Description
技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟添加剂制造技术领域,具体是一种烟用爆珠疏水膜材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
爆珠,也称做香丸、脆性胶囊、珠子。爆珠是可挤破的珠子,包裹了不同香味的液体,挤破时具有爆开的感觉,主要是在卷烟的过滤嘴中使用,也就是常说的爆珠烟。吸烟者可以在吸烟过程中捏爆,发出破碎脆响的声音,使包裹的液体流出,使香烟的口感更加丰富香润。
在已公布的中国专利中,专利号CN106519316A的专利公开了一种高分子改性的爆珠包裹材料,其包裹材料配方由海藻酸钠:共混剂:甘油:水按重量比(5-10):(0.05-10):(0.5-2):(78-95)的比例配置而成。因共混剂的加入,提高了胶皮的力学性能。专利号CN107616546A的专利公开了一种卷烟爆珠包裹材料的制备方法,其包裹材料配方由海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、卡拉胶、普鲁兰多糖、甘油和水按一定比例配置而成,提高了爆珠的外观品质和生产合格率。
传统的爆珠膜材料多为明胶、海藻酸钠、阿拉伯胶、卡拉胶等天然胶体,但这些材料是水溶性的,在湿度较高的环境中容易吸潮变质,造成爆珠脆性下降,用手捏爆时难以听见“啪”的响声,降低了消费者的体验感。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有油溶性芯材爆珠易吸潮变质,造成捏不破或捏不响等缺点,提供一种烟用爆珠疏水膜材料及其制备方法,具有原料安全无毒、来源广泛、制作方法简单等优点,所述的爆珠疏水膜材料及可以完全避免吸湿现象的发生,并可以包裹水溶性香味液体,达到增香保润的效果。
上述目的是由以下技术方案实现的:
一种烟用爆珠疏水膜材料,是由以下组分和重量份的原料组成:
成膜材料 5-30份
溶剂 70-95份
所述成膜材料为聚氟硅烷、乙基纤维素、直链淀粉、聚醚砜的一种或几种的组合,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷的任一种或几种组合。
进一步的,所述成膜材料选用直链淀粉时,所述溶剂为水;所述成膜材料选用乙基纤维素时,所述溶剂为乙醇或乙酸乙酯;所述成膜材料为聚醚砜时,所述溶剂为二氯甲烷;所述成膜材料选用聚氟硅烷时,所述溶剂为乙醇。
本发明提供一种烟用爆珠疏水包裹材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)准备以下组分和重量份的原料:成膜材料5-30份、溶剂70-95份,所述成膜材料为聚氟硅烷、乙基纤维素、直链淀粉、聚醚砜的任一种或几种的组合,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷的任一种或几种组合;
(2)将步骤(1)中的成膜材料放入溶解釜内,加入步骤(1)中的溶剂,加热机械搅拌溶解,加热温度40-90℃,得到清澈透明的溶液,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠疏水膜材料。
进一步的,所述成膜材料选用直链淀粉时,所述溶剂为水;所述成膜材料选用乙基纤维素时,所述溶剂为乙醇或乙酸乙酯;所述成膜材料为聚醚砜时,所述溶剂为二氯甲烷;所述成膜材料选用聚氟硅烷时,所述溶剂为乙醇。
本发明所选用的成膜材料具有如下特点:
直链淀粉,是一种天然高分子化合物,存在于植物的根、茎或种子中,来源广泛。直链淀粉是D-葡萄糖基以a-(1,4)糖苷键连接的多糖链,分子中有200个左右葡萄糖基,空间构象卷曲成螺旋形。直链淀粉水溶性较差,具有抗润胀性,用直链淀粉制成的薄膜,具有良好的透明度、抗胀强度和水不溶性。
乙基纤维素,为白色或浅灰色流动性粉末,是不溶于水而溶于有机溶剂的非离子型纤维素醚。乙基纤维素热稳定性好,有优良的耐碱性,耐弱酸性,对化学品稳定,长期储存不变质。乙基纤维素成膜性良好,制成的薄膜无色透明,具有良好的疏水性。
聚氟硅烷,是一种超疏水材料,聚氟硅烷薄膜与水的接触角大于150°,因此广泛应用于许多材料表面的防水防污处理。
聚醚砜,外观淡黄色至灰褐色粒状物,耐蒸气和过热水(150-160℃)性能好。
本发明的优点在于:
(1)以疏水性成膜材料作为爆珠壁材的原料,制成的爆珠可以包裹水溶性成分,而且可以完全避免吸湿现象的发生;采用本发明制得的爆珠包裹材料脆性好,产品质量高。
(2)本发明具有原料安全无毒、来源广泛、制作方法简单等优点。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1:膜厚为0.15mm的直链淀粉爆珠疏水膜的制备:
所述爆珠疏水膜,由以下重量份比的组分组成:直链淀粉20份,水80份。
制备方法为:
将20份直链淀粉投放入溶解釜内,加入80份水,加热机械搅拌2h,加热温度90±5℃,得到充分混匀的淀粉乳,所得淀粉乳即为烟用爆珠疏水包裹材料。
将实施例1中制备的爆珠疏水包裹材料使用MS-ZN320A型刮刀涂布机成膜,调节湿膜厚度为0.8mm,90℃下烘干成膜。
测量实施例1制备的爆珠疏水膜A的膜厚为0.15mm,膜均匀平整,脆性好。
实施例2:膜厚为0.08mm的乙基纤维素爆珠疏水膜的制备:
所述爆珠疏水膜,由以下重量份比的组分组成:乙基纤维素11份,乙醇89份。
制备方法为:
将11份乙基纤维素投放入溶解釜内,加入89份乙醇,加热机械搅拌2h,加热温度50±5℃,得到清澈透明的溶液,过滤60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠疏水膜材料。
将实施例2中制备的爆珠疏水包裹材料使用MS-ZN320A型刮刀涂布机成膜,调节湿膜厚度为0.6mm,60℃下烘干成膜。
测量实施例2制备的爆珠疏水膜B的膜厚为0.08mm,膜无色透明,质地均匀平整,脆性好。
实施例3:膜厚为0.1mm的乙基纤维素聚醚砜爆珠疏水膜的制备:
所述爆珠疏水膜,由以下重量份比的组分组成:乙基纤维素15份,乙酸乙酯80份,聚醚砜5份,二氯甲烷75份。
制备方法为:
将15份乙基纤维素和5份聚醚砜投放入溶解釜内,加入80份乙酸乙酯和75份二氯甲烷,加热机械搅拌2h,加热温度60±5℃,过滤60-100目筛网,得到清澈透明的溶液,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠疏水膜材料。
将实施例3中制备的爆珠疏水包裹材料使用MS-ZN320A型刮刀涂布机成膜,调节湿膜厚度为0.5mm,50℃下烘干成膜。
测量实施例3制备的爆珠疏水膜C的膜厚为0.1mm,膜无色透明,质地均匀平整,脆性好。
实施例4:膜厚为0.08mm的聚氟硅烷爆珠疏水膜的制备:
所述爆珠疏水膜,由以下重量份比的组分组成:聚氟硅烷15份,乙醇85份。
制备方法为:
将15份聚氟硅烷投放入溶解釜内,加入85份乙醇,加热机械搅拌2h,加热温度40±5℃,得到清澈透明的溶液,过滤60-100目筛网,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠疏水膜材料。
将实施例4中制备的爆珠疏水包裹材料使用MS-ZN320A型刮刀涂布机成膜,调节湿膜厚度为0.5mm,50℃下烘干成膜。
测量实施例4制备的爆珠疏水膜D的膜厚为0.08mm,膜均匀平整,脆性好。
将上述四种爆珠疏水膜与传统爆珠膜分别进行接触角试验,结果如表1。接触角<90°时,材料为亲水性,接触角>90°时,材料为疏水性,且数值越大,疏水性越好。可以看到本方法制备的爆珠膜效果明显好于传统爆珠膜,经过有效复配的疏水膜效果更佳。

2.如权利要求1所述的烟用爆珠疏水膜材料,其特征在于:所述成膜材料选用直链淀粉时,所述溶剂为水;所述成膜材料选用乙基纤维素时,所述溶剂为乙醇或乙酸乙酯;所述成膜材料为聚醚砜时,所述溶剂为二氯甲烷;所述成膜材料选用聚氟硅烷时,所述溶剂为乙醇。
3.一种烟用爆珠疏水包裹材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)准备以下组分和重量份的原料:成膜材料5-30份、溶剂70-95份,所述成膜材料为聚氟硅烷、乙基纤维素、直链淀粉、聚醚砜的任一种或几种的组合,所述溶剂为水、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷的任一种或几种组合;
(2)将步骤(1)中的成膜材料放入溶解釜内,加入步骤(1)中的溶剂,加热机械搅拌溶解,加热温度40-90℃,得到清澈透明的溶液,所得滤液即为烟用爆珠疏水膜材料。
4.如权利要求3所述的烟用爆珠疏水包裹材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述成膜材料选用直链淀粉时,所述溶剂为水;所述成膜材料选用乙基纤维素时,所述溶剂为乙醇或乙酸乙酯;所述成膜材料为聚醚砜时,所述溶剂为二氯甲烷;所述成膜材料选用聚氟硅烷时,所述溶剂为乙醇。
