套体结构增加了骨架与密封圈体的连接性。该现有技术所述的密封圈内唇主要有两个密封唇,密封效果不佳,且密封唇相邻处的密封圈体太厚,不能有效调节轴承启动力矩,造成启动力矩差异很大;另外,密封圈和内圈密封槽口径形成间隙配合,不能防止水汽、灰尘进入轴承内部。
发明内容
解决的技术问题:为了克服现有技术的不足,获得一种密封效果好,且可以控制轴承的启动力矩,降低摩擦力矩,减少轴承能量损耗,延长轴承使用寿命的密封圈,本发明提供了轴承密封圈。
技术方案:轴承密封圈,所述密封圈包括密封圈体和骨架,骨架嵌入密封圈体内;密封圈体一侧设有密封块,另一侧设有密封唇口,包括第一密封唇口、第二密封唇口和第三密封唇口,其中第一密封唇口向轴承方向凸起,第二密封唇口和第三密封唇口位于第一密封唇口下方,且通过腰部与第一密封唇口相连。
优选的,所述密封块与密封圈体之间形成减压槽。
优选的,与腰部和减压槽相邻处的密封圈体均形成斜面。
优选的,骨架自上而下依次为圆弧块、竖块和方形块,其中圆弧块向轴承方向弯曲,方形块向轴承方向倾斜。
优选的,密封圈设于轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间,轴承内圈上开设密封槽和沟道;第二密封唇口和第三密封唇口紧贴密封槽两侧,并形成空腔。
优选的,密封槽和沟道的相对位置公差小于0.02mm。
优选的,第一密封唇口与内圈外径间隙为0.1-0.25mm,第二密封唇口与密封槽斜面过盈量为0.1-0.25mm,第三密封唇口与密封槽斜面过盈量为0.1-0.25mm。
优选的,第三密封唇口末端加大加厚,为连动式“O”形圈结构。
优选的,腰部厚度为0.2-0.55mm。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述轴承密封圈采用3个密封唇口进行密封,其中第一密封唇口起到辅助密封效果,第二密封唇口和第三密封唇口与内圈形成过盈配合,起到主要密封效果;(2)腰部的设计可以调整轴承的启动力矩,降低摩擦力矩,减小轴承的能量损耗;(3)第三密封唇口末端加大加厚设计,可以加强密封效果,提高轴承的使用寿命。

实施例1
轴承密封圈,所述密封圈包括密封圈体5和骨架4,骨架4嵌入密封圈体5内;密封圈体5一侧设有密封块1,另一侧设有密封唇口,包括第一密封唇口8、第二密封唇口9和第三密封唇口10,其中第一密封唇口8向轴承方向凸起,第二密封唇口9和第三密封唇口10位于第一密封唇口8下方,且通过腰部11与第一密封唇口8相连。
所述密封块1与密封圈体5之间形成减压槽2。
与腰部11和减压槽2相邻处的密封圈体5均形成斜面。
骨架4自上而下依次为圆弧块3、竖块6和方形块7,其中圆弧块3向轴承方向弯曲,方形块7向轴承方向倾斜。
密封圈设于轴承外圈12和轴承内圈13之间,轴承内圈13上开设密封槽15和沟道14;第二密封唇口9和第三密封唇口10紧贴密封槽15两侧,并形成空腔。
密封槽15和沟道14的相对位置公差小于0.02mm。
第一密封唇口8与内圈外径间隙为0.1-0.25mm,第二密封唇口9与密封槽15斜面过盈量为0.1-0.25mm,第三密封唇口10与密封槽15斜面过盈量为0.1-0.25mm。
第三密封唇口10末端加大加厚,为连动式“O”形圈结构。
腰部11厚度为0.2-0.55mm。
Claims (9)
1.轴承密封圈,其特征在于,所述密封圈包括密封圈体(5)和骨架(4),骨架(4)嵌入密封圈体(5)内;密封圈体(5)一侧设有密封块(1),另一侧设有密封唇口,包括第一密封唇口(8)、第二密封唇口(9)和第三密封唇口(10),其中第一密封唇口(8)向轴承方向凸起,第二密封唇口(9)和第三密封唇口(10)位于第一密封唇口(8)下方,且通过腰部(11)与第一密封唇口(8)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,所述密封块(1)与密封圈体(5)之间形成减压槽(2)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,与腰部(11)和减压槽(2)相邻处的密封圈体(5)均形成斜面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,骨架(4)自上而下依次为圆弧块(3)、竖块(6)和方形块(7),其中圆弧块(3)向轴承方向弯曲,方形块(7)向轴承方向倾斜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,密封圈设于轴承外圈(12)和轴承内圈(13)之间,轴承内圈(13)上开设密封槽(15)和沟道(14);第二密封唇口(9)和第三密封唇口(10)紧贴密封槽(15)两侧,并形成空腔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,密封槽(15)和沟道(14)的相对位置公差小于0.02mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,第一密封唇口(8)与内圈外径间隙为0.1-0.25mm,第二密封唇口(9)与密封槽(15)斜面过盈量为0.1-0.25mm,第三密封唇口(10)与密封槽(15)斜面过盈量为0.1-0.25mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,第三密封唇口(10)末端加大加厚,为连动式“O”形圈结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的轴承密封圈,其特征在于,腰部(11)厚度为0.2-0.55mm。
