竹编工艺品在使用储藏中容易沾染油污、污泥、霉菌等污迹,影响美观和进一步的存放。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种竹编工艺品表面污迹清理方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种竹编工艺品表面污迹清理方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)竹编工艺品初步清理
将竹编工艺品浸没在清水中,将清水加热至沸腾,保持沸腾时间5-8min,再将竹编工艺品捞出沥干,充分去除竹编工艺品表面的污泥和微生物;
(2)碱液浸泡
将竹编工艺品浸没在45-50℃的清水中,加入清水质量0.1-0.3%的碳酸氢钠,浸泡30-50min;将水温降低到40-43℃,加入清水质量0.05-0.1%的生物碱浸泡30min;再将水温降低至35-38℃,加入清水质量0.08%的苦参碱,浸泡30min;将竹编工艺品放在清水中冲洗3-5min,在28-33℃、风速1-2m/s下放置10-15min,可以有效清除竹编工艺品表面的油污;
(3)酸液浸泡
将竹编工艺品浸没在酸液中,将酸液温度加热到50-55℃,密封浸泡20-30min,每隔10min搅拌一次,每次搅拌3-5min,搅拌速率为100-120转/min,将竹编工艺品捞出沥干;可以高效清除主编工艺品表面附着力高的污渍;
所述酸液的制备方法为:以质量份计,将10-20份山楂、15-25份乌梅、33-55份陈皮、8-13份板蓝根混合,粉碎为200-300目的粉末,将粉末与其质量10-15倍的蒸馏水中混合得到混合液,将混合液加热到40-45℃,密封浸泡3-5h;再将溶液在35-40℃下,经500-800W超声波处理15-20min,将处理后的溶液加水稀释15-20倍得到稀溶液;将稀溶液经300-400目滤布过滤后,用活性炭吸附剂吸附,得到的溶液中加入其质量0.5-0.8%的醋酸混合均匀即得;
(3)清洗剂清洗
将竹编工艺品浸没在30-33℃的清洗剂溶液中浸泡10-15min,然后用700-900W的超声波处理25min,将竹编工艺品捞出,在清水中冲洗10-13min后在40-45℃下烘干即可;
所述清洗剂溶液的制备方法为:将1-3份烷基苯磺酸钠、0.8-1.5份脂肪醇硫酸钠、2-4份三聚磷酸钠、8-10份二氧化硅、2-3份柠檬酸钠、500-700份清水混合均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明利用竹编工艺品一定程度上耐高温的特点,将竹编工艺品放置在清水中煮沸,利用较高的水温和沸腾水的振动,有效去除竹编工艺品表面的污泥,杀灭竹编工艺品表面寄生的微生物,再利用碱液浸泡清除油污;使用植物提取酸液的高活性物质氧化工艺品表面的污渍,同时利用植物提取酸液中和工艺品表面残存的碱液,而有机酸本身容易挥发,沥干后工艺品表面的残存酸液极少;最后使用清洗剂,配合超声波处理,高效去除工艺品表面附着力高的污渍;本发明可以有效去除多种污渍,提高竹编工艺品的保存时间。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种竹编工艺品表面污迹清理方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)竹编工艺品初步清理
将竹编工艺品浸没在清水中,将清水加热至沸腾,保持沸腾时间5min,再将竹编工艺品捞出沥干,充分去除竹编工艺品表面的污泥和微生物;
(2)碱液浸泡
将竹编工艺品浸没在45℃的清水中,加入清水质量0.1%的碳酸氢钠,浸泡30min;将水温降低到40℃,加入清水质量0.05%的生物碱浸泡30min;再将水温降低至35℃,加入清水质量0.08%的苦参碱,浸泡30min;将竹编工艺品放在清水中冲洗3min,在28℃、风速1m/s下放置10min,可以有效清除竹编工艺品表面的油污;
(3)酸液浸泡

(3)清洗剂清洗
将竹编工艺品浸没在30℃的清洗剂溶液中浸泡10min,然后用700W的超声波处理25min,将竹编工艺品捞出,在清水中冲洗10min后在40℃下烘干即可;
所述清洗剂溶液的制备方法为:将1份烷基苯磺酸钠、0.8份脂肪醇硫酸钠、2份三聚磷酸钠、8份二氧化硅、2份柠檬酸钠、500份清水混合均匀即可。

将竹编工艺品浸没在45-50℃的清水中,加入清水质量0.1-0.3%的碳酸氢钠,浸泡30-50min;将水温降低到40-43℃,加入清水质量0.05-0.1%的生物碱浸泡30min;再将水温降低至35-38℃,加入清水质量0.08%的苦参碱,浸泡30min;将竹编工艺品放在清水中冲洗3-5min,在28-33℃、风速1-2m/s下放置10-15min;
(3)酸液浸泡
将竹编工艺品浸没在酸液中,将酸液温度加热到50-55℃,密封浸泡20-30min,每隔10min搅拌一次,每次搅拌3-5min,搅拌速率为100-120转/min,将竹编工艺品捞出沥干;
所述酸液的制备方法为:以质量份计,将10-20份山楂、15-25份乌梅、33-55份陈皮、8-13份板蓝根混合,粉碎为200-300目的粉末,将粉末与其质量10-15倍的蒸馏水中混合得到混合液,将混合液加热到40-45℃,密封浸泡3-5h;再将溶液在35-40℃下,经500-800W超声波处理15-20min,将处理后的溶液加水稀释15-20倍得到稀溶液;将稀溶液经300-400目滤布过滤后,用活性炭吸附剂吸附,得到的溶液中加入其质量0.5-0.8%的醋酸混合均匀即得;
(4)清洗剂清洗
将竹编工艺品浸没在30-33℃的清洗剂溶液中浸泡10-15min,然后用700-900W的超声波处理25min,将竹编工艺品捞出,在清水中冲洗10-13min后在40-45℃下烘干即可;
所述清洗剂溶液的制备方法为:将1-3份烷基苯磺酸钠、0.8-1.5份脂肪醇硫酸钠、2-4份三聚磷酸钠、8-10份二氧化硅、2-3份柠檬酸钠、500-700份清水混合均匀即可。
