一种柴油复合添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于环保节能技术领域,具体涉及一种柴油复合添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
自汽车发动机问市以后,为提高发动的燃烧效率,人们都在想办法提高汽车发动机的压缩比。从压缩比4.0,逐步增大到10.8,尽管增加了燃烧效率,但是功率也有所下降,目前国际上采用的发动机压缩比,基本上是定在8.0的范围之内。为达此目的,国内外均采用了多种方法来提高柴油的辛烷值,以满足发动机的压缩比的要求。
比较广泛采用的方法是在柴油中混入少量抗爆添加剂。早期被采用的抗爆剂是美国乙基公司的产品——四乙基铅。随着四乙基铅的应用,造成了对环境的严重污染,如,在美国的公路两旁的土壤中,铅含量超过了标准的100倍。为解决铅污染问题,多年来,人们一直致力于无铅柴油抗爆剂的科学研究,MMT和MTBE等一系列的无铅柴油抗爆剂产品就是由此应运而生。同时,人们又在炼油工艺上也进行了很多改进,如大规模采用催裂化装置炼油,以增加产品的烯、芳烃含量,以此来提高油品的辛烷值,同时又彻底的解决汽车尾气的污染问题。
以上解决办法,虽然可以解决了铅污染等问题,但明显也存在着几方面的缺点:
其一,是烯烃含量过高,在车辆燃烧时,由高温高压条件产生的聚合物附储在喷嘴处,造成密封不严重,且使车辆燃烧不充分,排出大量的碳氢化合物,造成尾气污染,现在国家已明确元宝油品烯烃含量35%,北京、上海、广州三市严格要求,非清洁柴油不准入市。如果期货城市效仿执行,预计三年时间左右,大石化、大庆龙凤等炼厂,将无合格油品出厂。
其二,是在油品中加入抗爆剂MMT及抗爆添加剂MTBE,将对环境造成较大的污染,前者由于有元素Mn的排放,对人及其它生物直接造成影响,严重染污各种水源,有些生产MTBE的厂家,尽管严格控制跑冒滴漏,可地下水仍然无法饮用,所以美国已立法禁用MTBE,我国也将会产相应立法。
柴油是不可再生能源之一,随着天然石油贮存量的减少,提高柴油洁净度以及使柴油充分燃烧是当前化工领域和汽车工业十分关注的问题,特别是在我国目前采用的柴油中,催化裂化柴油所占比例还相当高,因此柴油氧化生成胶质、漆膜和沉积物的问题还比较严重,因此,环保柴油添加剂是目前研究的热点。发动机运转时,喷油嘴温度在100℃左右,进气阀温度在200-300℃之间。在这样的温度下,柴油中的不稳定成份,极易产生氧化缩合反应,生成胶质和积碳,沉淀在进气阀和喷油嘴上,先进的高增压发动机和使用GDI柴油直喷技术的发动机更容易产生积碳。堆积在进气阀上的沉积物,会造成进气通道截面积减少,进气效率降低,功率下降,严重时会使阀门动作迟缓,关闭不严。喷油嘴积碳,会使喷油不畅,柴油雾化质量下降,导致柴油进入燃烧室后,难以完全燃烧,造成发动机启动困难,怠速不稳,以及油耗加大,尾气排放恶化,特别在冬天,这些状况更加明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柴油复合添加剂,以解决普通柴油对环境造成污染的问题。
为实现上述目的,一种柴油复合添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:脂肪酸甲酯30~70份、动植物油15~30份、正戊醇5~40份、正辛醇5~40份、烷基苯0.1~1.4份、硫酸铜2~5份、二甲苯2~6份、硫代二丙酸双酯0.08~0.8份、聚异丁烯0.2~0.6份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的组分:脂肪酸甲酯40~60份、动植物油18~28份、正戊醇10~30份、正辛醇10~20份、烷基苯0.3~1.2份、硫酸铜3~4份、二甲苯3~5份、硫代二丙酸双酯0.1~0.7份、聚异丁烯0.3~0.5份。
优选的,包括以下重量份的组分:脂肪酸甲酯50份、动植物油24份、正戊醇20份、正辛醇15份、烷基苯0.7份、硫酸铜3.5份、二甲苯4份、硫代二丙酸双酯0.4份、聚异丁烯0.4份。

硫含量检测标准为SH/T0689-2000,标准要求低于50mg/kg;10%蒸余物残炭检测标准为GB/T268-1987,标准要求低于0.3%;灰分检测标准为GB/T508-1985,标准要求低于0.01%。
