(1)按重量配比称取酸枣仁和白术,加入4倍重量份的水煎煮0.5-1.5h后,取上清液;
(2)预先按重量配比称取桂圆、大米、红豆、绿豆、黑米、糯米、花生和芸豆,放入30-40℃的水中浸泡0.5-1.5h;
(3)将步骤(2)浸泡后的原材料与上清液混合,加入水300-500mL煮2-3h,加热温度为90-110℃,同时,按配比加入白砂糖和盐熬煮,直至粘稠后停止加热;
(4)冷却、杀菌、灌装,即可制得。
