背景技术
以真人发为原料的假发,由于其发质真实性和可变性,受到时尚界和影视界的欢迎,并且假发可根据不同场合和演艺需求进行染色处理,效果自然、美观,染色持久保持性好。真人发在染色后随着发质增长,会出现自然褪色,或采取裁剪等方式改变原有发质颜色,假发由于其不可再生性,虽然染色性持久,但是由于场合和需求不同,其并不能快速改变原有颜色,原有染色假发由于自然褪色和颜色不适应,就会造成废弃现象,造成资源和成本的浪费;并且现有技术对染色假发重新漂洗工艺,多使用强酸强碱、有毒有害溶剂等化学处理方法,可降低原有色泽,但是并不能完全消除原有颜色,对假发也造成不同程度的损伤,重新染色后上色率和纤维强度不同程度受到损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的:原有染色假发由于自然褪色和颜色不适应,就会造成废弃现象,造成资源和成本的浪费;并且现有技术对染色假发重新漂洗工艺,多使用强酸强碱、有毒有害溶剂等化学处理方法,可降低原有色泽,但是并不能完全消除原有颜色,对假发也造成不同程度的损伤,重新染色后上色率和纤维强度不同程度受到损伤。为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)老化处理:向去离子水中加入无水乙醇、甲苯和山茶精油搅拌混合,可对原染发剂中有机和无机成分进行不同程度的溶解,起到洗涤作用,混合溶液,将染色假发悬空至密闭老化室中,把混合溶液雾化后通入老化室升温至56-63℃,保持老化室湿度在90%-96%老化处理24-28h,可使原有染色剂成分快速出现老化与发质表面脱层,提高加速漂洗效率的效果,出后再将老化假发置于紫外光下照射1-2h,可加强染色剂老化速率,提高后续漂洗效率,老化假发;
(2)氧化:向去离子水中加入草酸、柠檬酸和乳酸搅拌混合,得混合酸液,将老化假发浸入混合酸液超声波振荡处理34-39min,即可起到对假发染色剂的脱洗作用,又可避免采用强酸对发质造成的损伤,出后再浸入质量浓度为1.7%-2.3%木兰花碱溶液中升温浸泡2-3h,可提高染发剂脱层效果,酸碱化假发;再将酸碱化假发悬挂于反应釜中通入其体积7%-9%的臭氧,升温处理1-2h,可对染色剂成分起到氧化脱层和漂白作用,促进染色剂成分与发质脱离,氧化假发;
(3)清洗:将假发浸入汽油中低速搅拌清洗17-22min,取出后使用清水洗净、烘干,得清洗假发;
(4)漂洗:将清洗假发浸入植物漂洗液中,置于变温箱中变温处理,先在63-67℃高温保存12-16min,再在-9℃--5℃低温保存10-13min,反复进行4-6次,具有对假发良好的漂洗效果,快速、洁净的脱洗假发原有染色剂成分,漂洗假发;
(5)醇洗:使用50%的乙醇溶液对漂洗假发清洗,得复原假发。
步骤(1)所述的混合溶液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水100-120份、无水乙醇21-26份、甲苯9-13份、山茶精油5-9份。
步骤(2)所述的混合酸液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水90-110份、草酸7-11份、柠檬酸5-8份、乳酸2-5份。
步骤(2)所述的超声波振荡,其频率为13-16Khz;所述的升温浸泡和升温处理,其温度为42-48℃。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:老化处理,混合溶剂中采用去离子水、乙醇、甲苯和山茶精油作为溶剂,可对原染发剂中有机和无机成分进行不同程度的溶解,起到洗涤作用,采用高温高湿环境处理,可使原有染色剂成分快速出现老化与发质表面脱层,提高加速漂洗效率的效果;而采用紫外灯照射,可加强染色剂老化速率,提高后续漂洗效率。氧化,混合酸液中采用草酸、柠檬酸和乳酸混合对假发进行酸洗,即可起到对假发染色剂的脱洗作用,又可避免采用强酸对发质造成的损伤,同样采用木兰花碱对假发进行碱洗,具有较好的碱洗效果,可提高染发剂脱层效果,具有意想不到的效果;而使用低浓度臭氧对假发进行氧化处理,可对染色剂成分起到氧化脱层和漂白作用,促进染色剂成分与发质脱离,并且可避免高浓度臭氧对发质本身的损伤。漂洗,以商陆、番石榴等植物成分为提取原料,采用蒸煮、发酵和浓缩提取成分,所得植物漂洗液具有对假发良好的漂洗效果,快速、洁净的脱洗假发原有染色剂成分,具有意想不到的漂洗效果,即环保又降低了化工试剂对假发发质的损伤,并且漂洗后的假发上色率高纤维强度影响不大。

一种染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)老化处理:向去离子水中加入无水乙醇、甲苯和山茶精油搅拌混合,可对原染发剂中有机和无机成分进行不同程度的溶解,起到洗涤作用,混合溶液,将染色假发悬空至密闭老化室中,把混合溶液雾化后通入老化室升温至57℃,保持老化室湿度在91%老化处理25h,可使原有染色剂成分快速出现老化与发质表面脱层,提高加速漂洗效率的效果,出后再将老化假发置于紫外光下照射1.5h,可加强染色剂老化速率,提高后续漂洗效率,老化假发;
(2)氧化:向去离子水中加入草酸、柠檬酸和乳酸搅拌混合,得混合酸液,将老化假发浸入混合酸液超声波振荡处理35min,即可起到对假发染色剂的脱洗作用,又可避免采用强酸对发质造成的损伤,出后再浸入质量浓度为1.8%木兰花碱溶液中升温浸泡2.5h,可提高染发剂脱层效果,酸碱化假发;再将酸碱化假发悬挂于反应釜中通入其体积7.1%的臭氧,升温处理1.5h,可对染色剂成分起到氧化脱层和漂白作用,促进染色剂成分与发质脱离,氧化假发;
(3)清洗:将假发浸入汽油中低速搅拌清洗18min,取出后使用清水洗净、烘干,得清洗假发;
(4)漂洗:将清洗假发浸入植物漂洗液中,置于变温箱中变温处理,先在64℃高温保存13min,再在-6℃低温保存11min,反复进行4次,具有对假发良好的漂洗效果,快速、洁净的脱洗假发原有染色剂成分,漂洗假发;
(5)醇洗:使用50%的乙醇溶液对漂洗假发清洗,得复原假发。

(1)老化处理:向去离子水中加入无水乙醇、甲苯和山茶精油搅拌混合,可对原染发剂中有机和无机成分进行不同程度的溶解,起到洗涤作用,混合溶液,将染色假发悬空至密闭老化室中,把混合溶液雾化后通入老化室升温至62℃,保持老化室湿度在95%老化处理27h,可使原有染色剂成分快速出现老化与发质表面脱层,提高加速漂洗效率的效果,出后再将老化假发置于紫外光下照射2h,可加强染色剂老化速率,提高后续漂洗效率,老化假发;
(2)氧化:向去离子水中加入草酸、柠檬酸和乳酸搅拌混合,得混合酸液,将老化假发浸入混合酸液超声波振荡处理38min,即可起到对假发染色剂的脱洗作用,又可避免采用强酸对发质造成的损伤,出后再浸入质量浓度为2.2%木兰花碱溶液中升温浸泡3h,可提高染发剂脱层效果,酸碱化假发;再将酸碱化假发悬挂于反应釜中通入其体积8.7%的臭氧,升温处理2h,可对染色剂成分起到氧化脱层和漂白作用,促进染色剂成分与发质脱离,氧化假发;
(3)清洗:将假发浸入汽油中低速搅拌清洗21min,取出后使用清水洗净、烘干,得清洗假发;
(4)漂洗:将清洗假发浸入植物漂洗液中,置于变温箱中变温处理,先在66℃高温保存15min,再在-8℃低温保存12min,反复进行6次,具有对假发良好的漂洗效果,快速、洁净的脱洗假发原有染色剂成分,漂洗假发;
(5)醇洗:使用50%的乙醇溶液对漂洗假发清洗,得复原假发。
步骤(1)所述的混合溶液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水109份、无水乙醇25份、甲苯12份、山茶精油8份。
步骤(2)所述的混合酸液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水108份、草酸10份、柠檬酸7份、乳酸4份。
步骤(2)所述的超声波振荡,其频率为15Khz;所述的升温浸泡和升温处理,其温度为47℃。
步骤(3)所述的低速搅拌,其转速94r/min。
步骤(4)所述的植物漂洗液,其配制方法为:按质量计份称取商陆17份、番石榴12份、木瓜10份、蛇果叶7份、榆树叶6份、菠菜6.7份、三七叶5.6份、金银花1.8份,将上述原料粉碎碾磨,加入其总质量7.5倍的水蒸煮2h,再向其中加入水质量2.9%的EM菌剂发酵3天,离心过滤得上清液,浓缩至原体积的1/4,得植物漂洗液。
对比1:
本对比1与实施例1比较,未使用步骤(1)中老化处理方法,其他步骤与实施例1相同。
对比2:
本对比2与实施例2比较,未使用步骤(2)中混合酸液和木兰花碱,其他步骤与实施例2相同。
对比3:
本对比3与实施例1比较,未使用步骤(4)中植物漂洗液,其他步骤与实施例1相同。
对比4:
本对比4与实施例2比较,未使用步骤(4)中变温处理,其他步骤与实施例2相同。
对照组:对照组采用传统强酸强碱等试剂对染色假发漂洗。
对实施例1、实施例2、对比1、对比2、对比3、对比4和对照组实验所得假发,统计各假发脱色率、纤维强度(原假发纤维强度为4.37N/dtex)和重新染色后上色率进行比较。

综合结果:本发明方法对染色假发漂洗工艺,与对照组比较,脱色率提高了25.62%,纤维强度较原假发发质降低0.16N/dtex,较对照组提高1.07N/dtex,重新染色上色率提高8.6%;具有漂洗效果、方法简单、安全环保,并且对原假发发质损伤程度低的特点。

Claims (6)

1.一种染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)老化处理:向去离子水中加入无水乙醇、甲苯和山茶精油搅拌混合,得混合溶液,将染色假发悬空至密闭老化室中,把混合溶液雾化后通入老化室升温至56-63℃,保持老化室湿度在90%-96%老化处理24-28h,取出后再将老化假发置于紫外光下照射1-2h,得老化假发;
(2)氧化:向去离子水中加入草酸、柠檬酸和乳酸搅拌混合,得混合酸液,将老化假发浸入混合酸液超声波振荡处理34-39min,取出后再浸入质量浓度为1.7%-2.3%木兰花碱溶液中升温浸泡2-3h,得酸碱化假发;再将酸碱化假发悬挂于反应釜中通入其体积7%-9%的臭氧,升温处理1-2h,得氧化假发;
(3)清洗:将假发浸入汽油中低速搅拌清洗17-22min,取出后使用清水洗净、烘干,得清洗假发;
(4)漂洗:将清洗假发浸入植物漂洗液中,置于变温箱中变温处理,先在63-67℃高温保存12-16min,再在-9℃--5℃低温保存10-13min,反复进行4-6次,得漂洗假发;
(5)醇洗:使用50%的乙醇溶液对漂洗假发清洗,得复原假发。
2.如权利要求1所述的染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的混合溶液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水100-120份、无水乙醇21-26份、甲苯9-13份、山茶精油5-9份。
3.如权利要求1所述的染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的混合酸液,其各配制成分质量计份为:去离子水90-110份、草酸7-11份、柠檬酸5-8份、乳酸2-5份。
4.如权利要求1所述的染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的超声波振荡,其频率为13-16Khz;所述的升温浸泡和升温处理,其温度为42-48℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述的低速搅拌,其转速80-95r/min。
6.如权利要求1所述的染色假发低损伤漂洗工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述的植物漂洗液,其配制方法为:按质量计份称取商陆14-18份、番石榴10-13份、木瓜7-11份、蛇果叶5-8份、榆树叶3-7份、菠菜5-7份、三七叶3-6份、金银花1-2份,将上述原料粉碎碾磨,加入其总质量6-8倍的水蒸煮1-2h,再向其中加入水质量2%-3%的EM菌剂发酵2-3天,离心过滤得上清液,浓缩至原体积的1/4,得植物漂洗液。
